背景技术
随着人类工业化进程的加速,大气中污染成分变得越来越多,例如汽车尾气以及雾霾中所含有的化学成分非常复杂,从而对人体的头发、头皮也带来更多的威胁。
洗发露是家庭洗浴用品之一。目前市场上销售的洗发露用品品种繁多,品质差异也大。通常只具有洗涤效果,功能单一。并且,传统洗发露为了提高清洁力及去油能力,加入了大量碱性极强的表面活性剂,发泡剂,皂基等成分,而人体的皮肤却是弱酸性的,长时间使用会刺激皮肤。更严重的是,皮肤的皮脂膜也会被破坏。一旦失去皮脂膜,皮肤很容易受到外界伤害。
儿童洗发露需要专业研制,儿童皮肤娇嫩,不能使用成人的洗化用品,否则会伤害皮肤,而且成人洗化用品中含有的化学物质会影响儿童健康。

一种儿童洗发露,由下述原料制备而成:水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、乙二醇二硬脂酸、椰油酰胺MEA、甜菜碱类表面活性剂、氯化钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、水解丝胶蛋白、齿缘墨角藻提取物、泡叶藻提取物、刺海门冬提取物、山梨醇、香精、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、氢氧化钠、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、EDTA四钠、柠檬酸。
一种儿童洗发露,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠45-55份、乙二醇二硬脂酸15-25份、椰油酰胺MEA 35-45份、甜菜碱类表面活性剂45-55份、氯化钠1-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-10份、卡波姆5-15份、水解丝胶蛋白15-25份、齿缘墨角藻提取物1-10份、泡叶藻提取物1-10份、刺海门冬提取物1-10份、山梨醇5-15份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷1-10份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵5-15份、氢氧化钠1-10份、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份、苯氧乙醇1-10份、EDTA四钠1-10份、柠檬酸1-10份、香精0.1-1份、水700-900份。

将水加热至65-85℃,搅拌条件下依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、乙二醇二硬脂酸、椰油酰胺MEA、甜菜碱类表面活性剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌混合均匀,降温至45-55℃,再依次加入山梨醇、香精、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、EDTA四钠、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、氯化钠、水解丝胶蛋白、齿缘墨角藻提取物、泡叶藻提取物、刺海门冬提取物搅拌混合均匀即得。

泡叶藻提取物,英文名称:Ascophyllum Nodosum Extract,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌、消除自由基、抗氧化功效。泡叶藻提取物可以制备或购买得到,制备方法可以为常规的水提法或醇提法,比如将泡叶藻清洗粉碎后按照固液比(g/ml)1:10-1:30浸入质量分数为95%乙醇中,浸泡8-12h,加热回流4-6h,冷却,过滤,将滤液浓缩后,冻干成粉末。本发明中所使用的泡叶藻提取物是购买自西安万方生物科技有限公司,规格为10:1,即10g泡叶藻提取出的1g泡叶藻提取物。
刺海门冬海藻提取物,英文名称:Asparagopsis Armata Extract,富含活性硅,能有效优化皮肤细胞新陈代谢,具有皮肤重建、脂肪分解、抵抗水肿、肤质保湿功效。刺海门冬海藻提取物可以制备或购买得到,制备方法可以为常规的水提法或醇提法,比如将刺海门冬海藻清洗粉碎后按照固液比(g/ml)1:10-1:30浸入质量分数为95%乙醇中,浸泡8-12h,加热回流4-6h,冷却,过滤,将滤液浓缩后,冻干成粉末。本发明中所使用的刺海门冬海藻提取物是购买自爱西美(EXSYMOL)公司,规格为10:1,即10g刺海门冬海藻提取物提取出的1g刺海门冬海藻提取物。
本发明儿童洗发露,蕴含多种天然成分,给予孩子三重爱护:舒柔、滋润、保护,帮助有效洁净头皮头发的同时,水润头皮,柔亮发丝,令孩子的头发柔润散发光泽。

实施例1
儿童洗发露原料(重量份):月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠50份、乙二醇二硬脂酸20份、椰油酰胺MEA 40份、甜菜碱类表面活性剂51份、氯化钠5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、卡波姆7份、水解丝胶蛋白20份、齿缘墨角藻提取物4份、泡叶藻提取物4份、刺海门冬提取物4份、山梨醇10份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵10份、氢氧化钠2份、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.15份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.15份、苯氧乙醇3份、EDTA四钠1.2份、柠檬酸4份、柠檬香精0.18份、水800份。
所述的甜菜碱类表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3-磺丙基十六烷基二甲甜菜碱、油酰胺丙基甜菜碱按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
上述儿童洗发露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将水加热至75℃,500转/分搅拌条件下依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、乙二醇二硬脂酸、椰油酰胺MEA、甜菜碱类表面活性剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌混合均匀,降温至48℃,再依次加入山梨醇、柠檬香精、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、EDTA四钠、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、氯化钠、水解丝胶蛋白、齿缘墨角藻提取物、泡叶藻提取物、刺海门冬提取物搅拌混合均匀。得到实施例1的儿童洗发露。
实施例2

实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的甜菜碱类表面活性剂由3-磺丙基十六烷基二甲甜菜碱、油酰胺丙基甜菜碱按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的儿童洗发露。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的甜菜碱类表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、油酰胺丙基甜菜碱按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的儿童洗发露。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的甜菜碱类表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3-磺丙基十六烷基二甲甜菜碱按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的儿童洗发露。
测试例1
按照《洗发露去屑效果检测评价方法的建立及应用研究》所公开的方法对实施例1-7制得的洗发露进行抑菌环直径测试,对洗发露产品的去屑功效进行评价。抑菌环直径越大,去屑效果越好。测试数据见表1。
其中,“洗发露去屑效果检测评价方法的建立及应用研究”,何方、王坦、贾泽宝、洪晓鹏、彭谨,丝宝日化有限公司研发部,日用化学品科学,2009年第11期。

测试例2
将实施例1-7制得的儿童洗发露,分别用深褐色玻璃瓶进行灌装,敞开瓶盖,置于环境温度40℃、相对湿度85%环境下保藏90天,然后进行金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)菌落总数测试,参照GBT 4789.2-2008食品卫生微生物学检验菌落总数测定。具体测试结果见表2。

Claims (5)

1.一种儿童洗发露,其特征在于,由下述原料制备而成:水、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、乙二醇二硬脂酸、椰油酰胺MEA、甜菜碱类表面活性剂、氯化钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、水解丝胶蛋白、齿缘墨角藻提取物、泡叶藻提取物、刺海门冬提取物、山梨醇、香精、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、氢氧化钠、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、EDTA四钠、柠檬酸。
2.一种儿童洗发露,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠45-55份、乙二醇二硬脂酸15-25份、椰油酰胺MEA 35-45份、甜菜碱类表面活性剂45-55份、氯化钠1-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1-10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-10份、卡波姆5-15份、水解丝胶蛋白15-25份、齿缘墨角藻提取物1-10份、泡叶藻提取物1-10份、刺海门冬提取物1-10份、山梨醇5-15份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷1-10份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵5-15份、氢氧化钠1-10份、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份、苯氧乙醇1-10份、EDTA四钠1-10份、柠檬酸1-10份、香精0.1-1份、水700-900份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的儿童洗发露,其特征在于:所述的甜菜碱类表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3-磺丙基十六烷基二甲甜菜碱、油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中一种或多种的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的儿童洗发露,其特征在于:所述的甜菜碱类表面活性剂由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3-磺丙基十六烷基二甲甜菜碱、油酰胺丙基甜菜碱混合而成,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、3-磺丙基十六烷基二甲甜菜碱、油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的儿童洗发露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将水加热至65-85℃,搅拌条件下依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、乙二醇二硬脂酸、椰油酰胺MEA、甜菜碱类表面活性剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、卡波姆、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌混合均匀,降温至45-55℃,再依次加入山梨醇、香精、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、EDTA四钠、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、氯化钠、水解丝胶蛋白、齿缘墨角藻提取物、泡叶藻提取物、刺海门冬提取物搅拌混合均匀即得。
