Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of audio testing, and discloses an audio testing method and system for a Windows tablet computer. According to the method, when the earphone is not inserted, the onboard microphone of the tablet computer is started; recording the tablet personal computer, and converting the obtained recording into a WAV audio file for playing; judging whether the recording function of an onboard microphone of the tablet computer is normal or not; when the earphone is inserted, the tablet personal computer is automatically switched to the earphone input mode; judging whether the recording function of the headset is normal or not; playing a piece of music or video by the tablet computer; judging whether the sound effect of a loudspeaker of the tablet personal computer is normal or not; and outputting a test result. The method can automatically switch the onboard microphone and the earphone jack, realize the test of the recording functions of the onboard microphone and the earphone jack, and also realize the test of the loudspeaker, and is simple, reliable and easy to realize.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of audio testing, in particular to an audio testing method and system of a Windows tablet computer.
Background
In the production process of the Windows tablet computer, audio is an important component of the tablet computer, and certain reliability tests must be carried out on the tablet computer, wherein the reliability tests comprise two tests of a recording function and a loudspeaker function. When the recording function is tested, both the on-board microphone and the earphone jack of the machine need to be tested, and if any one of the tests fails, the problem of the recording function is indicated. An audio test system of a Windows tablet computer comprises a recording module, a conversion playing module, a test module, an output module and a switching detection module;
the switching detection module is used for switching an onboard microphone and an earphone jack of the tablet computer during audio test;
the recording module records the sound of the tablet computer and outputs the obtained sound to the conversion playing module;
the conversion playing module converts the obtained recording into a WAV audio file and plays the WAV audio file;
the test module judges whether the recording function of an onboard microphone or an earphone jack is normal or not according to the played WAV audio file; the test module also judges whether the sound effect of the loudspeaker of the tablet personal computer is normal or not;
and the output module outputs the test result of the test module.
The audio test system also comprises a sound sampling module and a conversion display module;
the sound sampling module is used for sampling sound signals of left/right sound channels of the tablet computer and outputting sampling data to the conversion display module;

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides an audio test method for a Windows tablet computer, which comprises the following specific steps:

Step two: and recording the tablet personal computer, and converting the obtained recording into a WAV audio file for playing. In this step, the tablet personal computer is recorded through the onboard microphone.
In the recording process, the sound signals of the left/right sound channels of the tablet personal computer are sampled, and the sampled data are converted into visual graphs in real time to be displayed, so that the sampled data are visual.
Step three: judging whether the recording function of the onboard microphone of the tablet computer is normal or not, if so, judging that the test result passes, and executing the step four; if not, the test result is judged to be failed, and the step nine is executed.
Step four: when the earphone is inserted, the tablet personal computer is automatically switched to the headset input mode.
Step five: and recording the tablet personal computer through the headset of the earphone, and converting the obtained recording into a WAV audio file for playing.
Step six: judging whether the recording function of the headset is normal or not, if so, judging that the test result passes, and executing a seventh step; if not, the test result is judged to be failed, and the step nine is executed.
In the above, whether the recording functions of the earphone microphone and the onboard microphone are normal or not is judged by playing the recording.
Step seven: the tablet computer plays a piece of music or video (such as MP3) for testing the sound effect of the speaker of the tablet computer.
Step eight: judging whether the sound effect of the loudspeaker of the tablet personal computer is normal or not, and if so, judging that the test result passes; if not, the test result is judged to fail.
In the foregoing, although the sound is played through the speaker after the recording in the step two, the sound quality and the effect of the first recording and the first music are completely different, in this step, the sound effect of the speaker is mainly determined, that is, whether the sound quality effect of the music played by the speaker is normal is determined.
Step nine: and outputting the test result, and finishing.
As shown in fig. 2, the audio test system of the Windows tablet computer further provided by the present invention includes a recording module, a conversion playing module, a test module, an output module, and a switching detection module.
The switching detection module is used for switching an onboard microphone and an earphone jack of the tablet computer during audio testing, and is convenient and reliable, so that the onboard microphone and the earphone jack can be switched freely. Taking a typical headphone jack circuit as an example (see fig. 3), a pull-up resistor is connected to the test pin, which generates a signal indicating whether a headphone or other accessory is plugged into the jack. If some accessory is inserted, the detection pin will be disconnected. When no accessory is inserted into the jack, the output signal is pulled high; when an accessory is inserted into the jack, the signal is pulled low. The detection signal is connected to a microcontroller port (in this embodiment a switching detection module) which is capable of automatically switching the audio signal between the speaker (without the headset) and the headset speaker (with the headset).
The recording module records the sound of the tablet computer and outputs the obtained sound to the conversion playing module.
And the conversion playing module converts the obtained recording into a WAV audio file and plays the WAV audio file.
The test module judges whether the recording function of an onboard microphone or an earphone jack is normal or not according to the played WAV audio file; the testing module also judges whether the sound effect of the loudspeaker is normal or not after playing a piece of music through the loudspeaker of the tablet personal computer.
And the output module outputs the test result of the test module.
In the foregoing, the audio testing system further includes a sound sampling module and a conversion display module.
The sound sampling module is used for sampling sound signals of left/right sound channels of the tablet computer and outputting sampling data to the conversion display module.
And the conversion display module converts the received sampling data into a visual graph in real time and displays the visual graph to enable the sampling data to be visual.

step two: recording the tablet personal computer through an onboard microphone, converting the obtained recording into a WAV audio file for playing, sampling sound signals of left/right sound channels of the tablet personal computer, and converting the sampled data into a visual graph in real time for displaying;
step three: judging whether the recording function of the onboard microphone of the tablet computer is normal or not, if so, judging that the test result passes, and executing the step four; if not, judging that the test result fails, and executing the step nine;
step four: when the earphone is inserted, the tablet personal computer is automatically switched to the earphone input mode;
step five: recording the tablet personal computer through the headset of the earphone, and converting the obtained recording into a WAV audio file for playing;
step six: judging whether the recording function of the headset is normal or not, if so, judging that the test result passes, and executing a seventh step; if not, judging that the test result fails, and executing the step nine;
step seven: playing a piece of music or video by the tablet computer;
step eight: judging whether the sound effect of the loudspeaker of the tablet personal computer is normal or not, and if so, judging that the test result passes; if not, judging that the test result fails; judging whether the sound effect of the loudspeaker comprises a sound effect and a tone quality effect;
step nine: and outputting the test result, and finishing.
2. An audio test system of a Windows tablet computer is characterized in that: the audio test system comprises a recording module, a conversion playing module, a sound sampling module, a conversion display module, a test module, an output module and a switching detection module;
the switching detection module is used for switching an onboard microphone and an earphone jack of the tablet computer during audio test; the detection pin of the switching detection module is connected with a pull-up resistor for detecting whether the earphone is inserted: when no earphone is plugged into the jack, the output signal is pulled high; when an earphone is plugged into the jack, the output signal is pulled down and is connected to a microcontroller port, and the microcontroller port can automatically switch audio signals when the earphone is not available and when the earphone is available;
the recording module records the sound of the tablet computer and outputs the obtained sound to the conversion playing module;
the conversion playing module converts the obtained recording into a WAV audio file and plays the WAV audio file;
the sound sampling module is used for sampling sound signals of left/right sound channels of the tablet computer and outputting sampling data to the conversion display module;
the conversion display module converts the received sampling data into a visual graph in real time and displays the visual graph to enable the sampling data to be visual;
