背景技术
近些年，在功效性化妆品中非法添加激素的现象，屡见不鲜。例如：在美白祛斑产品中使用“氢醌+维甲酸+地塞米松”或“白降汞+地塞米松”；在祛痘产品中使用“氯霉素+地塞米松”；防敏产品中使用“地塞米松或倍他米松”等组合。更有甚者，为减少产品的过敏反应，甚至在普通的化妆品中都添加糖皮质激素。糖皮质激素会抑制肌肤的新陈代谢，使基底细胞分裂速度减缓、黑色素细胞分泌黑色素减少、角质层的脂类和蛋白质代谢基本处于被抑制的状态。也就是说，只有老的角质层剥落，没有新的角质层细胞补充，久而久之，皮肤角质层就越来越薄，容易敏感、干燥、发红、发痒、烧灼感、刺痛、局部出现红斑甚至“红血丝”。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种皮肤修复组合物，该皮肤修复组合物针对由于使用糖皮质激素而损伤的皮肤，起到修复角质层，为表皮细胞提供营养，加快表皮的快速恢复。

1)制备油相溶液：将油相润肤剂和乳化剂置于容器中加热溶解，并混合均匀，得到油相溶液；
2)制备水相溶液：将溶剂和水相保湿剂置于容器中加热溶解，并混合均匀，得到水相溶液；
3)混合：预热反应锅并抽真空，以真空的方式依次将水相溶液和油相溶液抽入反应锅；将水相溶液和油相溶液搅拌并均质后，加入抗氧化剂并均质，得到半成品溶液；
4)降温：将半成品溶液降温至35～45℃，将酵母提取物和植物提取物加入半成品溶液中，混合均匀，得到皮肤修复组合物。
作为优选，步骤1)中，所述油相润肤剂和乳化剂混合时加热温度为80～90℃。
作为优选，步骤2)中，所述溶剂和水相保湿剂混合时加热温度为80～90℃。
本发明的配方设计原理如下：
一方面，有激素依赖性的皮肤肌肤角质层变薄、皮肤脆弱，需要给皮肤添加一层防护膜，阻隔外界刺激，本发明采用油相润肤剂，具有更好的隔离效果，锁住皮肤水分，为皮肤提供营养，促进营养吸收；油相润肤剂包括十三烷醇硬脂酸酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、新戊二醇二癸酸酯、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、棕榈酸乙基己酯、氢化橄榄油、可可籽脂，既能在制备过程中与其他成分很好地混合，也能保持各成分功能的充分发挥；
另一方面，需要寻找激素的天然无副作用的替代物，逐步摆脱皮肤对激素的依赖性，本发明的植物提取物选取治疗皮肤干燥、急性瘙痒、发炎、疤痕、患处渗液，异常色素沉着的产品，能抑制因外部刺激或遗传因子引发的炎症因子，显著提高皮肤自身的免疫活性及抗氧化活性,有舒缓和修复皮肤的功效；
再者，还需要修复角质层屏障功能，本发明采用抗氧化剂和酵母提取物能够促进细胞新陈代谢，加快细胞分裂，达到修复的功效。
相比现有技术，本发明的有益效果在于：
1、本发明针对由于使用糖皮质激素而损伤的皮肤，起到修复角质层，为表皮细胞提供营养，加快表皮的快速恢复；
2、本发明添加酵母提取物，作为将酵母发酵产物用于护肤领域，具有促进新陈代谢的功能；
3、本发明所选用的成分具有类似的物理特性，以抽真空的方式进料时不挥发，成分之间充分互溶，最大限度地保留了各组成成分，使皮肤修复组合物发挥最大的功效。
具体实施方式
下面，结合具体实施方式，对本发明做进一步描述：
一种皮肤修复组合物，其特征在于包括按重量份计的以下成分：
酵母提取物为：将酵母通过质壁分离，将其中蛋白质、核酸、维生素进行抽提，再将抽提得到的物质经生物酶解，最后获得的富含氨基酸、肽、核苷酸、维生素等天然活性成分的酵母提取物。
荆芥提取物为：荆芥的干燥地下部分为原料进行提取的产物，含挥发油，主要成分为右旋薄荷酮、消旋薄荷酮，有抗菌、消炎和止血的功效。
紫花地丁提取物为：紫花地丁全草为原料进行提取的产物，含甙类、黄酮类、蜡、蜡酸及不饱和酸等的酯类，具有清热、消肿、消炎的作用，紫花地丁提取物在短期能有效提高皮肤水分含量和降低水分流失，长期使用能有效控制油脂分泌和提高皮肤弹性。
上述的皮肤修复组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)制备油相溶液：将油相润肤剂和乳化剂置于容器中加热溶解，加热温度为80～90℃，并混合均匀，得到油相溶液；
2)制备水相溶液：将溶剂和水相保湿剂置于容器中加热溶解，加热温度为80～90℃，并混合均匀，得到水相溶液；
3)混合：预热反应锅并抽真空，以真空的方式依次将水相溶液和油相溶液抽入反应锅；将水相溶液和油相溶液搅拌并均质后，加入抗氧化剂并均质，得到半成品溶液；
4)降温：将半成品溶液降温至35～45℃，将酵母提取物和植物提取物加入半成品溶液中，混合均匀，得到皮肤修复组合物。
本发明用抽真空的方式进料，各成分的沸点不会过低，真空进料时不会汽化，保证各成分得以充分进入反应锅，并混合均匀并完全反应。
实施例1～3
实施例1～3的皮肤修复组合物包括如表1所示的成分：

实施例1～3的制备方法包括以下步骤：
1)制备油相溶液：将油相润肤剂和乳化剂置于容器中加热溶解，并混合均匀，得到油相溶液；
2)制备水相溶液：将溶剂和水相保湿剂置于容器中加热溶解，并混合均匀，得到水相溶液；
3)混合：预热反应锅并抽真空，以真空的方式依次将水相溶液和油相溶液抽入反应锅；将水相溶液和油相溶液搅拌并均质后，加入抗氧化剂并均质，得到半成品溶液；
4)降温：将半成品溶液降温至35～45℃，将酵母提取物和植物提取物加入半成品溶液中，混合均匀，得到皮肤修复组合物。
实施例1的制备方法中，
步骤1)中，油相润肤剂和乳化剂混合时加热温度为90℃；
步骤2)中，所述溶剂和水相保湿剂混合时加热温度为80℃；
步骤4)中，将半成品溶液降温至38℃；
实施例2的制备方法中，
步骤1)中，油相润肤剂和乳化剂混合时加热温度为85℃；
步骤2)中，所述溶剂和水相保湿剂混合时加热温度为85℃；
步骤4)中，将半成品溶液降温至42℃；
实施例3的制备方法中，
步骤1)中，油相润肤剂和乳化剂混合时加热温度为80℃；
步骤2)中，所述溶剂和水相保湿剂混合时加热温度为88℃。
步骤4)中，将半成品溶液降温至45℃；
将实施例1～3的皮肤修复组合物进行临床实验对比，临床实验条件为：志愿者120名，年龄20-45岁，随机分成4组，每组30人，志愿者均为具有激素依赖性皮肤的人员，患处具有发红、发痒、烧灼感、刺痛或红血丝的症状，在测试期间不在测试部位涂抹其他任何护肤产品，每天早晚分别涂抹一次，共持续四周。
效果对比：对比例1为每天仅涂抹凡士林，每周统计一次皮肤情况得以改善和皮肤情况变差的人数，实验结果如表2所示，

鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷 2～4份；
鲸蜡硬脂醇 1～6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的皮肤修复组合物，其特征在于：所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
6.如权利要求1所述的皮肤修复组合物，其特征在于：所述植物提取物包括按重量份计的以下成分：
荆芥提取物 5～10份；
紫花地丁提取物 5～12份。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的皮肤修复组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
1)制备油相溶液：将油相润肤剂和乳化剂置于容器中加热溶解，并混合均匀，得到油相溶液；
2)制备水相溶液：将溶剂和水相保湿剂置于容器中加热溶解，并混合均匀，得到水相溶液；
3)混合：预热反应锅并抽真空，以真空的方式依次将水相溶液和油相溶液抽入反应锅；将水相溶液和油相溶液搅拌并均质后，加入抗氧化剂并均质，得到半成品溶液；
4)降温：将半成品溶液降温至35～45℃，将酵母提取物和植物提取物加入半成品溶液中，混合均匀，得到皮肤修复组合物。
8.如权利要求6所述的皮肤修复组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤1)中，所述油相润肤剂和乳化剂混合时加热温度为80～90℃。
9.如权利要求6所述的皮肤修复组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤2)中，所述溶剂和水相保湿剂混合时加热温度为80～90℃。
