Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an interior rear view mirror for a vehicle, which solves the problem of the prior art that the function of the rear view mirror is too single.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an inside rear view mirror for a vehicle, comprising: the lens comprises a lens shell, a lens and a control processing device; the lens is arranged on the lens shell and forms a cavity with the lens shell, and the control processing device is arranged in the cavity; the control processing device comprises a control processing unit, a DSRC data transceiving unit and a display unit; the DSRC data transceiving unit is used for receiving information sent by external equipment and sending position and state information of a vehicle; the control processing unit is connected with the DSRC data transceiving unit and is used for processing information received by the DSRC data transceiving unit and carrying out safety early warning; the display unit is connected with the control processing unit and displays the processing result and/or the early warning information of the control processing unit through the lens.
In an embodiment of the invention, the display unit adopts a mirror display, and a screen of the mirror display is directly used as the lens: when the mirror display is started, the screen displays the processing result and/or the early warning information; when the mirror display is closed, the screen functions as a rear view mirror.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the display unit is a display; the lenses comprise a first lens and a second lens; the display is covered by the second lens; the first lens comprises a substrate with a reflective layer for use as a rearview mirror; the second lens comprises a substrate that is at least partially transmissive to light from the display; the processing result and/or the early warning information are displayed through the second lens.
In an embodiment of the invention, the display is a liquid crystal display, and a polarizer is disposed between the second lens and the display screen.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an indicator light and a display switch are disposed on the mirror housing, and the indicator light is connected to the control processing unit and is configured to prompt the warning information; the display switch is connected with the display unit and used for controlling the opening and closing of the display unit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control processing apparatus further includes: the positioning unit is connected with the control processing unit and is used for receiving navigation positioning signals; the control processing unit is also used for analyzing the navigation positioning information so as to obtain the current position information of the vehicle; the storage unit is connected with the DSRC data transceiving unit, the control processing unit and the positioning unit and is used for storing the data of the DSRC data transceiving unit, the control processing unit and the positioning unit; and the audio unit is connected with the control processing unit and is used for playing the processing result and/or the audio information of the early warning information.
In an embodiment of the invention, an audio switch is disposed on the mirror housing for turning on or off the audio unit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a USB interface is disposed on the mirror housing, and the power supply is connected to the USB interface, so as to supply power to the control processing device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a USB interface and a network interface are disposed on the mirror housing, and the control processing device performs data interaction with the outside through the USB interface and/or the network interface.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a device switch is disposed on the mirror housing for turning on, turning off and resetting the control processing device.
As described above, in the Vehicle interior rear view mirror according to the present invention, a control processing device based on DSRC (Dedicated Short range communications) is integrated into the rear view mirror, and V2X (Vehicle to X), that is, safety communication and warning functions between vehicles and between roads are realized by the control processing device, so that the driving safety of the Vehicle is ensured in the communication range of DSRC; the lens of the rearview mirror has the functions of the rearview mirror and a display interface, so that a driver can check related information in real time through the lens; the automobile interior rear-view mirror has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, convenient installation and use, beautiful appearance and no influence on the whole visual effect, and can be replaced with the original automobile interior rear-view mirror when being installed; the invention adopts the USB interface to supply power, and is simple, convenient and easy to use; the invention has good reliability and real-time performance.
Examples
The present embodiment discloses an inside rear-view mirror for an automobile, as shown in fig. 1, including: mirror housing 100, lens 200 and control processing means 300. The lens 200 is disposed on the mirror housing 100, and forms a cavity with the mirror housing 100, and the control processing device 300 is disposed in the cavity.
The control processing device 300 is based on DSRC, and is used for performing real-time communication with the outside, acquiring vehicle driving data information and road condition information sent by surrounding vehicles, and processing the vehicle driving data information and the road condition information. As shown in fig. 2 in particular, it comprises: a control processing unit 310, a DSRC data transceiving unit 320, a display unit 330, a positioning unit 340, a storage unit 350, and an audio unit 360. Wherein,
the DSRC data transceiving unit 320 is used to receive information transmitted by an external device. The external device comprises a base station and an external vehicle; the information sent by the external equipment comprises information broadcast by the base station and information sent by the external vehicle; the information broadcasted by the base station comprises entertainment information, driving safety reminding and road condition information; the information transmitted by the outside vehicle includes status information and emergency warning information of the outside vehicle. The DSRC data transmitting/receiving unit 320 transmits the own position and state information of the vehicle.
The positioning unit 340 is used for receiving navigation positioning signals. The navigation Positioning signal includes, but is not limited to, a GPS (Global Positioning System) signal and/or a BDS (BeiDou navigation satellite System) signal. The scope of the present invention is not limited to the type of positioning signal received by the positioning unit 340, i.e., not limited to GPS signals, nor to BDS signal positioning.
The control processing unit 310 is connected to the DSRC data transceiving unit 320, the display unit 330, the positioning unit 340, the storage unit 350, and the audio unit 360, respectively, and is configured to process information and signals received by the DSRC data transceiving unit 320 and the positioning unit 340:
firstly, through the safety calculation and the early warning decision among vehicles, the control processing unit 310 processes and performs the safety early warning on the information sent by the external device and received by the DSRC data transceiving unit 320, specifically including:
judging whether the external vehicle threatens the current vehicle according to the information sent by the external vehicle: if yes, generating early warning information; otherwise, no action is taken, and the current vehicle runs normally;
judging whether the road condition of the road section where the current vehicle is located is good or not according to the information of the surrounding external vehicles: if not, reporting the road condition of the road section where the current vehicle is located to the base station to provide service for other vehicles;
judging whether the current driving route is smooth according to the information broadcasted by the base station: if so, not doing any action, and the current vehicle normally runs; if not, generating early warning information.
Secondly, through the calculation of the vehicle positioning information, the control processing unit 310 analyzes the navigation positioning signal received by the positioning unit 340 to obtain the position information of the current vehicle.
Control processing section 310 stores the processing result of the information transmitted to the external device, the warning information, and the current vehicle position information.
Further, the control processing unit 310 outputs the processing result and/or the warning information through the display unit 330 and the audio unit 360.
The display unit 330 is connected to the control processing unit 310, the display unit 330 is disposed on the back surface of the lens 200 (the surface of the lens 200 facing the mirror housing 100), and the display unit 330 displays the processing result and/or the warning information of the control processing unit 310 through the lens 200.
In this embodiment, the display unit 330 realizes the display of the processing result and/or the warning information through the lens 200 in two ways:
first, the display adopted by the display unit 330 is improved: in the present embodiment, a mirror display is directly adopted, and the screen of the mirror display is used as the mirror 200. When the mirror display is started, the screen is used as a display to display a processing result and/or early warning information; when the mirror display is closed, the screen is in a closed state, and since it is the mirror display, the screen can be used as a mirror in the closed state, that is, the screen is directly used as a rearview mirror.
Secondly, the display unit 330 adopts a display, and the lens 200 is improved: as shown in fig. 3, the lens 200 is divided into two parts: a first lens 210 and a second lens 220. The first lens 210 is a substrate 230 having a reflective layer 211, that is, the first lens 210 is a mirror, that is, the first lens is used as a rearview mirror. The second lens 220 is a substrate 230 that only includes at least a portion that transmits light from the display, i.e., the second lens 220 corresponds to a piece of glass, and the display displays directly through the second lens 220. Preferably, the display unit 330 is a currently-used liquid crystal display, and since the liquid crystal displays are all based on polarization effect, as shown in fig. 2, a polarizer 221 may be further added between the substrate corresponding to the second lens 220 and the liquid crystal display, so as to increase the light intensity of the liquid crystal display passing through the second lens 220, and make the display effect better and clearer.
The audio unit 360 is configured to play audio information of the processing result and/or the warning information, for example: the voice information prompting the clear road in front of the user, the voice information prompting the congestion or construction of the road in front of the user and the like. Preferably, the audio unit 360 employs a speaker.
As shown in fig. 4, with respect to the control processing device 300, a device switch 110, a display switch 120, an audio switch 130, an indicator lamp 140, a USB interface 150, and a network interface 160 are further provided on the mirror housing 100. Also, the device switch 110, the display switch 120, the audio switch 130, the indicator lamp 140, the USB interface 150, and the network interface 160 are disposed under the entire rearview mirror for the convenience of the driver's operation. Moreover, the protection ranges of the device switch 110, the display switch 120, the audio switch 130, the indicator light 140, the USB interface 150, and the network interface 160 of the present invention are not limited to the arrangement shown in fig. 4.
The device switch 110 is used to turn on, turn off, or reset the control processing device 300.
The display switch 120 is used to control the on and off of the display unit 330, especially in the case that the display unit 330 employs a mirror display, the on and off of the display unit 330 directly affects the use of the vehicle rearview mirror.
The audio switch 130 is used to control the audio unit 360 to be turned on and off.
In this embodiment, there are two indicator lights 140, one for prompting the warning information: when warning information is generated, the indicator lamp 140 displays red color for prompting the driver; when no warning information is generated, the indicator lamp 140 displays green. One is for displaying the operating state of the control processing device 300: when the control processing device 300 is in the working state, the indicator lamp 140 displays green; otherwise, it is closed.
In this embodiment, there are two USB interfaces 150: a USB interface is directly connected with a power supply to supply power for the control processing device 300; and a USB interface is used for connecting with external equipment, so that the control processing device 300 realizes data interaction with the outside.
And the network interface 160 is used for connecting with an external device, and realizes data interaction between the control processing device 300 and the outside.
In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, a unit which is not so closely related to solve the technical problem proposed by the present invention is not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that there is no other unit in the present embodiment.
In summary, in the automotive interior rear view mirror of the present invention, a control processing device based on DSRC (Dedicated Short range communications) is integrated into the rear view mirror, and V2X (Vehicle to X), that is, safety communication and early warning functions between vehicles and between roads, are realized through the control processing device, so that the driving safety of the Vehicle is ensured in the communication range of DSRC; the lens of the rearview mirror has the functions of the rearview mirror and a display interface, so that a driver can check related information in real time through the lens; the automobile interior rear-view mirror has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, convenient installation and use, beautiful appearance and no influence on the whole visual effect, and can be replaced with the original automobile interior rear-view mirror when being installed; the invention adopts the USB interface to supply power, and is simple, convenient and easy to use; the invention has good reliability and real-time performance. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
