Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐磨防爆玻璃,包括:第一玻璃基板、金属丝网、第二玻璃基板、硅系纳米膜,所述金属丝网至少有一层、压合在所述第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板之间,所述硅系纳米膜有两层、分别贴附在所述第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板的外表面上,所述金属丝网为高强度镁合金丝网,且所述高强度镁合金丝网的表面涂刷有夜光涂料。通过上述方式,本发明采用多层复合结构,具有良好的强度、耐磨性及耐酸碱性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃领域,特别是涉及一种高耐磨防爆玻璃。
背景技术
防爆玻璃,就是能够防止暴力冲击的玻璃,它是利用特殊的添加剂和中间的夹层由机器加工做成的特种玻璃,即使玻璃打破也不会轻易掉落。但是现有的防爆玻璃耐磨、耐酸碱性还存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高耐磨防爆玻璃,具有良好的强度、耐磨性及耐酸碱性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高耐磨防爆玻璃,包括:第一玻璃基板、金属丝网、第二玻璃基板、硅系纳米膜,所述金属丝网至少有一层、压合在所述第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板之间,所述硅系纳米膜有两层、分别贴附在所述第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板的外表面上,所述金属丝网为高强度镁合金丝网,且所述高强度镁合金丝网的表面涂刷有夜光涂料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硅系纳米膜为纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛复合膜。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一玻璃基板的厚度为20-30mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二玻璃基板的厚度为10-15mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用多层复合结构,在两层玻璃基板中铺设至少一层高强度镁合金丝网,并且在该两层玻璃基板的外表面上均贴附有硅系纳米膜,使本发明玻璃具有良好的强度、耐磨性及耐酸碱性,此外高强度铝镁合金丝网的表面涂刷有夜光涂料,使玻璃在夜间具有发光、发亮的功能,能显著提高其装饰性。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种高耐磨防爆玻璃,包括:第一玻璃基板1、金属丝网2、第二玻璃基板3、硅系纳米膜4,所述金属丝网2至少有一层、压合在所述第一玻璃基板1和第二玻璃基板2之间,能有效提高玻璃强度,并使玻璃具有防爆性能,所述硅系纳米膜4有两层、分别贴附在所述第一玻璃基板1和第二玻璃基板2的外表面上,所述硅系纳米膜4具有优异的耐磨性能和耐酸碱性能,贴附在玻璃基板外表面可以有效提高玻璃的综合性能,所述金属丝网2为高强度镁合金丝网,且所述高强度镁合金丝网的表面涂刷有夜光涂料,使玻璃具有夜晚发光、发亮的功能,从而能有效提高玻璃的装饰性,拓宽其运用范围。
优点地,所述硅系纳米膜4为纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛复合膜。
所述第一玻璃基板1的厚度为20-30mm。
所述第二玻璃基板3的厚度为10-15mm。
本发明揭示了一种高耐磨防爆玻璃,采用多层复合结构,在两层玻璃基板中铺设至少一层高强度镁合金丝网,并且在该两层玻璃基板的外表面上均贴附有硅系纳米膜,使本发明玻璃具有良好的强度、耐磨性及耐酸碱性,此外高强度铝镁合金丝网的表面涂刷有夜光涂料,使玻璃在夜间具有发光、发亮的功能,能显著提高其装饰性。

1.一种高耐磨防爆玻璃,其特征在于,包括:第一玻璃基板、金属丝网、第二玻璃基板、硅系纳米膜,所述金属丝网至少有一层、压合在所述第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板之间,所述硅系纳米膜有两层、分别贴附在所述第一玻璃基板和第二玻璃基板的外表面上,所述金属丝网为高强度镁合金丝网,且所述高强度镁合金丝网的表面涂刷有夜光涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨防爆玻璃,其特征在于,所述硅系纳米膜为纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛复合膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨防爆玻璃,其特征在于,所述第一玻璃基板的厚度为20-30mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨防爆玻璃,其特征在于,所述第二玻璃基板的厚度为10-15mm。
