Abstract

本发明是有关于一种复合涂料,其包括以下组分:木质纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、钛白粉、碳酸钙粉末、丙烯酸乳液、绿豆粉、无水乙醇及助剂。本发明的复合涂料能够有效减少施工后的异味,且有效地控制了甲醛、苯等有害物质的挥发量,大大降低了其对人体的危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种涂料。
背景技术
涂料是建筑领域不可缺少的材料之一,将其涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能的固态涂膜。传统涂料中含有较多易挥发的有机成分,例如甲醛、苯等,施工后会产生异味,对人体健康造成危害,同时具有致癌性,给人们的生命安全带来威胁,越来越受到人们的广泛关注。
因此,研究出一种复合的涂料,一直被人们所期盼。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种复合的涂料。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:本发明的复合涂料,包括以下组分:木质纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、钛白粉、碳酸钙粉末、丙烯酸乳液、绿豆粉、无水乙醇及助剂。
较佳的,前述各组分重量配比为:木质纤维素5-20份、羟乙基纤维素5-10份、钛白粉15-40份、碳酸钙粉末20-50份、丙烯酸乳液10-15份、绿豆粉5-15份、无水乙醇5-10份、助剂1-10份。
更佳的,前述各组分重量配比为:木质纤维素10-15份、羟乙基纤维素5-8份、钛白粉20-30份、碳酸钙粉末30-40份、丙烯酸乳液12-13份、绿豆粉8-10份、无水乙醇6-9份、助剂3-5份。
其中,所述助剂为消泡剂、润湿剂、催干剂、悬浮剂、流平剂、减光剂或紫外线吸收剂或其混合。
上述的复合涂料,较佳的,还包括气相白炭黑和二氧化硅粉,以提高其强度和耐磨性能。
较佳的,所述气相白炭黑和二氧化硅为1-5份。
更佳的,所述气相白炭黑和二氧化硅为2-3份。
其中,所述气相白炭黑与二氧化硅的重量比为1:1-0.3。
本发明所采用的材料及其配比的有益效果是:能够有效减少施工后的异味,且有效地控制了甲醛、苯等有害物质的挥发量,大大降低了其对人体的危害。
以下结合较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
木质纤维素5份、羟乙基纤维素5份、钛白粉15份、碳酸钙粉末20份、丙烯酸乳液10份、绿豆粉5份、无水乙醇10份、悬浮剂1份。
实施例2
木质纤维素10份、羟乙基纤维素10份、钛白粉18份、碳酸钙粉末25份、丙烯酸乳液10份、绿豆粉10份、无水乙醇7份、悬浮剂1份、消泡剂2份。
实施例3
木质纤维素10份、羟乙基纤维素5份、钛白粉20份、碳酸钙粉末30份、丙烯酸乳液12份、绿豆粉8份、无水乙醇6份、紫外线吸收剂3份。
实施例4
木质纤维素15份、羟乙基纤维素8份、钛白粉30份、碳酸钙粉末40份、丙烯酸乳液13份、绿豆粉10份、无水乙醇9份、紫外线吸收剂5份。
实施例5
木质纤维素20份、羟乙基纤维素10份、钛白粉30份、碳酸钙粉末30份、丙烯酸乳液12份、绿豆粉10份、无水乙醇7份、流平剂2份、催干剂8份。
实施例6
木质纤维素18份、羟乙基纤维素9份、钛白粉35份、碳酸钙粉末45份、丙烯酸乳液15份、绿豆粉15份、无水乙醇10份、气相白炭黑和二氧化硅粉2份、悬浮剂5份。
其中,气相白炭黑与二氧化硅粉的重量比为1:1。
实施例7
木质纤维素15份、羟乙基纤维素10份、钛白粉40份、碳酸钙粉末23份、丙烯酸乳液12份、绿豆粉10份、无水乙醇10份、气相白炭黑和二氧化硅粉3份、悬浮剂5份。
其中,气相白炭黑与二氧化硅粉的重量比为1:0.3。
本发明的涂料,可采用现有的制备方法进行制备。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合涂料,其特征在于包括以下组分:木质纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、钛白粉、碳酸钙粉末、丙烯酸乳液、绿豆粉、无水乙醇及助剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合涂料,其特征在于各组分重量配比为:
木质纤维素5-20份、羟乙基纤维素5-10份、钛白粉15-40份、碳酸钙粉末20-50份、丙烯酸乳液10-15份、绿豆粉5-15份、无水乙醇5-10份、助剂1-10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合涂料,其特征在于各组分重量配比为:
木质纤维素10-15份、羟乙基纤维素5-8份、钛白粉20-30份、碳酸钙粉末30-40份、丙烯酸乳液12-13份、绿豆粉8-10份、无水乙醇6-9份、助剂3-5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合涂料,其特征在于所述助剂为消泡剂、润湿剂、催干剂、悬浮剂、流平剂、减光剂或紫外线吸收剂或其混合。
5.如权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的复合涂料,其特征在于还包括气相白炭黑和二氧化硅粉。
6.如权利要求5所述的复合涂料,其特征在于所述气相白炭黑和二氧化硅为1-5份。
7.如权利要求6所述的复合涂料,其特征在于所述气相白炭黑和二氧化硅为2-3份。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的复合涂料,其特征在于所述气相白炭黑与二氧化硅的重量比为1:1-0.3。
