本发明涉及医疗注射用具技术领域,尤其是一种自动注药胰岛素笔,包括笔套、内轴、胰岛素药芯、端盖旋钮和针头,笔套的一端设有端盖旋钮,笔套的另一端连接有胰岛素药芯和针头,内轴中心设有通孔,通孔内设有注药螺杆,内轴外围套设有扭簧,注药螺杆靠近胰岛素药芯的一侧设有注药推盘,胰岛素药芯和笔套的连接端设有啮合的棘轮和棘爪盘,棘轮和棘爪盘靠近胰岛素药芯的一侧设有注药离合器带动的注药开关,结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定可靠,通过扭簧、棘轮和棘爪盘的配合带动注药螺杆旋进注射,注药指示盘直观显示注药进程,实现全自动注药。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗注射用具技术领域,尤其是一种自动注药胰岛素笔。
背景技术
为配套全自动安全型胰岛素注射器而改进的一种自动注药胰岛素笔,改变了传统扎针、注药、退针需人工操作的缺点,从而实现扎针、注药、退针一体化操作。
发明内容
为了克服现有的需人工操作的不足,本发明提供了一种自动注药胰岛素笔,通过本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自动注药胰岛素笔,包括笔套、内轴、胰岛素药芯、端盖旋钮和针头,笔套的一端设有端盖旋钮,笔套的另一端连接有胰岛素药芯和针头,内轴中心设有通孔,通孔内设有注药螺杆,内轴外围套设有扭簧,注药螺杆靠近胰岛素药芯的一侧设有注药推盘,胰岛素药芯和笔套的连接端设有啮合的棘轮和棘爪盘,棘轮和棘爪盘靠近胰岛素药芯的一侧设有注药离合器带动的注药开关。
进一步的,包括扭簧外围套设有键槽式内旋管带动旋转的注药量指示盘。
进一步的,包括胰岛素药芯端部设有注药螺杆回程压簧。
进一步的,包括注药离合器端部设有注药开关压簧。
进一步的,包括笔套的外壁设有药量指示窗口。
进一步的,包括笔套的外壁还设有注药结束显示标记。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,操作方便,工作稳定可靠,通过扭簧、棘轮和棘爪盘的配合带动注药螺杆旋进注射,注药指示盘直观显示注药进程,实现全自动注药。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种自动注药胰岛素笔,包括笔套1、内轴2、胰岛素药芯3、端盖旋钮4和针头5,笔套1的一端设有端盖旋钮4,笔套1的另一端连接有胰岛素药芯3和针头5,内轴2中心设有通孔,通孔内设有注药螺杆6,内轴2外围套设有扭簧7,注药螺杆6靠近胰岛素药芯3的一侧设有注药推盘8,胰岛素药芯3和笔套1的连接端设有啮合的棘轮9和棘爪盘10,棘轮9和棘爪盘10靠近胰岛素药芯3的一侧设有注药离合器11带动的注药开关12,扭簧7外围套设有键槽式内旋管13带动旋转的注药量指示盘14,胰岛素药芯3端部设有注药螺杆回程压簧15,注药离合器11端部设有注药开关压簧16,笔套1的外壁设有药量指示窗口17,笔套1的外壁还设有注药结束显示标记18。
使用时,旋转端盖旋钮4,带动内轴2前端棘爪盘10同时通过键槽式内旋管13带动扭簧7和药量指示盘14一同转动,药量指示盘14在笔套1内螺纹和内旋管13外键槽同时作用下在旋转的同时向端部移动,通过笔套1外部指示窗口17显示注药量。内轴2有通孔,内有注药螺杆6带键槽,顺时针旋转棘爪盘10,与其啮合的棘轮9由于前端平面齿形离合器注药开关12在弹簧作用下闭合,一同转动的端盖旋钮4、注药量指示盘14、扭簧7可定位在需要的位置,实现注药量设定。在注药笔扎针前进时,注药开关12在挡块作用下打开注药离合器11,在扭簧7回转作用下逆时针转动通过棘轮9内螺纹带动注药螺杆6、注药推盘8移动完成自动注药。
自动注药胰岛素笔的工作原理:胰岛素药芯3装入胰岛素药芯盒内通过端部螺旋快装接头与笔管接连接,推动注药螺杆回程离合器闭合,从而约束注药螺杆6只能移动不能转动(注药螺杆6的外键槽与离合器内键孔配合)。同理更换胰岛素药芯3时弹簧使离合器分离,螺杆可自由转动回程复位;注药开关12不工作时,弹簧推动开关离合器闭合,芯轴被约束不能转动,旋转注药量调整旋钮时,通过芯轴带动注药量指示盘14内旋管转动,带动扭簧7工作,同时使注药量指示盘14在笔外管内螺纹及内旋管键槽共同作用下实现注药量的显示。此外芯轴带动端部棘爪盘10转动在芯轴端头的内棘轮9约束下停止在需要的注药量位置。当打开注药开关2时,离合器分开,在扭簧7的作用下,芯轴1回转通过棘爪盘10带动内棘轮9及芯轴回转由芯轴内孔螺纹使注药螺杆6移动,并通过注药推盘实现自动注药,注药过程中注药量指示盘14同时实现复位功能。

1.一种自动注药胰岛素笔,包括笔套(1)、内轴(2)、胰岛素药芯(3)、端盖旋钮(4)和针头(5),笔套(1)的一端设有端盖旋钮(4),笔套(1)的另一端连接有胰岛素药芯(3)和针头(5),其特征是,所述内轴(2)中心设有通孔,通孔内设有注药螺杆(6),内轴(2)外围套设有扭簧(7),注药螺杆(6)靠近胰岛素药芯(3)的一侧设有注药推盘(8),胰岛素药芯(3)和笔套(1)的连接端设有啮合的棘轮(9)和棘爪盘(10),棘轮(9)和棘爪盘(10)靠近胰岛素药芯(3)的一侧设有注药离合器(11)带动的注药开关(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动注药胰岛素笔,其特征是,所述扭簧(7)外围套设有键槽式内旋管(13)带动旋转的注药量指示盘(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动注药胰岛素笔,其特征是,所述胰岛素药芯(3)端部设有注药螺杆回程压簧(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动注药胰岛素笔,其特征是,所述注药离合器(11)端部设有注药开关压簧(16)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动注药胰岛素笔,其特征是,所述笔套(1)的外壁设有药量指示窗口(17)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动注药胰岛素笔,其特征是,所述笔套(1)的外壁还设有注药结束显示标记(18)。
