Abstract

本发明属于座椅技术领域,涉及座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承内、外圈之间的滚子及滚子一端的滚子挡圈,所述的轴承外圈的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈,轴承内圈的一端套装有侧盖板,优点是:滚子轴承的转动灵活、噪音低、寿命可靠,环形滚圈在滑轨上的摩擦力小、噪音小、耐磨性好,两者结合使得产品的整体转动灵活、噪音低、使用寿命长,实现座椅减振器在任何行程位置都能顺畅的自由转动。

技术领域
本发明属于座椅技术领域,特指一种座椅减振器之轴承滚轮。
背景技术
对于驾驶者和车辆座椅的终端使用客户来说,追求产品的舒适性和使用寿命及可靠性是必不可少的,都想要一个舒适的、故障少、寿命长的座椅。座椅用减振器轴承滚轮的出现就是为了满足舒适性和提升座椅减振器寿命。
现有的座椅用减振器滚轮,只是单纯的圆柱形的塑料结构,并没有利用内侧轴承结合外侧塑料包裹的结构,所以在舒适性和使用寿命等方面还有所欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种座椅减振器之轴承滚轮。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承内、外圈之间的滚子及滚子一端的滚子挡圈,所述的轴承外圈的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈,轴承内圈的一端套装有侧盖板。
上述的轴承外圈的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈的具体结构是:轴承外圈的一侧设置有限位滚子的向内伸出的环形凸起,轴承外圈的另一侧的内表面扩颈形成的薄壁台上安装有滚子挡圈,薄壁台的宽度大于滚子挡圈的宽度,环形滚圈的一端设置的内翻边卡接在轴承外圈的外端面上,环形滚圈的另一端向内两次翻边形成的U型钩卡接在滚子挡圈外的薄壁台上。
上述的轴承内圈的一端套装有侧盖板的具体结构是:轴承内圈的一端外圆柱面上设置有环形槽,圆形的侧盖板的外沿向一端面设置的U型卡钩卡接在轴承内圈的环形槽上。
上述的U型卡钩在侧盖板上周向间隔设置有四个,每个U型卡钩的角度为40-50弧度。
上述的U型卡钩的角度为45弧度。
上述的滚子为滚针或滚柱。
上述的滚子挡圈、环形滚圈、侧盖板是用塑料材料制成的。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
本发明使用滚子轴承,使得滚轮的转动灵活、噪音低、寿命可靠;在滚子轴承的轴承外圈的外圆柱面上套装塑料的环形滚圈,环形滚圈在滑轨上的摩擦力小、噪音小、耐磨性好,本发明采用滚子轴承与环形滚圈两者结合,使得产品的整体转动灵活、噪音低、使用寿命长,实现座椅减振器在任何行程位置都能顺畅的自由转动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—图6:
座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,包括轴承内圈10、轴承外圈30、轴承内、外圈之间的滚子20及滚子20一端的滚子挡圈60,所述的轴承外圈30的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈40,轴承内圈10的一端套装有侧盖板50。
上述的轴承外圈30的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈40的具体结构是:轴承外圈30的一侧设置有限位滚子20的向内伸出的环形凸起41,轴承外圈30的另一侧的内表面扩颈形成的薄壁台32上安装有滚子挡圈60,薄壁台32的宽度L1大于滚子挡圈60的宽度L2,环形滚圈40的一端设置的内翻边41卡接在轴承外圈30的外端面上,环形滚圈40的另一端向内两次翻边形成的U型钩42卡接在滚子20挡圈外的薄壁台32上。
上述的轴承内圈10的一端套装有侧盖板50的具体结构是:轴承内圈10的一端外圆柱面上设置有环形槽11,圆形的侧盖板50的外沿向一端面设置的U型卡钩51卡接在轴承内圈10的环形槽11上。
上述的U型卡钩51在侧盖板50上周向间隔设置有四个,每个U型卡钩的角度A为40-50弧度。
上述的U型卡钩的角度A为45弧度。
上述的滚子20为滚针或滚柱。
上述的滚子20挡圈、环形滚圈40、侧盖板50是用塑料材料制成的。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承内、外圈之间的滚子及滚子一端的滚子挡圈,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈,轴承内圈的一端套装有侧盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈的外圆柱面上套装有环形滚圈的具体结构是:轴承外圈的一侧设置有限位滚子的向内伸出的环形凸起,轴承外圈的另一侧的内表面扩颈形成的薄壁台上安装有滚子挡圈,薄壁台的宽度大于滚子挡圈的宽度,环形滚圈的一端设置的内翻边卡接在轴承外圈的外端面上,环形滚圈的另一端向内两次翻边形成的U型钩卡接在滚子挡圈外的薄壁台上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,其特征在于:所述的轴承内圈的一端套装有侧盖板的具体结构是:轴承内圈的一端外圆柱面上设置有环形槽,圆形的侧盖板的外沿向一端面设置的U型卡钩卡接在轴承内圈的环形槽上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,其特征在于:所述的U型卡钩在侧盖板上周向间隔设置有四个,每个U型卡钩的角度为40-50弧度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,其特征在于:所述的U型卡钩的角度为45弧度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,其特征在于:所述的滚子为滚针或滚柱。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的座椅减振器之轴承滚轮,其特征在于:所述的滚子挡圈、环形滚圈、侧盖板是用塑料材料制成的。
