Meanwhile, with the rapid development of electronic technology and network communication technology, serial communication is gradually applied to various fields, and permeates into multiple aspects such as telecommunication, electric power, industrial control and the like. The serial communication means that data of the equipment at the bottom end is transmitted to the upper computer in a serial mode. And the data acquisition, analysis and processing of the bottom equipment by the upper computer are realized. With various applications, the requirements of the functions of a data acquisition system for transmission are more and more comprehensive and more convenient, but the data transmission rate of a serial server in the prior art is low and the safety is poor.
Therefore, the invention provides an RJ45 type eight-serial-port server which has a fast data transmission rate, high security, and high practicability during use, and can effectively improve the real-time monitoring efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the prior art, the invention aims to solve the problems of low working efficiency, low data transmission rate and poor safety of the serial server in the prior art, thereby providing the RJ45 type eight-serial server which has high data transmission rate, high safety and stronger practicability and can effectively improve the real-time monitoring efficiency in the use process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an RJ45 type eight-serial server, where the RJ45 type eight-serial server includes: the network port interface circuit is connected with the main controller through the network processing circuit, the two serial port expansion circuits are respectively connected with the serial port circuit interface of the main controller, 4 serial port circuit sub-interfaces are respectively arranged on the two serial port expansion circuits, each serial port circuit sub-interface is respectively connected with one serial port processing circuit, and the eight RJ45 type interfaces are respectively connected with the eight serial port processing circuits in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the main controller is configured to perform data processing and signal control, and at least comprises a main chip S3C2440 and a complex programmable logic device, wherein the complex programmable logic device is configured to control time sequence switching to enable a plurality of serial ports to transmit in parallel; the network processing circuit is configured to convert between TTL signals and TCP signals, the serial port extension circuit is configured to extend a single serial port circuit interface by 4 serial port circuit interfaces, and the serial port processing circuit is configured to convert between TTL signals and serial port signals.
Preferably, the RJ45 type eight-serial-port server further includes a chassis housing, the circuit modules of the RJ45 type eight-serial-port server are all disposed inside the chassis housing, and electromagnetic shielding films are disposed on the outer surface and the inner surface of the chassis housing.
Preferably, the electromagnetic shielding film comprises an upper glass layer, a copper powder layer, a stainless steel layer and a bottom glass layer which are sequentially formed from top to bottom, and the thicknesses of the copper powder layer and the stainless steel layer are 0.6 to 0.8 micrometers.

The RJ45 type eight-serial-port server provided by the invention overcomes the problems of low working efficiency, low data transmission rate and poor safety of the serial-port server in the prior art.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the RJ45 type eight-serial-port server further includes a chassis housing 1, and the circuit modules of the RJ45 type eight-serial-port server are all disposed inside the chassis housing 1, so that in order to make the RJ45 type eight-serial-port server of the present invention effectively resist electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic shielding films 2 are disposed on both the outer surface and the inner surface of the chassis housing 1, thereby increasing the electromagnetic interference resistance of the chassis housing 1.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the electromagnetic shielding film 2 includes an upper glass layer 21, a copper powder layer 22, a stainless steel layer 23, and a bottom glass layer 24 formed in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the thicknesses of the copper powder layer 22 and the stainless steel layer 23 are 0.6 to 0.8 μm, and the specific thicknesses of the copper powder layer 22 and the stainless steel layer 23 are not limited in the present invention. The electromagnetic shielding film 2 with the structure has good electromagnetic interference resistance in the use process, and can effectively protect the RJ45 type eight-serial-port server provided by the invention so that the server can normally work.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the complex programmable logic device selects an ST16C554 chip, so that the complex programmable logic device can effectively cooperate with the main chip to control normal parallel transmission of multiple serial ports.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the RJ45 type eight-serial server further includes: a crystal oscillator circuit, a power supply circuit and a storage circuit respectively connected to the main chip S3C2440, wherein the crystal oscillator circuit is configured to provide a clock signal for keeping the system running; the power supply circuit is configured to provide a stable voltage for system operation; the memory circuit is configured to provide storage space for program execution in the main chip S3C 2440.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the serial port expansion circuit is an ST16C554 chip, which can effectively expand the serial port on the host controller into multiple serial ports.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the portal processing circuit is a DM9000AEP type chip; the serial port processing circuit selects a TRS213IDBR chip.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

the main controller is configured to perform data processing and signal control, and the main controller at least comprises a main chip S3C2440 and a complex programmable logic device, and the complex programmable logic device is configured to control time sequence switching to enable a plurality of serial ports to transmit in parallel; the network processing circuit is configured to convert between TTL signals and TCP signals, the serial port extension circuit is configured to extend a single serial port circuit interface by 4 serial port circuit interfaces, and the serial port processing circuit is configured to convert between TTL signals and serial port signals.

The RJ45 type eight-serial server according to claim 1, wherein the RJ45 type eight-serial server further comprises a chassis housing (1), the circuit modules of the RJ45 type eight-serial server are all arranged inside the chassis housing (1), and electromagnetic shielding films (2) are arranged on the outer surface and the inner surface of the chassis housing (1).
