本发明涉及一种低倾点电气绝缘油组合物及其用途,主要解决现有技术中电气绝缘油的倾点较高,不能满足极寒环境中变压器所要求的低温流动性问题。本发明通过采用以重量份数计包含以下组份:a)100份低倾点合成基础油;b)0.08~0.4份抗氧剂;c)0~0.05份金属减活剂;所述低倾点合成基础油的特征在于:a1)100℃时的运动黏度为1.8~4.2毫米2/秒;a2)倾点小于等于‑60℃;a3)燃点大于等于200℃;a4)闪点大于等于150℃的技术方案较好的解决了该问题,可用于低倾点电气绝缘油组合物的工业生产中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成低倾点电气绝缘油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
电气绝缘油是一种用于变压器、互感器等电气设备中,既作为电气设备的绝缘介质,又作为传导电气设备热能的导热介质,主要起到绝缘和冷却作用。
在中国部分地区,冬季最低气温可以达到-40℃以下,中国现有气象资料中的极端最低气温记录为-52.3℃。在这样的极寒气温条件下,对于室外的部分变压器需要使用适应极寒天气的低温电气绝缘油。一般在低于-40℃环境下使用的电气绝缘油的倾点要求在-60℃以下,现有技术中电气绝缘油基础油的倾点均较高(按照GB/T 3535石油产品倾点测定法测试倾点在-60℃以上),例如文献CN104987914A公开了一种低倾点混合绝缘油及其制备方法,该低倾点混合绝缘油各组分及质量百分比为:植物油79~89.5%,矿物绝缘油10~20%,抗氧化剂0.5~1%,无法满足在-40℃以下极寒气温条件下使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是现有技术中电气绝缘油基础油的倾点均较高(按照GB/T 3535石油产品倾点测定法测试倾点在-60℃以上),无法满足在-40℃以下极寒气温条件下使用,提供一种新的合成低倾点电气绝缘油组合物。该组合物具有优异的低温性能(按照GB/T 3535石油产品倾点测定法测试倾点小于等于-60℃),并具有优良的氧化安定性和防硫腐蚀性。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
a)100份低倾点合成基础油;
b)0.08~0.4份抗氧剂;
c)0~0.05份金属减活剂;
所述低倾点合成基础油的特征在于:a1)100℃时的运动黏度为1.8~4.2毫米2/秒;a2)倾点小于等于-60℃;a3)燃点大于等于200℃;a4)闪点大于等于150℃;
所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基酚、二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种;
所述金属减活剂选自N,N-二丁基氨基亚甲基-烷基苯三唑、N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基三唑、N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基-烷基苯三唑、苯三唑、甲基苯三唑、或者苯三唑和醛、胺的缩合物中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,抗氧剂的用量为0.1~0.4份,金属减活剂的用量为0.001~0.03份。
上述技术方案中,所述抗氧剂优选方案之一为选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述抗氧剂优选方案之二为选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种与选自二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种的混合物;混合物中,选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种与选自二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种的重量比为1∶(0.05~0.5)。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述组合物中还包括抗泡剂;以重量份数计,抗泡剂的用量为0~0.05份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述抗泡剂选自甲基硅油、乙基硅油或丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物中的至少一种。
本发明的电气绝缘油组合物的制备方法为:将抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗泡剂在40~80℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~2小时,使其全部溶解即可得到本发明的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:上述低倾点电气绝缘油组合物用于包括变压器的电气设备中。
上述技术方案中,所述电气绝缘油组合物的组份、重量份数以及优选范围与解决技术问题之一所采取的技术方案相同。
本发明采用以下各种试验方法来对所述低倾点电气绝缘油组合物的性能进行评定,其中有石油产品运动粘度测定法和动力粘度计算法(GB/T265或ASTM D445),石油产品闪点和燃点的测定克利夫兰开口杯法(GB/T3536或ASTM D92),石油产品倾点测定法(GB/T3535ASTM D97),电气绝缘油中腐蚀性硫试验法(ASTM D1275),润滑油氧化安定性的测定旋转氧弹法(SH/T0193或ASTM D2112),绝缘油氧化安定性试验法(ASTM D2440)。
本发明对低倾点合成基础油、抗氧剂、金属减活剂进行了组合和筛选,其中选用的低倾点合成基础油具有如下的特征:a1)100℃时的运动黏度为1.8~4.2毫米2/秒;a2)倾点小于等于-60℃;a3)燃点大于等于200℃;a4)闪点大于等于150℃抗氧剂的优选方案之一为选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种。抗氧剂的优选方案之二为选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种与选自二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种的混合物。本发明充分利用了各组份的协同作用,使得组合物能够具有较低的倾点,采用石油产品倾点测定法(GB/T 3535)测试油品的倾点小于等于-60℃;采用石油产品闪点和燃点的测定克利夫兰开口杯法(GB/T3536或ASTMD92)测试油品的燃点大于等于200℃;优良的氧化安定性,采用润滑油氧化安定性的测定旋转氧弹法(SH/T0193或ASTM D2112)测试的氧化安定性大于等于800min,采用绝缘油氧化安定性试验法(ASTM D2440)测试72小时氧化试验后油品油泥不大于0.15%,酸值不大于0.30mgKOH/g,,164小时氧化试验后油品油泥不大于0.30%,酸值不大于0.60mgKOH/g;优良的防硫腐蚀性,采用电气绝缘油中腐蚀性硫试验法(ASTM D1275)测试无腐蚀性,且腐蚀等级小于等于1级,取得了较好的技术效果。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~6】
按照表1中的重量份数,将抗氧剂、金属减活剂、抗泡剂在50℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌至完全均匀得到所述低倾点电气绝缘油组合物。组合物中各组份的种类及用量,具体见表1。
其中,T501为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;Ethanox 4701为2,6-二叔丁基酚;T322为二苄基二硫化物;Irgamet 39为N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基-烷基苯三唑;Irgamet 30为N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基三唑;T553为苯三唑和醛、胺的缩合物;T912为丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
对【实施例1~6】中的组合物中的基础油的运动黏度、倾点、闪点、燃点进行测试,对【实施例1~6】中的组合物的倾点、氧化安定性(72h氧化安定性试验后油泥、酸值,164h氧化安定性试验后油泥、酸值和对新油的旋转氧弹值)、铜片腐蚀性进行测试,试验结果见表2。
倾点是低倾点电气绝缘油的重要性能之一,反映了其能适应极寒气温的能力。【实施例1~6】中各组合物的倾点均小于-60℃,可在最低气温在-40~-50℃的环境中使用。
氧化安定性是低倾点电气绝缘油的重要性能之一,对维护电气设备长周期正常运转具有重要意义。对【实施例1~6】中各组合物进行了氧化安定性试验测试,按照ASTMD2440氧化安定性试验测试试验后油品的油泥和酸值,按照SH/T0193方法测试油品的旋转氧弹值。氧化试验后油品的油泥和酸值越小,说明低倾点电气绝缘油的氧化安定性越好;油品的旋转氧弹值越大,说明油品的氧化安定性越好。对【实施例1~6】各组合物的氧化安定性、旋转氧弹值的测试数据见表2。【实施例1~6】中各组合物的72小时氧化试验后油泥均不大于0.15%,酸值均不大于0.30mg/kg(以KOH计),164小时氧化试验后油泥均不大于0.30%,酸值均不大于0.60mg/kg(以KOH计)。比较而言,各组合物氧化安定性(按照ASTMD2440氧化安定性试验测试)中,72小时氧化安定性试验后油泥的优劣依次为:【实施例4】>【实施例5】>【实施例6】>【实施例1】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】、酸值优劣依次为:【实施例5】>【实施例4】>【实施例1】>【实施例6】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】;164小时氧化安定性试验后油泥的优劣依次为:【实施例5】>【实施例4】>【实施例1】>【实施例3】>【实施例6】>【实施例2】、酸值优劣依次为:【实施例4】>【实施例5】>【实施例6】>【实施例3】>【实施例1】>【实施例2】;各组合物的旋转氧弹值的优劣依次为【实施例5】>【实施例4】>【实施例1】>【实施例6】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】。因此,综合上述评价低倾点电气绝缘油氧化安定性的5项指标情况,各组合物的氧化安定性的优劣依次为:【实施例4】≈【实施例5】>【实施例1】≈【实施例6】>【实施例3】>【实施例2】。
采用铜片腐蚀对各组合物的防硫腐蚀性进行测试。按照ASTM D1275标准中的方法A和方法B分别进行测试,规定当铜片腐蚀级别小于等级3级时说明油品无腐蚀性,其中具体的级别划分为1级(包括1a,1b两个等级)、2级(包括2a,2b,2c,2d,2e五个等级)、3级(包括3a,3b两个等级)共九个级别,更进一步比较说明:铜片腐蚀的腐蚀级别越小,则说明油品的对电气设备的铜腐蚀危害性越小(如1a是最好的级别)。对【实施例1~6】各组合物的铜片腐蚀性能的测试数据见表2。各组合物在铜片腐蚀试验中均无腐蚀性,且铜片腐蚀级别均小于等于1级。比较而言,各组合物的防硫腐蚀性优劣依次为:【实施例4】≈【实施例5】>【实施例1】≈【实施例2】≈【实施例3】≈【实施例6】。
【比较例1~5】
选用基础油3作为【比较例1】的基础油,其特征为:f1)100℃时的运动黏度为2.0~2.2毫米2/秒;f2)倾点小于等于-45℃;f3)闪点大于等于160℃;f4)燃点大于等于190℃。
选用基础油4作为【比较例2】和【比较例3】的基础油,其特征为:g1)100℃时的运动黏度为2.3~2.5毫米2/秒;g2)倾点小于等于-40℃;g3)闪点大于等于170℃;g4)燃点大于等于200℃。
选用基础油5作为【比较例4】的基础油,其特征为:h1)100℃时的运动黏度为4.0~4.5毫米2/秒;h2)倾点小于等于-30℃;h3)闪点大于等于200℃;h4)燃点大于等于240℃。
选用了按照表1中的【比较例1~4】中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的基础油,然后将抗氧剂、金属减活剂等在50℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌至完全均匀得到【比较例1~4】所述电气绝缘油组合物。【比较例1~4】组合物中各组份的种类及用量见表1。
对【比较例1~4】中的组合物中的基础油的运动黏度、倾点、闪点、燃点进行测试,对【比较例1~4】中的组合物的倾点、氧化安定性(72h氧化安定性试验后油泥、酸值,164h氧化安定性试验后油泥、酸值和对新油的旋转氧弹值)、铜片腐蚀性进行测试,试验结果见表2。
与【实施例1~6】相比,【比较例1~4】中组合物的闪电和燃点都满足目标要求,但倾点均高于-60℃,不能满足极寒环境条件下的使用;【比较例2】、【比较例4】的氧化安定性中部分指标不能满足目标要求。
综合上述对【实施例1~6】和【比较例1~4】中各组合物的倾点、氧化安定性(氧化后油泥、酸值)、旋转氧弹值以及腐蚀性能(铜片腐蚀)等的测试结果,说明了本发明组合物具有较低的倾点(采用GB/T3535方法测试油品的倾点均小等于-60℃),优良的氧化安定性(采用绝缘油氧化安定性试验法(ASTM D2440)测试72小时氧化试验后油泥不大于0.15%,酸值不大于0.30mg/kg(以KOH计),164小时氧化试验后油泥不大于0.30%,酸值不大于0.60mg/kg(以KOH计);采用润滑油氧化安定性的测定旋转氧弹法(SH/T0193)测试的氧化安定性大于等于800min,优良的防硫腐蚀性(采用电气绝缘油中腐蚀性硫试验法(ASTMD1275)测试无腐蚀性,且腐蚀等级小于等于1级)。

Claims (7)
1.一种低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
a)100份低倾点合成基础油;
b)0.08~0.4份抗氧剂;
c)0~0.05份金属减活剂;
所述低倾点合成基础油的特征在于:a1)100℃时的运动黏度为1.8~4.2毫米2/秒;a2)倾点小于等于-60℃;a3)燃点大于等于200℃;a4)闪点大于等于150℃;
所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基酚、二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种;
所述金属减活剂选自N,N-二丁基氨基亚甲基-烷基苯三唑、N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基三唑、N,N-二烷基氨基亚甲基-烷基苯三唑、苯三唑、甲基苯三唑、或者苯三唑和醛、胺的缩合物中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,抗氧剂的用量为0.1~0.4份,金属减活剂的用量为0.001~0.03份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,其特征在于所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,其特征在于所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种与选自二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种的混合物;混合物中,选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚或2,6-二叔丁基酚中的至少一种与选自二烷基硫代磷酸酯衍生物、二硫代磷酸酯或二苄基二硫化物中的至少一种的重量比为1:(0.05~0.5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,其特征在于所述组合物中还包括抗泡剂;以重量份数计,抗泡剂的用量为0~0.02份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物,其特征在于所述抗泡剂选自甲基硅油、乙基硅油或丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物中的至少一种。
7.权利要求1~6任一所述的低倾点电气绝缘油组合物用于包括变压器在内的电气设备中。
