Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,该防晒霜由盖菜提取液0.5‑1份、保湿剂20‑25份、润肤剂12‑15份、防晒剂6‑8份、乳化剂5‑6份、乳化稳定剂0.7‑0.8份、防腐剂0.04‑0.07份、着色剂0.08‑0.11份组成,具有多种保湿活性物质,且盖菜提取液有保湿和抗氧化活性,保湿的同时可消除多余的自由基,其含有的多种营养物质还具有修复细胞日晒损伤的功效,可有效保护皮肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别涉及一种具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜。
背景技术
盖菜是具有悠久历史的“芥菜”的变种,特指叶子大、叶脉粗、叶面多皱纹的那种南方盖菜。盖菜不是名贵蔬菜,身价微,却因其经霜耐寒,耐贫瘠、不择地而生,易种易得,又便于保存。盖菜(Brass ica juncea(L.)Czerniak.)是十字花科芸薹属一、二年生草本植物,又称包心芥菜、结球芥菜。盖菜含丰富的硫代葡萄糖苷、维生素、膳食纤维、蛋白质、糖类和矿物质,营养丰富,食用价值高。
中国专利CN201510343923.1公开了一种保湿防晒霜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:芦荟凝胶汁6-8份、甘油5-12份、月见草油6-14份、大枣10-16份、杏仁6-11份、芡实5-8份、羊毛脂2-4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯5-7份、十八醇6-9份、豆类5-7份、单硬脂酸甘油酯6-9份、羊毛脂5-8份、维生素E2-4份、二甲基硅油2-5份、绿茶提取物6-12份、透明质酸0.4-0.7份。该保湿防晒霜具有极佳的保湿、防晒效果,赋予肌肤深层滋润,减少细干燥纹,使肌肤全日保湿。
中国专利CN201510928239.X公开了一种海藻保湿防晒霜及其制作方法,包括下述原料:紫苏籽油13-15份、M1乳化剂2.5-3.5份、角沙烷0.5-1.5份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1份、油溶纳米二氧化钛4-6份、氧化锌1.5-3份、铁红0.05-0.1份、1.3丁二醇5-6.5份、食盐0.5-1份、海藻提取液4-6份、去离子水58-62份、天然抗菌剂0.8-1.2份。该防晒霜能够有效隔绝紫外线与皮肤,减少紫外线对皮肤的损害,达到良好的防晒效果,减缓皮肤光老化的产生,也减少紫外线对皮肤的伤害,同时具有美白装饰皮肤的效果。
盖菜在食品领域的应用已广为人知,然而其在其他领域的应用并未有具体的记载。盖菜作为一种廉价而营养丰富的蔬菜,在化妆品中具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有抗氧化、保湿活性的防晒霜,该防晒霜添加了盖菜提取液,赋予防晒霜良好的抗氧化和保湿作用,同时拓宽了盖菜的应用范围。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,相对于0.5-1重量份的盖菜提取液,该防晒霜还含有下述重量份的原料:保湿剂20-25份、防晒剂6-8份、乳化剂5-6份、防腐剂0.04-0.07份、着色剂0.08-0.11份;
所述保湿剂为丙二醇;
所述防晒剂为二氧化钛;
所述乳化剂为环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/PEG/PPG-12/16聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯的混合物;
所述防腐剂为羟苯丙酯、双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯的混合物,其中,双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯的用量为0.005-0.008重量份;
所述着色剂为比例为CI 77491和CI 77492的混合物。
进一步地,相对于0.5-1重量份的盖菜提取液,该防晒霜还含有润肤剂12-15份,所述润肤剂为棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷和矿油的混合物。
进一步地,相对于0.5-1重量份的盖菜提取液,该防晒霜还含有乳化稳定剂0.7-0.8份,所述乳化稳定剂为硫酸镁。
进一步地,所述防晒霜由下述重量份的原料组成:
盖菜提取液0.8,

肉豆蔻酸异丙酯:4,

本发明还提供了一种具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜的制备方法,所述防晒霜的制备方法为:
将A相二氧化钛、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/PEG/PPG-12/16聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、矿油、羟苯丙酯、羟苯甲酯、CI 77491、CI77492投入到乳化锅中,将B相丙二醇、硫酸镁投入到水相锅中,A、B相原料分别加热至85℃,均质5min,冷却至45℃,将B相缓慢抽入乳化锅中,30r/min均质7min,45r/min保温30min抽真空,乳化锅冷却至40℃加入双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、盖菜提取液,搅拌速度控制在35r/min,搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,在所述制备方法中,A相抽入乳化锅时搅拌速度为50r/min。
进一步地,在所述制备方法中,二氧化钛需要过胶体磨充分磨匀。
盖菜提取液的制备方法:盖菜洗净冻干,粉碎至30目,加入10倍原料量提取溶液,提取溶液为比例为3:2的45%乙醇溶液和0.15mol/L氢氧化钠溶液的混合溶液,40℃超声波提取30min,分离纯化得盖菜提取液。
本发明的有益效果为:盖菜含有多种多糖类物质和多酚类物质,具有保湿功效,结合防晒霜中另外的保湿成分,在补充表皮层细胞水分的同时可透过皮肤进入到真皮层,给皮肤双重补水。盖菜提取液中还含有多种具有抗氧化功能的活性成分,多酚类化合物、黄酮类化合物以及多糖类物质等共同起到抗氧化作用,消除多余的自由基。盖菜提取液中还含有矿物质、维生素等多种营养物质,具有修复细胞日晒损伤的功效,结合防晒霜中可阻隔紫外线的防晒剂,可在防晒的同时进行着细胞修复,可有效减缓因日晒导致的皮肤衰老,给细胞双重的保护。
文中出现的以下成分名称均为INCI(International Nomenclature CosmeticIngredient,即国际化妆品原料命名)所规定的名称:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/PEG/PPG-12/16聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1-5
表1盖菜防晒霜配方各组成及其重量百分比
制备方法:将A相二氧化钛、棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/PEG/PPG-12/16聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、矿油、羟苯丙酯、羟苯甲酯、CI77491、CI 77492投入到乳化锅中,将B相丙二醇、硫酸镁投入到水相锅中,A、B相原料分别加热至85℃,均质5min,冷却至45℃,将B相缓慢抽入乳化锅中,30r/min均质7min,45r/min保温30min抽真空,乳化锅冷却至40℃加入双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、盖菜提取液,搅拌速度控制在35r/min,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例6DPPH自由基清除评价试验
1.试验样品
实施例1-5制得的防晒霜以及对比例1-2和空白对照制得的防晒霜、空白样品——去离子水。
2.试验方法
清除DPPH自由基能力测定:取2ml试验样品,加入无水乙醇2mL和0.02%DPPH乙醇溶液0.8ml,振荡混合均匀,室温下避光放置30min,在518nm下测定吸光度,计算清除率。表2为防晒霜的DPPH自由基清除评价试验结果表。

通过表2可以看出,在本发明范围内制得的实施例1-5的防晒霜,其抗氧化能力要强于在本范围以外制得的对比例1、2的防晒霜,能实现防晒霜较强的抗氧化能力,大大提高防晒霜的护肤效果。
实施例6防晒霜使用功效评价试验
对实施例1-5、对比例1-2制得的防晒霜进行功效评价试验,选取20-45岁志愿者140名,分为7组,每组男女各5名,实验组1-5使用实施例1-5制得的盖菜防晒霜,对照组1使用对比例1制得的防晒霜,对照组2使用对比例2制得的防晒霜。使用方法:每日外出前半小时将试验品涂于一边手臂上,另一边手臂不涂抹任何东西,连续使用一个月之后观察并作出评价,评价结果见于表3。

通过表3可以看出,在本发明范围内制得的实施例1-5的防晒霜,其保湿能力与本范围以外制得的对比例1、2的防晒霜没有明显差别,但其阻碍肤色变黑的能力要强于在本范围以外制得的对比例1、2的防晒霜,能实现防晒霜较强的晒后修复能力,降低皮肤因日晒而促发的自我保护的反应强度,大大提高防晒霜的修复护肤效果。
所有使用本发明盖菜防晒霜的受试者均没有出现任何不良反应。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,其特征在于,相对于0.5-1重量份的盖菜提取液,该防晒霜还含有下述重量份的原料:保湿剂20-25份、防晒剂6-8份、乳化剂5-6份、防腐剂0.04-0.07份、着色剂0.08-0.11份;
所述保湿剂为丙二醇;
所述防晒剂为二氧化钛;
所述乳化剂为环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/PEG/PPG-12/16聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚甘油-2油酸酯/甘油异硬脂酸酯的混合物;
所述防腐剂为羟苯丙酯、双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、羟苯甲酯的混合物,其中,双咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯的用量为0.005-0.008重量份;
所述着色剂为比例为CI 77491和CI 77492的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,其特征在于,相对于0.5-1重量份的盖菜提取液,该防晒霜还含有润肤剂12-15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为棕榈酸乙基己酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷和矿油的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,其特征在于,相对于0.5-1重量份的盖菜提取液,该防晒霜还含有乳化稳定剂0.7-0.8份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,
其特征在于,所述乳化稳定剂为硫酸镁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗氧化、保湿活性的盖菜防晒霜,其特征在于,所述防晒霜由下述重量份的原料组成:
