本发明提供了一种三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂的制备方法:将一定量的苯乙烯分散到水中,按比例加入5‑亚甲基‑2‑降冰片烯(MNB),2‑乙基己基乙烯基醚,五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基,过硫酸钾和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2‑甲基丁酸乙烯酯,升温,在适宜温度下反应,产品过滤,烘干,即得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂。

本发明涉及一种吸附剂的制备方法,尤其是一种三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂的制备方法。
背景技术
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯具有粘度指数高,抗燃性好,润滑性能优异的特点,而且具有非常高的生物降解率。是46号合成酯型抗燃液压油理想的基础油;可用于调配要求环保的液压油、链锯油和水上游艇用发动机油;作为油性剂在钢板冷轧制液、钢管拉拔油、切削油、脱模剂及其它金属加工液中广泛使用。也可作为纺织皮革助剂的中间体和纺织油剂。高纯度的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯具有更优异的稳定性和润滑性。
CN104387271A 公开了一种三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的连续再生吸附提纯工艺,工艺操作步骤为:⑴将吸附剂装入一个或多个串联的吸附塔中;⑵三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯粗品在一定流速和一定温度下连续通过装填有吸附剂的吸附塔,其中影响产品抗氧化性和抗乳化性的杂质,如微小固体颗粒、胶质等被吸附剂吸附;⑶吸附剂的连续再生:用低碳醇循环洗涤,以除去吸附剂吸附的胶质等有机杂质,再用惰性气体吹扫,真空干燥再生,再生后的吸附剂可以重复使用。
CN102010332A 公开了一种固体超强酸催化生产三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的方法及其应用。由下述步骤构成:酯化反应:将三羟甲基丙烷和油酸按质量比1∶2.1-9.5混合,同时加入固体超强酸,在10-1000Pa真空度下,120-200℃反应4-10小时;过滤:使用10-600目滤网或滤板,将反应产物过滤,除去固体超强酸;除去未反应反应物:过滤后的反应产物加热至180-300℃,体系真空度保持在1-1000Pa,减压蒸馏40-120分钟除去未反应反应物,得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。
现有的提纯三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯技术,有着操作较为复杂,吸附速度慢,生产出的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯纯度不够高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂的制备方法,它可以应用于生产三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯中,应用简单,吸附速度快,且生产出的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯纯度高。其特征在于制备步骤包括:
将一定量的苯乙烯分散到水中,按下述比例加入5-亚甲基-2-降冰片烯(MNB),2-乙基己基乙烯基醚, 五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基,过硫酸钾和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯,升温,在80-110℃, 反应6-15小时,产品过滤,烘干,即得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂。

本发明的产品具有以下有益效果:
通过本工艺生产出的吸附剂产品具有比表面积大,吸附速度快,吸附杂质量大的优点,在实际生产三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯时,吸附提纯环节操作简便,生产出的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯产品纯度高。

实施例1
在2000L反应釜中,加入1000Kg水,100Kg苯乙烯,10Kg5-亚甲基-2-降冰片烯(MNB)单体,3Kg2-乙基己基乙烯基醚,0.5Kg过硫酸钾,1Kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠,0.5Kg2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯,0.3Kg五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基,搅拌均匀,升温至100℃,反应10h,产物经过滤,烘干即得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂。
实施例2
在2000L反应釜中,加入1000Kg水,100Kg苯乙烯,5Kg5-亚甲基-2-降冰片烯(MNB)单体,1Kg2-乙基己基乙烯基醚,0.2Kg过硫酸钾,0.5Kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠,0.1Kg2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯,0.1Kg五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基,搅拌均匀,升温至80℃,反应6h,产物经过滤,烘干即得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂。
实施例3
在2000L反应釜中,加入1000Kg水,100Kg苯乙烯,15Kg5-亚甲基-2-降冰片烯(MNB)单体,5Kg2-乙基己基乙烯基醚,0.8Kg过硫酸钾,1.5Kg十二烷基苯磺酸钠,1Kg2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯,0.5Kg五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基,搅拌均匀,升温至110℃,反应15h,产物经过滤,烘干即得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂。

不加入2-乙基己基乙烯基醚,其他条件同实施例1。

不加入2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯,其他条件同实施例1。

实施例4
将500g质量百分含量为97%的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯粗品,通入装有本专利实施例1-3以及对比例1-4制备的吸附剂500g的1000交换柱中,流速1BV/h,温度60℃,用气相色谱检测流出液的质量百分含量,纯度见表1。

将一定量的苯乙烯分散到水中,按比例加入5-亚甲基-2-降冰片烯(MNB),2-乙基己基乙烯基醚, 五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基,过硫酸钾和十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯,升温,在80-110℃,反应6-15小时,产品过滤,烘干,即得到三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯提纯用吸附剂,其特征在于:原料组分的比例为按重量份计苯乙烯100份,5-亚甲基-2-降冰片烯(MNB)单体5-15份,2-乙基己基乙烯基醚1-5份,过硫酸钾0.2-0.8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠 0.5-1.5,2-甲基丁酸乙烯酯0.1-1份,五甲基环戊二烯基钛三甲基0.1-0.5份,水1000份。
