Abstract
本发明公开了一种加强型润滑油,按质量份计,包括100~200份的中性基础油,0.1~1份10~20nm的改性石墨,1~3份表面改性剂,3~7份粘度指数改进剂,1~5份抗氧化剂,1~3份助分散剂,其中所述改性石墨为使用氰基丙烯酸乙酯改性石墨得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨复合物。本发明的润滑油中添加有适量的改性过的石墨,石墨与基础油的相连性好,在基础油内的分散性好,不出现团聚的现象,极大地提高了润滑油的强度、润滑性、耐磨性、减震性及使用寿命。

本发明涉及润滑油的技术领域。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑性能优异、减震、耐磨、使用寿命长的润滑油。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种加强型润滑油,按质量份计,包括100~200份的中性基础油, 0.1~1份10~20nm的改性石墨,1~3份表面改性剂,3~7份粘度指数改进剂,1~5份抗氧化剂,1~3份助分散剂,其中所述改性石墨为使用氰基丙烯酸乙酯改性石墨得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨复合物。优选的是:所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是:所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000~50000。
另外优选的是:所述石墨为膨胀石墨。
本发明的润滑油中添加有适量的改性过的石墨,石墨与基础油的相连性好,在基础油内的分散性好,不出现团聚的现象,极大地提高了润滑油的强度、润滑性、耐磨性、减震性及使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种加强型润滑油,包括200份的中性基础油;1份20nm的改性膨胀石墨,所述改性石墨为使用氰基丙烯酸乙酯改性石墨得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨复合物,复合物中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的平均分子量为10000,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯与石墨的物质的量为0.1:1; 3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠;7份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物,该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为30000;5份抗氧化剂; 3份油酸。
实施例2
一种加强型润滑油,包括100份的中性基础油;0.5份10nm的改性膨胀石墨,所述改性石墨为使用氰基丙烯酸乙酯改性石墨得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨复合物,复合物中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的平均分子量为20000,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯与石墨的物质的量为0.05:1;2份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物,该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为50000,3份抗氧化剂,2份三聚甘油单月桂酸酯。
实施例3
一种加强型润滑油,包括150份的中性基础油;0.2份10nm的改性膨胀石墨,所述改性石墨为使用氰基丙烯酸乙酯改性石墨得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨复合物,复合物中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的平均分子量为22000,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯与石墨的物质的量为0.07:1;1份硅烷偶联剂;3份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物,该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为40000;1份抗氧化剂;2份硬脂酸单甘油酯。
Claims (5)
1. 一种加强型润滑油,其特征在于:按质量份计,包括100~200份的中性基础油, 0.1~1份10~20nm的改性石墨,1~3份表面改性剂,3~7份粘度指数改进剂,1~5份抗氧化剂,1~3份助分散剂,其中所述改性石墨为使用氰基丙烯酸乙酯改性石墨得到的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨复合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型润滑油,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型润滑油,其特征在于:所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加强型润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000~50000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加强型润滑油,其特征在于:所述石墨为膨胀石墨。
