Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水立体墙纸,涉及墙纸技术领域。这种防水立体墙纸,由下至上依次为基材层、凹凸面板层、色彩层和和防水涂层;所述防水涂层由氟碳树脂、羟基树脂、苯乙烯‑丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、分散剂、醇醚成膜助剂制成涂料喷涂而成。本发明将制得的涂料喷涂在色彩层上面,由于这种涂料是无色透明的,对色彩层不造成干涉,并且隔水效果好,能有效防止水分过多导致墙纸霉变、腐烂。

发明涉及墙纸技术领域,尤其是一种防水立体墙纸。
背景技术
随着国家经济的不断发展,人们对室内墙纸的要求也就不断的提高。近年来市场上出现了一种立体墙纸,但是这种墙纸防水功能弱,容易腐烂霉变,使用寿命不长。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防水立体墙纸,它可以解决防水功能弱的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种防水立体墙纸,由下至上依次为基材层、凹凸面板层、 色彩层和和防水涂层;所述防水涂层采用的原料及其重量份数如下:氟碳树脂30份~40份、羟基树脂40份~50份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液20份~35份、分散剂2份~10份、醇醚成膜助剂2份~10份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述分散剂为钠盐分散剂、铵盐分散剂、聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、聚羧酸铵盐分散剂、SN-5040分散剂、快易分散剂1288、快易分散剂SE9300或六偏磷酸钠分散剂中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步的:所述醇醚成膜助剂是丙二醇甲醚、 丙二醇丁醚、 二丙二醇甲醚、 二乙二醇丁醚或2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯的一种或多种混合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明的防水涂层能有效隔水,防止水分过多导致墙纸霉变、腐烂。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
一种防水立体墙纸,由下至上依次为基材层、凹凸面板层、 色彩层和和防水涂层;所述防水涂层采用的原料及其重量份数如下:氟碳树脂30份、羟基树脂40份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液20份、六偏磷酸钠2份、丙二醇甲醚2份。
这种防水涂层的涂料的制作方法是:先将氟碳树脂和羟基树脂加入密封设备,开始搅拌,搅拌状态下加入苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液、六偏磷酸钠和丙二醇甲醚,2小时后出料研磨, 细度达到10~20微米,过滤。
将制得的涂料喷涂在色彩层上面,由于这种涂料是无色透明的,对色彩层不造成干涉,并且隔水效果好,能有效防止水分过多导致墙纸霉变、腐烂。
实施例二:
一种防水立体墙纸,由下至上依次为基材层、凹凸面板层、 色彩层和和防水涂层;所述防水涂层采用的原料及其重量份数如下:氟碳树脂40份、羟基树脂50份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液35份、六偏磷酸钠3份、聚羧酸铵盐3份、聚羧酸钠盐4份、丙二醇甲醚3份、丙二醇丁醚3份、 二丙二醇甲醚4份。

1.一种防水立体墙纸,其特征在于:由下至上依次为基材层、凹凸面板层、 色彩层和和防水涂层;所述防水涂层采用的原料及其重量份数如下:氟碳树脂30份~40份、羟基树脂40份~50份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液20份~35份、分散剂2份~10份、醇醚成膜助剂2份~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水立体墙纸,其特征在于:所述分散剂为钠盐分散剂、铵盐分散剂、聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、聚羧酸铵盐分散剂、SN-5040分散剂、快易分散剂1288、快易分散剂SE9300或六偏磷酸钠分散剂中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水立体墙纸,其特征在于:所述醇醚成膜助剂是丙二醇甲醚、 丙二醇丁醚、 二丙二醇甲醚、 二乙二醇丁醚或2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯的一种或多种混合物。
