Abstract

本发明涉及石油产品添加剂技术领域,特别公开了一种甲醇低温启动添加剂。该甲醇低温启动添加剂,其特征在于:由组分A和组分B按5‑15%:85‑95%的重量配比混合组成;组分A由丙酮、丁酮、过氧化氢和硫酸在低温装置内反应后,经氢氧化钠洗涤至中性后得到;组分B由二甲基丁烷新己烷、二环庚二烯、甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、异戊二醇、乙基乙烯醚、丁醇和甲酸甲酯混合制成。本发明配制简单、稳定性高,添加至甲醇汽油后,能够全面克服冷启动问题,扩大甲醇汽油的应用范围,从而节约了不可再生资源,适于广泛推广应用。

Description

甲醇低温启动添加剂
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及石油产品添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种甲醇低温启动添加剂。
(二)背景技术
甲醇作为一种重要的替代能源,在各地方政府的一系列政策推动下,逐渐进入了成品油市场,起到了环保、节能的替代适于的作用。《车用甲醇燃料(M85)》国家标准的发布,又有力的推动了高比例甲醇汽油的应用与推广。
目前,在点燃式发动机上使用M100甲醇燃料需要借助双燃料控制器的帮助,投资较大,替代比很高。M85甲醇汽油在不安装双燃料控制器的情况下能够正常使用,节省改装成本,与成品汽油的替代比小,尤其深受低排量汽车用户的欢迎。M85甲醇汽油的油耗虽然大,但可以达到国际92#汽油的1.4倍以下,其成本与92#汽油相比仍然很低。
然而,有甲醇的化学特性决定,在零上10度以下使用M85以及M93甲醇汽油,存在启动困难的问题。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种制备简单、产品性能好的甲醇低温启动添加剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种甲醇低温启动添加剂,其特征在于:由组分A和组分B按5-15%:85-95%的重量配比混合组成;组分A由丙酮、丁酮、过氧化氢和硫酸在低温装置内反应后,经氢氧化钠洗涤至中性后得到;组分B由二甲基丁烷新己烷、二环庚二烯、甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、异戊二醇、乙基乙烯醚、丁醇和甲酸甲酯混合制成。
本发明的更优技术方案为:
所述组分A的原料摩尔配比为丙酮0.6-2、丁酮0.5-1.3、过氧化氢1-1.6、硫酸0.1-0.3,上述原料在-20℃的低温装置内反应4-6小时,回流反应液生成物,用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至中性,得到产品。
所述组分B中,各原料的重量配比为:二甲基丁烷新己烷0.6-1.2份、二环庚二烯0.3-1.8份、甲基叔丁基醚10-15份、异丙醚10-12份、异戊二醇1-1.5份、乙基乙烯醚20-30份、丁醇40份、甲酸甲酯3-5份。
所述组分A和组分B的重量配比为5-8%:92-95%。
所述组分A和组分B的重量配比为10%:90%。
所述组分A和组分B的重量配比为15%:85%。
组分A和组分B混合均匀后得到无色透明液体,用于加入甲醇汽油中,实现其低温启动功能。
本发明配制简单、稳定性高,添加至甲醇汽油后,能够全面克服冷启动问题,扩大甲醇汽油的应用范围,从而节约了不可再生资源,适于广泛推广应用。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:甲醇低温启动添加剂的制备
(1)组分A的制备,取丙酮20mol、丁酮13mol、过氧化氢16mol、硫酸3mol,将上述原料置于-20℃的低温装置内反应6小时,回流反应液生成物,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至中性,得到产品备用;
(2)组分B的制备:取二甲基丁烷新己烷6g、二环庚二烯3g、甲基叔丁基醚100g、异丙醚100g、异戊二醇10g、乙基乙烯醚200g、丁醇400g、甲酸甲酯30g,混合均匀后备用;
(3)将组分A和组分B按照5:95的重量配比混合均匀,得到最终产品,将其加入甲醇汽油中应用,可全面克服冷启动问题。
实施例2:甲醇低温启动添加剂的制备
(1)组分A的制备,取丙酮20mol、丁酮13mol、过氧化氢16mol、硫酸3mol,将上述原料置于-20℃的低温装置内反应4小时,回流反应液生成物,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至中性,得到产品备用;
(2)组分B的制备:取二甲基丁烷新己烷6g、二环庚二烯3g、甲基叔丁基醚100g、异丙醚100g、异戊二醇10g、乙基乙烯醚200g、丁醇400g、甲酸甲酯30g,混合均匀后备用;
(3)将组分A和组分B按照15:85的重量配比混合均匀,得到最终产品,将其加入甲醇汽油中应用,可全面克服冷启动问题。
实施例3:甲醇低温启动添加剂的制备
(1)组分A的制备,取丙酮13mol、丁酮9mol、过氧化氢13mol、硫酸2mol,将上述原料置于-20℃的低温装置内反应5小时,回流反应液生成物,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至中性,得到产品备用;
(2)组分B的制备:取二甲基丁烷新己烷9g、二环庚二烯10g、甲基叔丁基醚125g、异丙醚110g、异戊二醇12g、乙基乙烯醚250g、丁醇400g、甲酸甲酯40g,混合均匀后备用;
(3)将组分A和组分B按照10:95的重量配比混合均匀,得到最终产品,将其加入甲醇汽油中应用,可全面克服冷启动问题。
实施例4:甲醇低温启动添加剂的制备
(1)组分A的制备,取丙酮10mol、丁酮7mol、过氧化氢12mol、硫酸1.5mol,将上述原料置于-20℃的低温装置内反应4.5小时,回流反应液生成物,再用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至中性,得到产品备用;
(2)组分B的制备:取二甲基丁烷新己烷8g、二环庚二烯8g、甲基叔丁基醚120g、异丙醚107g、异戊二醇11g、乙基乙烯醚230g、丁醇400g、甲酸甲酯38g,混合均匀后备用;
(3)将组分A和组分B按照8:92的重量配比混合均匀,得到最终产品,将其加入甲醇汽油中应用,可全面克服冷启动问题。
将上述实施例1-4制备得到的添加剂添加到甲醇汽油中,其实际使用效果如下所示:

1.一种甲醇低温启动添加剂,其特征在于:由组分A和组分B按5-15%:85-95%的重量配比混合组成;组分A由丙酮、丁酮、过氧化氢和硫酸在低温装置内反应后,经氢氧化钠洗涤至中性后得到;组分B由二甲基丁烷新己烷、二环庚二烯、甲基叔丁基醚、异丙醚、异戊二醇、乙基乙烯醚、丁醇和甲酸甲酯混合制成;所述组分A的原料摩尔配比为丙酮0.6-2、丁酮0.5-1.3、过氧化氢1-1.6、硫酸0.1-0.3,上述原料在-20℃的低温装置内反应4-6小时,回流反应液生成物,用氢氧化钠溶液洗涤至中性,得到产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇低温启动添加剂,其特征在于:所述组分B中,各原料的重量配比为:二甲基丁烷新己烷0.6-1.2份、二环庚二烯0.3-1.8份、甲基叔丁基醚10-15份、异丙醚10-12份、异戊二醇1-1.5份、乙基乙烯醚20-30份、丁醇40份、甲酸甲酯3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇低温启动添加剂,其特征在于:所述组分A和组分B的重量配比为5-8%:92-95%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇低温启动添加剂,其特征在于:所述组分A和组分B的重量配比为10%:90%。
