Abstract
本发明提供了一种纤维增强塑料杆及其生产方法和应用,所述纤维增强塑料杆包括纤维以及包覆在纤维外和/或填充在纤维之间的内涂层,所述内涂层为树脂涂层,是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成,并且根据使用的需要,所述纤维增强塑料杆的内涂层的外侧还可以有一层外涂层,外涂层是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成,或由挤出机通过挤塑工艺涂覆而成。与现有技术相比,本发明所述的生产方法的生产速度可提至20米/min以上,大幅提高了生产效率;工艺流程短,可通过优化组合得到更高的单线产能;柔性化生产,通过树脂配方的简单调整即可实现塑料杆性能的改变。

技术领域
本发明属于光缆领域,特别涉及一种纤维增强塑料杆及其生产方法和应用。
背景技术
近年来随着人类对于通讯与信息传输需求的增高,通信产业快速发展,旺盛的通信消费需求为光纤光缆行业发展提供了广阔的市场空间,用量逐年增大。
光缆的基本结构一般是由缆芯(光纤)、加强芯(保护件)、填充物和护套等几部分组成,另外根据需要还有防水层、缓冲层、绝缘金属导线等构件。其中加强芯的作用就是提高光缆的整体拉伸强度,保证光缆在施工及使用中由于缆体中加强件的高强拉力性能而不易被拉断,从而保护了光缆中的光纤不易断裂。通常的加强芯有钢丝、纤维纱、纤维增强塑料杆等,使用的增强用纤维有玻璃纤维,芳纶,超高分子量聚乙烯纤维等。
现有技术中,纤维增强塑料杆的生产方法主要有两种。
一种是热固化树脂拉挤成型方法。中国专利CN100449347公开了一种芳纶纤维增强塑料加强件的制备方法,使用芳纶纤维、浸渍乙烯基树脂,经5~8m/min的热固化成型,外覆EVA涂层。中国专利CN102692686公开了一种光缆用纤维增强塑料杆的生产方法,使用玻璃纤维、芳纶、玄武岩纤维、钢丝或碳纤维,浸渍一定配方比例的热固性聚氨酯或聚脲树脂,经100~250℃的热固化成型,生产速度最高可至10m/min。中国专利CN102896783公开了一种光电缆用玻璃纤维增强塑料杆的生产方法,使用玻璃纤维纱浸渍以聚醚多元醇、环氧树脂为基体的热固性树脂,经过80~220℃的连续多道热固化后卷绕成线盘,生产速度可至4~8m/min。该生产方法的缺点在于生产速率受限于热固化,一般低于10m/min。对于光缆行业通常使用的50km/卷的塑料杆,单盘生产周期将达到3.5天~8天,生产效率极低且质量一致性难以保证。
一种是聚合物熔体涂覆允许挤拉成型。中国专利CN102608718公开了一种热塑性GFRP 蝶形光缆用加强件的生产工艺,使用玻璃纤维进行两次聚合物熔体的热涂覆、并冷却固化,所用聚合物为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺或聚甲醛等。该生产方法的缺点也在于生产速率,聚合物熔体的高粘度极大限制了涂覆效率,并且将难以渗透进入纤维内部,所制得的塑料杆性能易不一致。
另外,PCT专利WO2012/091806公开了一种缆线加强芯的新型生产方法,使用一种聚合物水分散体润湿纤维,后除去水分使聚合物固结在纤维表面从而制得加强件。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的提供了一种纤维增强塑料杆及其生产方法和应用,可大幅提高生产速率、降低生产成本并有效降低挥发性气体排放,实现高效、环保生产。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纤维增强塑料杆,所述纤维增强塑料杆包括纤维以及包覆在纤维外和/或渗透到纤维之间缝隙的内涂层,所述内涂层为树脂涂层,是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成。
可选地,所述纤维增强塑料杆的内涂层的外侧还有一层外涂层,外涂层是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成,该光固化树脂可以和内涂层相同,也可以不同;或由塑料挤出机通过挤塑工艺涂覆而成。
所述的光固化工艺是指,在光的辐照下,光引发剂被引发,产生一种或若干种活性种,该活性种引发光固化树脂的聚合和/或交联,并固化成型。
进一步的,所述塑料杆的横截面为圆形或近似圆形,其直径为0.2mm~10mm。
进一步的,所述的纤维包括但不限于,玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚芳酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、碳纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、PBO纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维中的任意一种或几种的组合。
进一步的,所述的光固化树脂包含光引发体系,即能在紫外光区(200~400nm)和/或可见光区(400~800nm)吸收一定波长的能量,直接或间接产生自由基、阳离子等活性种,活性种进一步引发树脂聚合、交联、固化成型的一种或若干种化合物,亦即光引发剂。
进一步的,所述光固化树脂还包括光固化预聚物和/或活性单体(即稀释剂)。
进一步的,所述引发体系在整个光固化树脂中的用量为0.1-10%。优选地,其用量为1-3%。

优选地,所述光引发体系包含:安息香醚(BE)、4-对苯硫基二苯甲酮(BMS)、二苯甲酮(BP)、4-4`-双(二乙氨基)二苯甲酮(DEMK)、α,α`-二甲基苯偶酰缩酮(BDK)、α,α`-二乙氧基苯乙酮(DEAP)、苯甲酰甲酸酯(MBF)、N-甲基二乙醇胺中的一种或若干种。
进一步的,所述的光固化预聚物包含以下类型的树脂:不饱和聚酯、环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、双酚A环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、酚醛环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、环氧化油(甲基)丙烯酸酯、改性环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸酯化聚丙烯酸树脂、氨基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、有机硅(甲基)丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂中的一种或几种。
优选地,光固化预聚物包含:不饱和聚酯、氨基丙烯酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯化聚丙烯酸树脂中的一种或几种。

优选地,所述的活性单体包含:苯乙烯、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、(甲基)丙烯酸异丙片酯、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述的纤维增强塑料杆的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)光引发剂、树脂体系混合
将光引发剂、光固化预聚物和/或活性单体混合分散均匀,并使光引发剂溶解于预聚物和/或活性单体中,形成均一的光固化树脂,盛入树脂槽;
(2):纤维在树脂槽中的润湿
将放置在纱架上的纤维连续牵引至盛有光固化树脂的树脂槽中,并使树脂充分润湿纤维,形成被树脂润湿、包覆的纤维;
树脂槽可以包含加热系统,使树脂保持在常温(25℃)到100℃之间的某一温度;优选地,树脂温度维持在常温(25℃)至40℃之间的某一个温度或范围;树脂槽内还可以包含张力调节装置;
(3):光固化成型
将被树脂润湿、包覆的纤维经过一个或一组模具,进入光固化箱中,光固化箱中含有光源,使光引发剂引发树脂聚合和/或交联,并固化成型,即形成所述的纤维增强塑料杆;
(4):定长卷绕
将固化成型的塑料杆通过长度计量装置,并牵引至卷绕装置上。卷绕至定长后,下卷;
(5):外层树脂涂覆(可选)
可以通过在线涂覆或者下线以后再涂覆的方式完成。
在线涂覆是指,所述的纤维增强塑料杆,离开第(3)步所述的光固化箱后,在第(4)步定长卷绕之前,再次进入一个树脂槽。该树脂槽盛放有外涂层的光固化树脂,该树脂可以和第(2)步的内涂层光固化树脂相同,也可以不同。同样地,该树脂槽可以包含加热系统,使树脂保持在常温(25℃)到100℃之间的某一温度或范围。优选地,树脂温度维持在常温(25℃)至40℃之间的某一个温度或范围。纤维增强塑料杆被树脂润湿、包覆后,离开树脂槽,经过一个或一组模具,再次进入一个光固化箱。同样地,该光固化箱中含有光源,从而引发外涂层光固化树脂聚合和/或交联,并固化成型,即形成含外涂层的纤维增强塑料杆。随后进行第(4)步定长卷绕。
下线再涂覆是指,经过第(4)步,纤维增强塑料杆计米卷绕至一定长度后,下线。需要涂覆时,再上线涂覆。涂覆可以用光固化树脂进行光固化,或者经过塑料挤出机进行涂覆。
光固化涂覆时,纤维增强塑料杆,经过放线架,牵引至树脂槽,该树脂槽盛放有外涂层光固化树脂,该树脂可以和第(2)步的内涂层光固化树脂相同,也可以不同。同样地,该树脂槽可以包含加热系统,使树脂保持在常温(25℃)到100℃之间的某一温度或范围。优选地,树脂温度维持在常温(25℃)至40℃之间的某一个温度或范围。纤维增强塑料杆被树脂润湿、包覆后,离开树脂槽,经过一个或一组模具,再次进入一个光固化箱。同样地,该光固化箱中含有光源,从而引发外涂层树脂聚合和/或交联,并固化成型。即形成含外涂层的纤维增强塑料杆。
塑料挤出机挤塑涂覆时,纤维增强塑料杆,经过放线架,牵引至挤出机,并穿过挤出机机头。启动挤出机,挤出机将树脂涂覆到所述纤维增强塑料杆的外表面。外涂层树脂冷却定形后,形成含外涂层的纤维增强塑料杆。涂层用的树脂包括但不限于乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、聚乙烯等。
将以上光固化涂覆或挤出机涂覆形成的含外涂层的纤维增强塑料杆再次通过长度计量装置,牵引至卷绕装置上。卷绕至定长后,下卷。
所述光固化装置中的光源,能提供紫外光区(200~400nm)和/或可见光区(400~800nm)的光辐射,使光引发剂产生直接或间接产生自由基、阳离子等活性种,活性种进一步引发树脂聚合和/或交联,并固化成型。能实现上述功能的灯包括但不限于:低压汞灯、中压汞灯、高压汞灯、金属卤素灯、无极灯(微波激发灯)、氙灯、LED、准分子紫外灯、UV-等离子体灯以及其它可以提供可见光的灯。
本发明的另一目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
所述的纤维增强塑料杆的应用,所述纤维塑料杆可应用于包括电缆增强、信号线、绳索,以及钓鱼线、渔线、风筝线、缝纫线在内的线材领域。
本发明相比现有技术的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的纤维增强塑料杆与现有技术相比,生产速度可提至20米/min以上,大幅提高了生产效率;
2)本发明所述的纤维增强塑料杆的生产工艺流程短,可通过优化组合得到更高的单线产能;
3)本发明所述的纤维增强塑料杆,柔性化生产,通过树脂配方的简单调整即可实现加强芯性能的改变,以适应光缆制备的要求;
4)本发明所述的纤维增强塑料杆,除用于光缆加强芯外,亦可用于包括电缆增强、信号线、绳索,以及钓鱼线、渔线、风筝线、缝纫线在内的线材领域。

具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术熟练人员可以根据上述发明内容对本发明做出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种横截面直径1mm的纤维增强塑料杆,是一种玻璃纤维增强塑料杆,包括纤维以及包覆在纤维外和/或填充于纤维之间的内涂层,所述的内涂层是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成。
纤维:选用总纤度为1200tex的玻璃纤维。
光固化树脂由光引发体系、预聚物和稀释剂构成。其中各组分的重量份数为:
-预聚物:不饱和聚酯100份;
-稀释剂:苯乙烯40份,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯10份;
-光引发体系:安息香醚(预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%),α,α`-二甲基苯偶酰缩酮(预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%),2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%)。
按照上述重量份数比,按照一定步骤,将预聚物、稀释剂和光引发体系充分分散、混合,并使光引发剂溶解后,盛入树脂槽。玻璃纤维经过树脂槽润湿和1mm定型模具,在固化箱内固化,即得到所述的玻璃纤维增强塑料杆。
产品表面光洁、圆整、干燥,有良好的弯曲韧性。其拉伸强度达到1300MPa,拉伸模量达到51Gpa,不圆整度≤2%,弯曲半径≤30mm。其固化速度达到20m/min,比传统制造工艺的固化速度提高了100%以上。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种横截面直径0.5mm的纤维增强塑料杆,是一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维增强塑料杆,包括纤维以及包覆在纤维外和/或填充于纤维之间的内涂层以及外涂层,所述的内涂层、外涂层均是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成。
纤维:选用总纤度为1000dtex的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
光固化树脂由光引发体系、预聚物和稀释剂构成。其中各组分的重量份数为:
-内涂层预聚物:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯60份,丙烯酸酯化聚丙烯酸树脂40份;
-内涂层稀释剂:三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯40份;
-内涂层光引发体系:二苯甲酮(内涂层预聚物和稀释剂总质量的1%),N,N-二乙基乙醇胺(内涂层预聚物和稀释剂总质量的1%),2-羟基-2甲基-苯基丙酮-1(内涂层预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%);
-外涂层预聚物:环氧丙烯酸酯100份;
-外涂层稀释剂:三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯60份;
-外涂层光引发体系:4-4`-双(甲基、乙基氨基)二苯甲酮(外涂层预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%),1-羟基-环己基苯甲酮(外涂层预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%)。
按照上述重量份数比,按照一定步骤,分别将预聚物、稀释剂和光引发体系充分分散、混合,并使引发剂溶解,制成光固化内涂层和外涂层树脂,并分别盛入树脂槽。高模量聚乙烯纤维经过内涂层树脂槽,被内涂层树脂润湿和包覆后,依次进入0.5mm模具和光固化箱。固化后,进入外涂层树脂槽,该树脂槽盛有外涂层树脂,润湿、涂覆后,进入0.58mm直径的模具,并随即再次进入光固化箱,进行固化。最后经定长卷绕,下卷后,制得超高分子量聚乙烯纤维增强塑料杆成品。
产品表面光洁、圆整、干燥,有良好的弯曲韧性。其拉伸强度达到1700MPa,拉伸模量达到55Gpa,不圆整度≤2%,最小弯曲半径≤4mm。其固化速度达到25m/min,比传统制造工艺的固化速度提高了150%以上。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种横截面直径0.5mm的纤维增强塑料杆,是一种芳纶纤维增强塑料杆,包括纤维以及包覆在纤维外和/或填充于纤维之间的内涂层以及外涂层,所述的内涂层是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成,外涂层是通过塑料挤出机涂覆而成,所用塑胶为乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物。
纤维:选用总纤度为1580dtex的芳纶纱。
光固化树脂由光引发体系、预聚物和稀释剂构成。其中各组分的重量份数为:
-预聚物:氨基丙烯酸酯70份,环氧丙烯酸酯30份;
-稀释剂:三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯40份,1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯20份;
-光引发体系:4-4`-双(二乙氨基)二苯甲酮(预聚物和稀释剂总质量的3%),2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啡丙酮-1(预聚物和稀释剂总质量的2%),2,4-二乙基硫杂蒽酮(预聚物和稀释剂总质量的1%);
按照上述重量份数比,按照一定步骤,将预聚物、稀释剂和光引发体系充分分散、混合,光引发剂溶解后,盛入树脂槽。芳纶纤维经过树脂槽,被树脂润湿、包覆后,再依次进入模具和光固化箱内,并被固化,即形成芳纶增强塑料杆,固化后,通过计米卷绕至定长,下卷。
下卷后,需要涂层时,使用塑料挤出机进行涂覆。以乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物为塑胶原料,通过挤出机将其涂覆在芳纶增强塑料杆外层,即形成含涂层的芳纶增强塑料杆。通过计米卷绕至定长,下卷。
产品表面光洁、圆整、干燥,有良好的弯曲性能。其拉伸强度达到1600MPa,拉伸模量达到52Gpa,不圆整度≤2%,最小弯曲半径≤5mm。其固化速度达到15m/min,比传统制造工艺的固化速度提高了200%以上。
Claims (10)
1.一种纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述纤维增强塑料杆包括纤维以及包覆在纤维外和填充在纤维之间的内涂层,所述内涂层为树脂涂层,是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述纤维增强塑料杆的内涂层的外侧还有一层外涂层,外涂层是由光固化树脂通过光固化工艺固化制成,或由挤出机通过挤塑工艺涂覆而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述的纤维包括玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚芳酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、碳纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、PBO纤维、聚乙烯醇纤维中的任意一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述的光固化树脂包含光引发体系,即光引发剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述光固化树脂还包括光固化预聚物和/或活性单体。
6.根据权利要求4所述的纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述光引发体系包含:安息香醚(BE)、α,α`-二甲基苯偶酰缩酮(DMBK)、α,α-二乙氧基苯乙酮(DEAP)、2-羟基-2甲基-苯基丙酮-1(HMPP)、1-羟基-环己基苯甲酮(HCPK)、2-羟基-2-甲基-对羟乙基醚基苯基丙酮-1、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啡丙酮-1(MMMP)、2-苄基-2-二甲基氨基-1-(4-吗啉苯基)丁酮-1(BDMB)、苯甲酰甲酸酯(MBF)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-乙氧基-苯基氧化膦(TEPO)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO)、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基膦酸乙酯(TPO-L)、双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)苯基氧化膦(BAPO)、2-羟基-4'-(2-羟乙氧基)-2-甲基苯丙酮(2959)、4-对甲苯硫基二苯甲酮(BMS)、二苯甲酮(BP)、2,4,6-三甲基二苯甲酮、4-甲基二苯甲酮(MBP)、4-4`-双(二甲氨基)二苯甲酮(MK)、4-苯基二苯甲酮(PBZ)、4-4`-双(二乙氨基)二苯甲酮(DEMK)、2-甲酸甲酯二苯甲酮(OMBB)、4-4`-双(甲基、乙基氨基)二苯甲酮(MEMK)、异丙基硫杂蒽(ITX)、2-氯硫杂蒽酮(CTX)、1-氯-4-丙氧基硫杂蒽酮(CPTX)、2,4-二乙基硫杂蒽酮(DETX)、2-乙基蒽醌(2-EA)、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基苯甲酸乙酯(EDAB)、N,N-二甲基苯甲酸-2-乙基己酯(ODAB)、苯甲酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMB)、活性胺、二芳基碘鎓盐、三芳基硫鎓盐、异丙苯茂铁六氟磷酸盐、聚[2-羟基-2-甲基-1-(4-甲基乙烯基-苯基)丙酮]、大分子二苯甲酮、大分子硫杂蒽酮、大分子氨基苯乙酮、大分子α-羟基酮、大分子苯甲酰甲酸酯、大分子肟酮酯、大分子酰基膦化氧、大分子胺烷基酮、大分子碘鎓盐、大分子硫鎓盐、2-羟基-3-(2’-硫杂蒽酮氧基)-N,N,N-三甲基-1-丙胺氯化物、樟脑醌、双[2,6-二氟-3-(1H-吡咯基-1)苯基]钛茂、硫代叮啶酮/碘鎓盐、硼酸盐/染料、六芳基双咪唑/染料、香豆素酮/染料中的一种或若干种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的纤维增强塑料杆,其特征在于,所述的光固化预聚物包含以下类型的树脂:不饱和聚酯、环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、双酚A环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、酚醛环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、环氧化油(甲基)丙烯酸酯、改性环氧(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸酯化聚丙烯酸树脂、氨基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、有机硅(甲基)丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂中的一种或几种。

9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的纤维增强塑料杆的生产方法,其特征在于,所述生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)光引发剂、树脂体系混合
将光引发剂、光固化预聚物和/或活性单体混合分散均匀,并使光引发剂溶解于预聚物和/或活性单体中,形成均一的光固化树脂,盛入树脂槽;
(2):纤维在树脂槽中的润湿
将放置在纱架上的纤维连续牵引至盛有光固化树脂的树脂槽中,并使树脂充分润湿纤维,形成被树脂润湿、包覆的纤维;树脂槽可以包含加热系统,使树脂保持在常温到100摄氏度之间的某一温度;优选地,树脂温度维持在常温至40度之间的某一个温度或范围;
(3):光固化成型
将被树脂润湿、包覆的纤维经过一个或一组模具,进入光固化箱中,光固化箱中含有光源,使光引发剂引发树脂聚合并固化成型,即形成所述的纤维增强塑料杆。
10.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的纤维增强塑料杆的应用,其特征在于,所述纤维塑料杆应用于包括电缆增强、信号线、绳索,以及钓鱼线、渔线、风筝线、缝纫线在内的线材领域。
