随着人民生活水平的提高,染发剂作为一种改变发色的日常美容化妆品已经逐步走进寻常百姓,成为现代人自我表现和追求个性的宣言。一方面,染发剂可以使发色回归自然,弥补一些先天不足或后天的遗憾;另一方面,作为个性和时髦的点缀,许多人要求改变自己单一的头发颜色,以追求多彩的发色。近几年,染发已成为时尚流行的风向标志。
染发剂是指将染料渗透至毛发内部深处成色、或粘附在毛发表层着色,以达到美发目的的化妆品。染发剂以其产品的化学性,主要可划分为氧化型染发剂和直接型染发剂二大类。染发剂产品形式多样,有膏状、液体状、粉末状、摩丝型、发蜡型、喷雾型等。近年来,全球染发剂市场需求强劲,已成为化妆品领域中发展最为活跃的产品。
目前,传统染发剂对皮肤刺激性较大,皮肤敏感者会造成过敏现象,且传统的染发剂含有毒致癌物质,会对人体造成损害,而天然染发剂则着色能力不强,染色后颜色脱落较快,不具备长久性染色条件。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前传统染发剂对皮肤刺激性较大,且含有毒致癌物质,会对人体造成损害,而天然染发剂则着色能力不强,染色后颜色脱落较快的问题,提供一种高上色性天然植物染发剂的制备方法,该方法首先将水溶性细胞植物色素与冰醋酸溶液制备酸化植物色素溶液,随后将其与去离子水搅拌后超声分散,再进行冷冻处理,得到的电荷改性色素颗粒经研磨后制成粉末,再将绿茶茶叶制成粉末后与去离子水混合,随后调节pH并加热离心处理,收集上层清液即得茶多酚提取液,最后将上述电荷改性色素粉末与茶多酚提取液、羧甲基纤维素钠等搅拌并静置陈化处理,即可得一种高上色性天然植物染发剂,本发明制得的天然植物染发剂着色能力强,头发上色快,且上色效果持久,染色效果好,不会对人体造成损害,对皮肤敏感者亦不会造成过敏现象,是一种理想的安全型染发剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)选取5~6g水溶性细胞植物色素置于100~120mL冰醋酸溶液中,搅拌混合并在110~120℃下水浴加热10~15min,随后按1℃/min升温至140~145℃,保温加热3~5h后,静置冷却至室温,收集酸化植物色素溶液;
(2)在0~5℃下,按体积比1:1,将上述制备的酸化植物色素溶液与去离子水搅拌混合,在200~300W下超声分散10~15min,随后保温静置1~2h,再真空冷冻干燥并收集电荷改性色素颗粒,将电荷改性色素颗粒置于研钵中,研磨并收集得电荷改性色素粉末,备用;
(3)将绿茶茶叶粉碎并过65~70目筛,收集茶叶粉末并置于100~105℃下干燥6~8h,随后按质量比1:5,将干燥茶叶粉末与去离子水搅拌混合,用冰醋酸调节pH至5.5~6.0,再在200~300W超声振荡,55~60℃水浴加热条件下,反应45~50min,随后停止加热并在1800~2000r/min下离心分离10~15min,收集上层清液,得茶多酚提取液;
(4)按重量份数计,分别称量10~15份步骤(2)制备的电荷改性色素粉末、45~50份去离子水、10~15份上述制备的茶多酚提取液、5~6份羧甲基纤维素钠、1~2份十二烷基硫酸钠和3~5份聚乙烯醇置于烧杯中,搅拌混合并静置陈化6~8h,即可制备得一种高上色性天然植物染发剂。
本发明的应用方法是:取80~150mL本发明制得的天然植物染发剂,均匀涂抹在头发上,随后静置15~20min后洗净即可。经检测,本发明制得的天然植物染发剂着色能力强、头发上色快,染发时间较原先缩短了20~30%,染发剂性能温和,且该染发剂上色效果持久,经80~100次洗发后,头发发色及光泽度未发生明显变化。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制得的天然植物染发剂着色能力强,无需加热烘发,在常温下即可快速使头发上色,具备长久性染色条件;
(2)本发明制得的天然植物染发剂具有优异的染色效果,且能长时间保持头发光亮柔顺,染发后不会对发质及头皮等造成损伤,皮肤敏感者亦不会造成过敏现象。
具体实施方式

本实例操作简便,使用时,取150mL本发明制得的天然植物染发剂,均匀涂抹在头发上,随后静置20min后洗净即可。经检测,本发明制得的天然植物染发剂着色能力强、头发上色快,染发时间较原先缩短了30%,染发剂性能温和,皮肤敏感者使用后,过敏率仅为2%,且该染发剂上色效果持久,经100次洗发后,头发发色及光泽度未发生明显变化。
Claims (1)
1.一种高上色性天然植物染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)选取5~6g水溶性细胞植物色素置于100~120mL冰醋酸溶液中,搅拌混合并在110~120℃下水浴加热10~15min,随后按1℃/min升温至140~145℃,保温加热3~5h后,静置冷却至室温,收集酸化植物色素溶液;
(2)在0~5℃下,按体积比1:1,将上述制备的酸化植物色素溶液与去离子水搅拌混合,在200~300W下超声分散10~15min,随后保温静置1~2h,再真空冷冻干燥并收集电荷改性色素颗粒,将电荷改性色素颗粒置于研钵中,研磨并收集得电荷改性色素粉末,备用;
(3)将绿茶茶叶粉碎并过65~70目筛,收集茶叶粉末并置于100~105℃下干燥6~8h,随后按质量比1:5,将干燥茶叶粉末与去离子水搅拌混合,用冰醋酸调节pH至5.5~6.0,再在200~300W超声振荡,55~60℃水浴加热条件下,反应45~50min,随后停止加热并在1800~2000r/min下离心分离10~15min,收集上层清液,得茶多酚提取液;
(4)按重量份数计,分别称量10~15份步骤(2)制备的电荷改性色素粉末、45~50份去离子水、10~15份上述制备的茶多酚提取液、5~6份羧甲基纤维素钠、1~2份十二烷基硫酸钠和3~5份聚乙烯醇置于烧杯中,搅拌混合并静置陈化6~8h,即可制备得一种高上色性天然植物染发剂。
