Abstract
一种双纤维降糖粉,其特征是由麦麸、黑大豆、海藻酸钠、甜菊甙、拧檬酸和香兰素所组成,它们的重量百分数分别是65~90、14~25、1~10、0.01~1、0.01~1和0.01~1。制造时将麦麸、黑大豆、海藻酸钠和3种调味剂粉碎、混合、烘干、焙烤即可。本发明的保健食品无糖、无毒、无害,蛋白质和食物纤维素含量高,价格便宜,可延缓糖吸收、改善糖耐量、降低血糖和尿糖的浓度,同时能使患者有显著的饱腹感。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健食品,更具体地说涉及一种含海藻酸钠的保健食品。
糖尿病患者用消渴丸治疗,这是一种由中药和优降糖组成的丸剂,它主要通过促进血清胰岛素的分泌和抑制胰高血糖素的分泌,增加肝糖原含量,而达到缓解多饮、多尿、多食、消瘦、体倦无力、睡眠差、腰痛、尿糖和血糖升高等症状。消渴丸以中药和优降糖为原料,不但成本高,而且还能使人体的免疫功能低下,出现低血糖等毒副作用。
本发明的目的在于提供一种双纤维降糖粉,这种食品完全由天然物质配制,它能弥补现有保健食品的上述不足。
本发明的双纤维降糖粉其特征是由麦麸、黑大豆、海藻酸钠、甜菊甙、柠檬酸和香兰素所组成,它们的重量百分数分别是65~90、14~25、1~10、0.01~1、0.01~1和0.01~1,各成份之和为100%。
制造双纤维降糖粉的方法特征是将麦麸和海藻酸钠粉碎至80目,在蒸车内0.05MPa和140~160℃下蒸煮0.5~1.5小时;将黑大豆炒过之后粉碎至80目,将三者混合搅拌30~50分钟,然后加入甜菊甙、柠檬酸和香兰素,将混合物料在80~100℃下烘干,在130~160℃下焙烤20~40分钟。
本发明的保健食品无糖、无毒、无害,蛋白质和食物纤维素含量高,价格便宜,可延缓糖吸收、改善糖耐量、降低血糖和尿糖的浓度,同时能使患者有显著的饱腹感并改善口渴、多饮、多食、多尿、易饥、乏力等症状。
下面通过实施例说明本发明。
实施例
本发明的双纤维降糖粉按下述方法和步骤制造:
1.将新鲜麦麸除掉大部分淀粉,磨碎,过80目筛后,均匀装盘,在蒸车内0.05MPa和140~160℃下蒸煮1小时,然后室温下凉干,同时将大块铲碎,去杂质,然后造粒,使颗粒均匀。
2.将颗粒饱满、均匀的黑大豆,挑去杂质,清洗晾干后焙炒,控制温度与时间,避免夹生、炒糊,然后粉碎,细度达80目。
3.将海藻酸钠粉碎达80目细度,在蒸车内0.05MPa,140~160℃下蒸煮1.5小时,除去杂味,降低粘度,凉干后焙烤(180℃)1.5小时。
4.将已处理好的物料79.86kg麦麸、17kg要粉、3kg海藻酸钠混合搅拌40分钟,然后加调味剂辅料0.06kg甜菊甙、0.05kg柠檬酸和0.03kg香兰素,再搅20分钟,使物料混匀。
5.将混匀物料烘干,烘干温度为80~100℃,焙考温度为140℃,时间30分钟,严格控制水份,中控水份指标合格后方可包装。
6.包装时需防止微生物的污染,包装车间应定期用紫外线杀菌消毒。
本保健食品中所含的海洋生物提取物海藻酸钠属天然高分子化合物,为可溶性食物纤维,有粘性,不被吸收,在人体肠道内可形成一种凝胶过滤系统,麦麸含有大量的非溶性食物纤维、丰富的维生素和对糖尿病患者有益的微量元素,黑大豆含有丰富的蛋白质和大量的非溶性粗纤维,这些粗纤维在肠道下段可被微生物利用发酵。把这3种物质按上述方法配制在一起,它们相互作用,从而具有显著的延缓糖吸收,改善糖耐量,降低血糖、尿糖的作用,同时增加了组织对胰岛素的敏感性,对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者更为适应,并且还能代食消饥,减轻因控制饮食而产生的饥饿感;此外,在降低胆固醇、延缓糖吸收、通便方面也具有重要意义。
本发明的双纤维降糖粉亦称为降糖乐,适于高血糖、糖尿病患者食用,但不能代替药物治疗。加开水将其调成糊状后即可食用,每日2~3次,每次25~30克。

1.一种双纤维降糖粉,其特征是由麦麸、黑大豆、海藻酸钠、甜菊甙、柠檬酸和香兰素所组成,它们的重量百分数分别是65~90、14~25、1~10、0.01~1、0.01~1和0.01~1,各成份之和为100%。
2.制造权利要求1所述的双纤维降糖粉的方法,其特征是将麦麸和海藻酸钠粉碎至80目,在蒸车内0.05MPa和140~160℃下蒸煮0.5~1.5小时;将黑大豆炒过之后粉碎至80目,将三者混合搅拌30~50分钟,然后加入甜菊甙、柠檬酸和香兰素,将混合物料在80~100℃下烘干,在130~160℃下焙烤20~40分钟。
