本发明涉及一种带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料,包括面料本体(1),所述面料本体(1)呈网状,在所述面料本体(1)的上表面设有盘花层(2),下表面设有植绒层(3),所述盘花层(2)上设有盘花,所述植绒层(3)上设有绒花,所述面料本体(1)由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体。凸起的盘花和绒花增强了带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料的层次感,并且手感柔软舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一,层次感差,满足不了人们的需要。且不具有遮光和隔音效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种层次感强的带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体呈网状,并且在所述面料本体的上表面设有盘花层,下表面设有植绒层,所述盘花层、植绒层和面料本体连接为一整体,所述盘花层上设有盘花,所述植绒层上设有绒花,所述盘花和绒花对称分布,所述面料本体由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体。织物下设置透气层,所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料,所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝,所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝,所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、凸起的盘花和绒花增强了带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料的层次感,并且手感柔软舒适。
2、本发明手感松软,悬垂性好,做成的窗帘具有冬日隔寒、夏日隔热的功能,具有很好的私密性和隔音效果。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1呈网状,并且在所述面料本体1的上表面设有盘花层2,下表面设有植绒层3,所述盘花层2、植绒层3和面料本体1连接为一整体。所述盘花层2上设有盘花,所述植绒层3上设有绒花,所述盘花和绒花对称分布。
所述面料本体1由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体。织物下设置透气层,所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料,所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝,所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝,所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。

1.一种带有透气层的盘花植绒遮光布面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)呈网状,并且在所述面料本体(1)的上表面设有盘花层(2),下表面设有植绒层(3),所述盘花层(2)、植绒层(3)和面料本体(1)连接为一整体,所述盘花层(2)上设有盘花,所述植绒层(3)上设有绒花,所述盘花和绒花对称分布,所述面料本体(1)由织物制成,所述织物包括表面层、衬里层和连接在表面层和衬里层之间的中间层,表面层和衬里层之间通过经、纬交织构成一整体,织物下设置透气层,所述透气层包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料,所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝,所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝,所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
