Abstract

本发明提供的防脱落拉锁结构,包括安装在齿条中的拉锁头部和挡住所述拉锁头部的弹性挡圈,所述弹性挡圈卡装在所述齿条内的沟槽中,该防脱落拉锁结构还包括挡住所述拉锁头部的拉锁帽,所述拉锁帽安装在所述齿条内,与所述齿条内侧螺纹配合。本发明能减小挡圈受力,即使弹性挡圈回弹后外径会发生变化,也不会出现脱落的风险。

一种防脱落拉锁结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防脱落拉锁结构。
背景技术
目前常常使用的拉锁式换挡机构,将拉锁连接到传动机构的齿条,带动其运动进行换挡。现在的拉锁结构如图1所示,拉锁与齿条之间是间隙配合,齿条内设有弹性挡圈,其安装在齿条内的沟槽中。弹性挡圈在运动过程中能防止拉锁脱落。但是由于齿条的结构、加工工艺以及弹性挡圈制造公差的存在,当弹性挡圈回弹后外径会发生变化。且若沟槽尺寸和齿条孔径尺寸均达到尺寸上限时,其配合关系就会发生变化。当挡圈回弹后外径小于一定值时,此时齿条进行轴向运动时拉力作用在弹性挡圈上,弹性挡圈会脱出齿条沟槽,挡圈和拉锁即存在脱落风险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种更加可靠有效保证拉锁无法脱落的防脱落拉锁结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
所述的防脱落拉锁结构,包括安装在齿条中的拉锁头部和挡住所述拉锁头部的弹性挡圈,所述弹性挡圈卡装在所述齿条内的沟槽中,该防脱落拉锁结构还包括挡住所述拉锁头部的拉锁帽,所述拉锁帽安装在所述齿条内,与所述齿条内侧螺纹配合。
所述拉锁帽外侧设有螺纹,内部具有供拉锁穿过的通孔,与所述拉锁头部接触一端设有与所述拉锁头部形状相配合的凹口。
所述拉锁帽靠近弹性挡圈一端设有至少两个安装凹槽。
采用上述技术方案,拉锁帽通过螺纹拧入齿条,齿条带动拉锁进行轴向运动时,拉力作用在拉锁帽的一端,轴向力被螺纹分解减小挡圈受力,即使弹性挡圈回弹后外径会发生变化,也不会出现脱落的风险。凹口与拉锁头部形状配合,提高拉锁结构的稳定性。安装凹槽方便安装时转动拉锁帽,方便装配。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供了一种防脱落拉锁结构,包括安装在齿条4中的拉锁头部和挡住该拉锁头部的弹性挡圈1。所述弹性挡圈1卡装在所述齿条4内的沟槽中。
该防脱落拉锁结构还包括挡住所述拉锁头部的拉锁帽2。拉锁帽2安装在所述齿条4内,与所述齿条4内侧螺纹配合。拉锁帽2外侧设有螺纹,内部具有供拉锁穿过的通孔,与所述拉锁头部接触一端设有与拉锁头部形状相配合的凹口3。拉锁帽2靠近弹性挡圈1一端设有至少两个安装凹槽5。
装配时,先将拉锁头部装入齿条4内,再将拉锁帽2套在拉锁上拧入齿条4内,使凹口3与拉锁头部接触,最后将弹性挡圈1卡入齿条4内的沟槽。拉锁进行轴向运动时,拉锁一端的拉力作用在拉锁帽2的凹口3上。拉锁帽2通过螺纹与齿条4固定,可以有效的防止因弹性挡圈1回弹后外径发生变化,杜绝弹性挡圈1受力导致拉锁脱落的风险。

1.一种防脱落拉锁结构,包括安装在齿条中的拉锁头部和挡住所述拉锁头部的弹性挡圈,所述弹性挡圈卡装在所述齿条内的沟槽中,其特征在于:还包括挡住所述拉锁头部的拉锁帽,所述拉锁帽安装在所述齿条内,与所述齿条内侧螺纹配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱落拉锁结构,其特征在于:所述拉锁帽外侧设有螺纹,内部具有供拉锁穿过的通孔,与所述拉锁头部接触一端设有与所述拉锁头部形状相配合的凹口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱落拉锁结构,其特征在于:所述拉锁帽靠近弹性挡圈一端设有至少两个安装凹槽。
