本发明公开了一种PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫,包括从上往下依次设置的涂料层、PVC第一发泡层以及PVC第二发泡层,涂料层经过做旧处理,PVC第一发泡层包括如下原料:PVC糊、DOP、BBP、环氧大豆油、热稳定剂、阻燃剂、引发剂、发泡剂;PVC第二发泡层包括如下原料:PVC糊、DOP、BBP、热稳定剂、环氧大豆油、阻燃剂、发泡剂、填料。本发明还公开了上述做旧抗疲劳垫的制备方法。在发泡层上喷涂涂料再做旧,可以做出各种风格的花色图案,能够满足不同的使用环境以及不同消费者的喜好,装饰效果好,并且涂料层提高了垫子表面的耐磨强度,延长了使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗疲劳垫及其制备方法,特别是一种采用两层PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上在使用的抗疲劳垫,主要是利用垫子的回弹性,对位于垫子上的使用者起到缓解疲劳的作用,可以应用于厨房、健身房、卫生间、盥洗室、高档酒店、娱乐中心,具有广泛的应用前景。这种抗疲劳垫,虽然色彩光鲜亮丽,却很难与典雅、欧尚的装修风格相融合,并且格调单一,造成消费群体狭隘。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的第一目的是提供一种PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫,采用两层PVC发泡材料,并对表面进行做旧,使其具有更好的回弹性与硬度的同时,产品表面的风格更加多样化,满足不同的消费群体。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫,包括从上往下依次设置的涂料层、PVC第一发泡层以及PVC第二发泡层,所述涂料层经过做旧处理,所述PVC第一发泡层包括如下重量份原料:PVC糊100、DOP45、BBP30、环氧大豆油1~5、热稳定剂1.5、阻燃剂5~8、引发剂2、发泡剂3;所述PVC第二发泡层包括如下重量份原料:PVC糊100、DOP40、BBP20、热稳定剂2、环氧大豆油1~5、阻燃剂5~8、发泡剂3、填料20。
优选的,所述涂料层的涂料为PU涂料、醇酸涂料或者环氧树脂涂料中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述PVC糊为合肥氯碱1152C、1131、PB-1302中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述环氧大豆油的环氧值大于6.6,碘价小于3.0。
优选的,所述热稳定剂为钡锌稳定剂,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。

本发明的第二目的是提供一种上述PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并按所属层数将原料分别投放到两个不同的反应釜中搅拌均匀,在投料过程中,反应釜的搅拌速度控制在20~25转/min,投料结束后,对反应釜抽真空,当真空度达到-0.9~-1.0KPa时,将反应釜的搅拌速度调为80转/min,并搅拌20~30min制得粘度为4000~6000Mpa.S的糊料,整个搅拌过程中,温度控制在40℃以下;
(2)、先将PVC第二发泡层所需的PVC糊料传送到第一烘道内进行塑化发泡,当第二层PVC糊料从第一烘道内传出后,将PVC第一发泡层所需的PVC糊料传输到发泡后的第二层PVC糊料上,再进入第二烘道内进行塑化粘合发泡;
(3)、对经过步骤(2)粘合发泡后的材料进行裁切,在PVC第一发泡层上均匀喷涂涂料,干燥后,用水磨砂纸沾肥皂液研磨,对涂料层进行做旧处理;
(4)、对上述经过做旧处理的材料进行切片,将切片后的材料进行高频熔接制得上述做旧抗疲劳垫,其中高频熔接过程中的模具预热温度为60~90℃,预热时间为40s,熔接电流为0.5~0.8A,熔接时间为6-10s,冷却时间为10~15s。
优选的,所述第一烘道以及第二烘道的传输速度均为1.0~2.0 m/min,所述第一烘道以及第二烘道内的温度均为阶梯温度,其中第一烘道的阶梯温度为120℃、150℃,第二烘道的阶梯温度为150℃、180℃、210℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明得到的一种PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫及其制备方法,其有益效果是:
1、在该抗疲劳垫的PVC发泡层上喷涂涂料,再采用磨砂等工艺进行做旧,可以做出各种花色图案,使其风格多样化,能够满足不同的使用环境以及不同消费者的喜好,装饰效果好,并且涂料层提高了垫子表面的耐磨强度,延长了使用寿命;
2、该抗疲劳垫采用两层PVC发泡材料制成,具有良好的回弹性与硬度,对使用者来说大大提高了缓解疲劳的效果,并且在生产过程中,使用的助剂均为环保型材料,降低了对环境的影响,更加环保;
3、PVC材料通过烘道进行发泡硫化,生产成本低于现有的平板模具发泡,且易于控制材料厚度以及发泡倍比,易于控制垫子的整体厚度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本发明提供的一种PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫,包括从上往下依次设置的涂料层、PVC第一发泡层以及PVC第二发泡层。
其中涂料层的涂料为PU涂料、醇酸涂料或者环氧树脂涂料中的一种或多种。
PVC第一发泡层包括如下重量份原料:PVC糊100、DOP45、BBP30、环氧大豆油1~5、热稳定剂1.5、阻燃剂5~8、引发剂2、发泡剂3; PVC第二发泡层包括如下重量份原料:PVC糊100、DOP40、BBP20、热稳定剂2、环氧大豆油1~5、阻燃剂5~8、发泡剂3、填料20。
当然,所述的涂料层、PVC第一发泡层以及PVC第二发泡层里面均可以添加适量的颜料,使其色彩更加丰富,制成的抗疲劳垫的风格更加多样化。
所述PVC糊为合肥氯碱1152C、1131、PB-1302中的一种或多种。
所述DOP为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂,是一种有机酯类化合物,是重要的通用型增塑剂,主要用于聚氯乙烯树脂的加工,还可用于化纤树脂、醋酸树脂、ABS树脂及橡胶等高聚物的加工,也可用于造漆、染料、分散剂等。
所述BBP为邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,具有很强的溶解能力,与聚氯乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯、硝酸纤维素的互溶性较好,具有良好的耐污染性,塑化速度快,填充剂容量大,耐水和耐油抽出,可作主增塑剂使用。常与其他增塑剂配合,用于含大量填充剂的塑料地板、装饰材料、瓦楞板、制造薄膜、板材和管材,可获得具有优良透明性和光滑表面的制品。
所述环氧大豆油的环氧值大于6.6,碘价小于3.0。
所述热稳定剂为钡锌稳定剂,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。
所述引发剂为优级偶氮二异庚腈(ABVN),偶氮二异庚腈作为引发剂的分解几乎全部为一级反应,只形成一种自由基,没有副反应。
所述发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
所述填料为轻质碳酸钙。
上述PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并按所属层数将原料分别投放到两个不同的反应釜中搅拌均匀,即PVC第一发泡层的原料与PVC第二发泡层的原料分别投到两个不同的反应釜中搅拌,并且投料过程遵循先投放液体后投放固体的原则,同时也可以在两个不同的反应釜中加入适量的颜料,在投料过程中,反应釜的搅拌速度控制在20~25转/min,投料结束后,对反应釜抽真空,当真空度达到-0.9~-1.0KPa时,将反应釜的搅拌速度调为80转/min,并搅拌20~30min制得粘度为4000~6000Mpa.S的糊料,整个搅拌过程中,温度控制在40℃以下,其中搅拌好的糊料以固体、液体混合均匀、没有气泡杂质为标准;
(2)、先将PVC第二发泡层所需的PVC糊料所在的反应釜上的输送管道阀门打开,使PVC糊料流至特氟龙传送带上,按照发泡厚度以及发泡倍比设定涂刮层高度对PVC糊料进行涂刮,将涂刮后的PVC糊料传送到第一烘道内进行塑化发泡,当第二层PVC糊料从第一烘道内传出后,将PVC第一发泡层所需的PVC糊料所在反应釜上的输送管道阀门打开,传输到发泡后的第二层PVC糊料上,按照发泡厚度以及发泡倍比设定涂刮层高度对位于上面的PVC糊料进行涂刮,涂刮后再进入第二烘道内进行塑化粘合发泡,
其中所述第一烘道以及第二烘道的传输速度相同,均为1.0~2.0 m/min,所述第一烘道以及第二烘道内的温度均为阶梯温度,其中第一烘道的阶梯温度为120℃、150℃,第二烘道的阶梯温度为150℃、180℃、210℃;
(3)、对经过步骤(2)粘合发泡后的材料进行裁切,将调配好的涂料均匀的喷涂在PVC第一发泡层上,自然干燥后,用200目的水磨砂纸沾肥皂液轻轻的有规律的研磨,去掉多余的颜色,对涂料层实现做旧处理,制得做旧的表面效果,当然也可以在涂料干燥后通过丝网印或喷印等工艺对涂料进行制图,制好图后用水磨砂纸进行研磨做旧;
(4)、对上述经过做旧处理的材料进行切片,将切片后的材料进行高频熔接制得上述做旧抗疲劳垫,其中高频熔接过程中的模具预热温度为60~90℃,预热时间为40s,熔接电流为0.5~0.8A,熔接时间为6-10s,冷却时间为10~15s。
通过第一烘道与第二烘道对PVC材料进行发泡,比现有的模具发泡,更加容易控制发泡材料的厚度与规格,并且第一烘道与第二烘道内采用阶梯温度,发泡效果更好,制得的抗疲劳垫健康垫的回弹性也更好。
将有填料的PVC第二发泡层位于PVC第一发泡层下方,可以对PVC第一发泡层以及涂料层起到很好的支撑作用,使该垫子具备良好回弹性的同时,具备良好的硬度。

(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并按所属层数将原料分别投放到两个不同的反应釜中搅拌均匀,在投料过程中,反应釜的搅拌速度控制在20~25转/min,投料结束后,对反应釜抽真空,当真空度达到-0 .9~-1 .0KPa时,将反应釜的搅拌速度调为80转/min,并搅拌20~30min制得粘度为4000~6000Mpa .S的糊料,整个搅拌过程中,温度控制在40℃以下;
(2)、先将PVC第二发泡层所需的PVC糊料传送到第一烘道内进行塑化发泡,当第二层PVC糊料从第一烘道内传出后,将PVC第一发泡层所需的PVC糊料传输到发泡后的第二层PVC糊料上,再进入第二烘道内进行塑化粘合发泡;
(3)、对经过步骤(2)粘合发泡后的材料进行裁切,在PVC第一发泡层上均匀喷涂涂料,干燥后,用水磨砂纸沾肥皂液研磨,对涂料层进行做旧处理;
(4)、对上述经过做旧处理的材料进行切片,将切片后的材料进行高频熔接制得上述做旧抗疲劳垫,其中高频熔接过程中的模具预热温度为60~90℃,预热时间为40s,熔接电流为0 .5~0 .8A,熔接时间为6-10s,冷却时间为10~15s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC发泡材料制成的做旧抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一烘道以及第二烘道的传输速度均为1 .0~2 .0 m/min,所述第一烘道以及第二烘道内的温度均为阶梯温度,其中第一烘道的阶梯温度为120℃、150℃,第二烘道的阶梯温度为150℃、180℃、210℃。
