本发明公开了一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳,其特征在于包括第一铰接臂和第二铰接臂,第一铰接臂上部为第一吊臂,第一铰接臂下部为第一弧形抓手,第二铰接臂上部为第二吊臂,第二铰接臂下部为第二弧形抓手,第一铰接臂与第二铰接臂中部通过铰接轴铰接在一起整体呈“X”状,第一吊臂和第二吊臂上设有线缆孔,第一弧形抓手和第二弧形抓手弧心内侧相对,第一弧形抓手周向前端在轴向两侧分别连接有第一滚轮,第二弧形抓手周向前端在轴向中部连接有可进入两第一滚轮间的第二滚轮,第一滚轮轴线、第二滚轮轴线均与铰接轴轴线平行;抓取不同直接的钢管,无需撬动钢管操作更容易。

一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田钻杆等钢管抓持起吊工具,特别是涉及一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳。
背景技术
在油田生产中,钻杆和抽油管都是必不可少的装备,由于其重量较大,取用时都需要用起吊设备,而其都是码摞压在一起,起吊设备不易抓持,这仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳,其特征在于包括第一铰接臂和第二铰接臂,第一铰接臂上部为第一吊臂,第一铰接臂下部为第一弧形抓手,第二铰接臂上部为第二吊臂,第二铰接臂下部为第二弧形抓手,第一铰接臂与第二铰接臂中部通过铰接轴铰接在一起整体呈“X”状,第一吊臂和第二吊臂上设有线缆孔,第一弧形抓手和第二弧形抓手弧心内侧相对,第一弧形抓手周向前端在轴向两侧分别连接有第一滚轮,第二弧形抓手周向前端在轴向中部连接有可进入两第一滚轮间的第二滚轮,第一滚轮轴线、第二滚轮轴线均与铰接轴轴线平行,第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的下段内侧分别设有向内凸出的下弧形突起,第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的上段内侧分别设有与铰接轴平行的纵向槽,纵向槽内设有纵向卡块,纵向槽中部设有分别贯穿第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的径向螺纹孔,螺纹孔连接有内端顶在纵向卡块上的螺栓,螺纹孔两侧设有轴线与其平行的导孔,导孔外段为比其内径大的与其同轴的弹簧孔,导孔内穿有导杆,导杆内端通过螺纹与纵向卡块连接,导杆外端设有环形外沿,弹簧孔内设有套在导杆上的压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧外端顶在环形外沿上。
进一步的,所述下弧形突起内面、纵向卡块内面设有周向的凸棱。
进一步的,所述线缆孔内设有滑轮,滑轮轴轴线与铰接轴轴线平行。
本发明使用时只需将第一滚轮、第二滚轮卡在需要拾取的钢管的水平直径的下方表面上,然后利用穿过第一吊臂和第二吊臂上线缆孔的吊绳起吊,在重力作用下或稍施加外力第一滚轮、第二滚轮就会滚动靠近,实现第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手抱合,利用下弧形突起、纵向卡块抓持住钢管,通过调节螺栓可以调节纵向卡块位置,抓取不同直接的钢管,无需撬动钢管操作更容易。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2、3所示,该一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳设有第一铰接臂和第二铰接臂,第一铰接臂上部为第一吊臂1,第一铰接臂下部为第一弧形抓手2,第二铰接臂上部为第二吊臂3,第二铰接臂下部为第二弧形抓手4,第一铰接臂与第二铰接臂中部通过铰接轴5铰接在一起整体呈“X”状,第一吊臂和第二吊臂上设有线缆孔6,吊绳由两吊臂上的线缆孔穿过,第一弧形抓手和第二弧形抓手弧心内侧相对,用于抱管,第一弧形抓手周向前端在轴向两侧分别连接有第一滚轮7,第二弧形抓手周向前端在轴向中部连接有可进入两第一滚轮间的第二滚轮8,第一滚轮轴线、第二滚轮轴线均与铰接轴轴线平行,可沿抓管管外壁滚动,第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的下段内侧分别设有向内凸出的下弧形突起9,第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的上段内侧分别设有与铰接轴平行的纵向槽10,纵向槽内设有纵向卡块11,纵向槽中部设有分别贯穿第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的径向螺纹孔12,螺纹孔连接有内端顶在纵向卡块上的螺栓13,螺纹孔两侧设有轴线与其平行的导孔14,导孔外段为比其内径大的与其同轴的弹簧孔15,导孔内穿有导杆16,导杆内端通过螺纹与纵向卡块连接,导杆外端设有环形外沿17,弹簧孔内设有套在导杆上的压缩弹簧18,压缩弹簧外端顶在环形外沿上,调节螺栓可以使纵向卡块沿导孔内移和外移。
本发明使用时只需将第一滚轮、第二滚轮卡在需要拾取的钢管的水平直径的下方表面上,然后利用穿过第一吊臂和第二吊臂上线缆孔的吊绳起吊,在重力作用下或稍施加外力第一滚轮、第二滚轮就会滚动靠近,实现第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手抱合,利用下弧形突起、纵向卡块抓持住钢管,通过调节螺栓可以调节纵向卡块位置,抓取不同直接的钢管,无需撬动钢管操作更容易。
实施时可在下弧形突起内面、纵向卡块内面设有周向的截面为三角形的凸棱,便于抓牢卡牢;还可在线缆孔内设有滑轮,滑轮轴轴线与铰接轴轴线平行,吊绳由两吊臂上的线缆孔穿过,经过滑轮变向,摩擦阻尼小可以更好的使两吊臂闭合。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳实施例,凡依本申请所做的等效修饰和现有技术添加均视为本发明技术范畴。

1.一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳,其特征在于包括第一铰接臂和第二铰接臂,第一铰接臂上部为第一吊臂,第一铰接臂下部为第一弧形抓手,第二铰接臂上部为第二吊臂,第二铰接臂下部为第二弧形抓手,第一铰接臂与第二铰接臂中部通过铰接轴铰接在一起整体呈“X”状,第一吊臂和第二吊臂上设有线缆孔,第一弧形抓手和第二弧形抓手弧心内侧相对,第一弧形抓手周向前端在轴向两侧分别连接有第一滚轮,第二弧形抓手周向前端在轴向中部连接有可进入两第一滚轮间的第二滚轮,第一滚轮轴线、第二滚轮轴线均与铰接轴轴线平行,第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的下段内侧分别设有向内凸出的下弧形突起,第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的上段内侧分别设有与铰接轴平行的纵向槽,纵向槽内设有纵向卡块,纵向槽中部设有分别贯穿第一弧形抓手、第二弧形抓手的径向螺纹孔,螺纹孔连接有内端顶在纵向卡块上的螺栓,螺纹孔两侧设有轴线与其平行的导孔,导孔外段为比其内径大的与其同轴的弹簧孔,导孔内穿有导杆,导杆内端通过螺纹与纵向卡块连接,导杆外端设有环形外沿,弹簧孔内设有套在导杆上的压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧外端顶在环形外沿上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳,其特征在于所述下弧形突起内面、纵向卡块内面设有周向的凸棱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油田钢管转运拾起卡钳,其特征在于所述线缆孔内设有滑轮,滑轮轴轴线与铰接轴轴线平行。
