Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合玻璃瓶盖,包括内侧的微晶玻璃层,所述微晶玻璃层外侧设有一层高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层普通玻璃层,所述普通玻璃层上设置有一层聚丙烯塑料层象。本发明通过设置多层的玻璃层,增加了玻璃瓶盖的使用寿命,内部的微晶玻璃层加入多种原料,防电磁辐射,外层设置聚丙烯塑料层,抗击打,加强防辐射功能,安全稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓶盖领域,具体是一种复合玻璃瓶盖及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上大多数玻璃瓶盖一般都是采用的都是普通玻璃或者加厚的微晶玻璃,或者高硼硅玻璃制成,外在加上基本的塑料薄膜制成,具有基本的耐高温,强度高等特点;加厚的微晶玻璃和高硼硅玻璃制成的瓶盖长时间使用内部和外部受热不均匀,容易造成爆裂,造成危险。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种多层次,防止爆裂,不易损坏,使用安全的复合玻璃瓶盖。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种复合玻璃瓶盖,包括内侧的微晶玻璃层,所述微晶玻璃层外侧设有一层高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层普通玻璃层,所述普通玻璃层上设置有一层聚丙烯塑料层。
进一步的,所述微晶玻璃层厚度为1-2mm。
进一步的,所述硼硅玻璃层厚度为1-2mm。
优选的,所述普通玻璃层为1.5mm。
作为优选,所述聚丙烯塑料层为1mm。
所述复合玻璃瓶盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)微晶玻璃的制作
a、选取普通玻璃加热融化,制成溶液,按照重量每100kg溶液中加入1kg氧化铝,0.5kg氧化铈,0.5kg氧化钡,1kg玻璃澄清剂,0.3kg氟晶云母,0.5kg硅酸锂,混合,制成混合液;
b:选取一块干净金属铁板,将混合液倒入铁板上,迅速冷却,制成晶莹的玻璃;
c:将步骤b中制成的玻璃打碎,放入磨具中,玻璃碎片厚度1.5-2.5mm,放入1200摄氏度的加热炉中加热20分钟,取出玻璃碎片放置到模具内并自然降温,制成微晶玻璃层;
3)初成品的制作
a:将市场上采购的高硼硅玻璃,普通玻璃,切割成相同大小的玻璃块然后粉碎,加热软化制成高硼硅玻璃层;
b:将制好的玻璃盖按照,微晶玻璃层-高硼硅玻璃层-普通玻璃层的顺序用聚乙烯胶粘合一起,并放入温度为400摄氏度的加热室内加热12小时,然后取出,得到初成品;
c:在初成品普通玻璃一层表面喷涂1mm厚的聚丙烯塑料液体,晾干制成复合玻璃盖;
3)成品的制作
a:将制成的复合玻璃按照实际尺寸要求,制成复合玻璃瓶盖。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过设置多层的玻璃层,增加了玻璃瓶盖的使用寿命,内部的微晶玻璃层加入多种原料,防电磁辐射,外层设置聚丙烯塑料层,抗击打,加强防辐射功能,安全稳定。

本发明公开一种复合玻璃瓶盖,包括内侧的微晶玻璃层,所述微晶玻璃层外侧设有一层高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层普通玻璃层,所述普通玻璃层上设置有一层聚丙烯塑料层。
所述微晶玻璃层厚度为1-2mm。
所述硼硅玻璃层厚度为1-2mm。
所述普通玻璃层为1.5mm。
所述聚丙烯塑料层为1mm。
所述复合玻璃瓶盖的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)微晶玻璃的制作
a、选取普通玻璃加热融化,制成溶液,按照重量每100kg溶液中加入1kg氧化铝,0.5kg氧化铈,0.5kg氧化钡,1kg玻璃澄清剂,0.3kg氟晶云母,0.5kg硅酸锂,混合,制成混合液;
b:选取一块干净金属铁板,将混合液倒入铁板上,迅速冷却,制成晶莹的玻璃;
c:将步骤b中制成的玻璃打碎,放入磨具中,玻璃碎片厚度1.5-2.5mm,放入1200摄氏度的加热炉中加热20分钟,取出玻璃碎片放置到模具内并自然降温,制成微晶玻璃层;
4)初成品的制作
a:将市场上采购的高硼硅玻璃,普通玻璃,切割成相同大小的玻璃块然后粉碎,加热软化制成高硼硅玻璃层;
b:将制好的玻璃盖按照,微晶玻璃层-高硼硅玻璃层-普通玻璃层的顺序用聚乙烯胶粘合一起,并放入温度为400摄氏度的加热室内加热12小时,然后取出,得到初成品;
c:在初成品普通玻璃一层表面喷涂1mm厚的聚丙烯塑料液体,晾干制成复合玻璃盖;
3)成品的制作
a:将制成的复合玻璃按照实际尺寸要求,制成复合玻璃瓶盖。

1.一种复合玻璃瓶盖,包括内侧的微晶玻璃层,所述微晶玻璃层外侧设有一层高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层普通玻璃层,所述普通玻璃层上设置有一层聚丙烯塑料层,其特征在于,该复合玻璃瓶盖的制作方法包括以下步骤:
1)微晶玻璃的制作
a、选取普通玻璃加热融化,制成溶液,按照重量每100kg溶液中加入1kg氧化铝,0.5kg氧化铈,0.5kg氧化钡,1kg玻璃澄清剂,0.3kg氟晶云母,0.5kg硅酸锂,混合,制成混合液;
b:选取一块干净金属铁板,将混合液倒入铁板上,迅速冷却,制成晶莹的玻璃;
c:将步骤b中制成的玻璃打碎,放入磨具中,玻璃碎片厚度1.5-2.5mm,放入1200摄氏度的加热炉中加热20分钟,取出玻璃碎片放置到模具内并自然降温,制成微晶玻璃层;
2)初成品的制作
a:将市场上采购的高硼硅玻璃,普通玻璃,切割成相同大小的玻璃块然后粉碎,加热软化制成高硼硅玻璃层;
b:将制好的玻璃层 按照,微晶玻璃层-高硼硅玻璃层-普通玻璃层的顺序用聚乙烯胶粘合一起,并放入温度为400摄氏度的加热室内加热12小时,然后取出,得到初成品;
c:在初成品普通玻璃一层表面喷涂1mm厚的聚丙烯塑料液体,晾干制成复合玻璃盖;
3)成品的制作
a:将制成的复合玻璃按照实际尺寸要求,制成复合玻璃瓶盖。
