技术领域
本发明涉及农用杀菌剂领域,具体是一种含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物及其应用。
背景技术
小麦赤霉病是一种分布很广的病害,全世界几乎所有的小麦产区都有该病发生,尤其在温和潮湿和半潮湿地区危害严重。迄今为止,还没有对赤霉病具有完全免疫的抗性小麦品种。所以,小麦赤霉病在生产上仍依赖于化学防治。目前,在生产上防治小麦赤霉病的主要药剂为多菌灵为代表的苯并咪唑类杀菌剂。自1992年在浙江海宁市小麦病穗上检测到世界首例禾谷镰孢菌对多菌灵的抗药性菌株以来,已先后在浙、苏、泸、皖等地发现该病原菌的抗药性,且抗药性菌群体比例正迅速上升,抗药性病原菌分布范围不断扩大,目前,华东地区已因抗药性而面临着多菌灵等现有杀菌剂防治赤霉病失败的危险。如何继续控制小麦赤霉病,尤其是控制多菌灵抗药性赤霉病的流行危害已成为广大科技工作者和种植者面临的重大课题。
丙硫菌唑(英文名称:prothioconazole),化学名称为2-(2-(1-氯环丙基)-3-(2-氯苯基)-2-羟丙基-1-2-二氢-3-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫代,是拜耳开发的三唑硫酮类广谱杀菌剂,2004年已在多个国家登记注册。2007年在美国、加拿大登记用于小麦、花生、蔬菜等多种病害防治。作用机理与特点是抑制真菌中甾醇的前体-羊毛甾醇即脱甲基化抑制剂(DMIs)。该药不仅活性具有很好的内吸活性,优异的保护、治疗和铲活性且持效期长。通过大量的田间药效试验,结果表明噻菌灵对作物不仅有良好的安全性,防病治病效果好,而且具有增产作用,同三唑类杀菌剂相比,噻菌灵具有更广谱的杀菌活性。

噻菌灵是一种高效、广谱、内吸性杀菌剂,可以防治柑橘贮藏病害、香蕉病害、小麦赤霉病、水稻恶苗病、苹果核梨的青霉病、炭疽病、灰霉病、黑星病、白粉病等多种植物病害,对植物病害防治兼有保护作用和治疗作用。
丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵菌为低毒类或微毒类农药,属于高效、低毒、对环境友好型杀菌剂,对皮肤无刺激性,但很多研究表明,这两种药剂单独使用来防治病害,能在较短的时间内使病原菌产生抗药性,导致防效降低,甚至防治失败。若两种药剂单独使用防治小麦赤霉病,具有较高的抗药性风险,使其在短期内失效。杀菌剂抗药性行动委员会(FRAC)建议,将不同作用机制的药剂复配使用,可以避免或延缓抗药性的产生。因此,将二者组合为杀菌组合物,不仅能有效解决小麦赤霉病难以防治的生产实际问题,而且可以延缓病原物对其产生抗药性。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物,具有杀菌活性高,延缓病原物抗药性产生和发展,并使单位面积上总的用药量下降,经济、高效、环保,在防治小麦赤霉病上有特效。
本发明将两类具有不同作用机制的杀菌剂相组合,并加工成生产上容易使用的制剂,于两种成分单独使用相比较,具有生物活性高,单位面积上总的用药量下降,大大降低了施药成本,同时在更大程度上延缓病原物抗药性产生和发展,降低了病原真菌对单一杀菌剂产生抗性的风险,延长了杀菌组合物中各组分的使用寿命,从而实现经济、高效、环保的发明目的。

一种含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂组合物的活性组分为丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵,噻菌灵与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:20至20:1,组合物中活性组分质量百分含量为5-60%。

本发明对小麦赤霉病害有更高的防治效果,两组分之间存在明显增效作用;可代替部分高价位农药品种,并减少用药量,有效降低生态破坏和环境污染,并能提高作物产量和质量;本发明的杀菌剂组合物中丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵均属低等毒性,并且对人畜、有益生物、环境安全;可延缓病菌对单一药剂的抗药性。
首先测定丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵两单一化合物(以下简称药剂)的EC50(药物安全性指标),根据两单一药剂的EC50按Wadley法设定两药剂的组合比例,并根据Wadley增效系数C值,确定合适的组合物比例,然后按孙云沛法加以验证。
试验目标物为小麦赤霉病菌,但不限如此。试验采用菌丝生长测定法,按不同处理制作含药培养基,各处理4个重复,接菌3天后,调查各处理对小麦赤霉病菌的生长抑制效果。通过防效的机率值和系列药剂浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的EC50,根据Wadley法计算增效系数(SR),并据此作出综合评价。SR≤0.5表示具有拮抗作用,0.5<SR<1.5表示具有相加作用,SR≥1.5为增效作用。SR值计算方法如下:

表1噻菌灵和丙硫菌唑组合物对小麦赤霉病的Wadley法测定结果
从以上数据可以分析,不同比例的丙硫菌唑与噻菌灵组合物对小麦赤霉病菌的抑菌效果各不相同,总体上看,其比例在1:20到20:1的范围内都有增效或加和作用,其中最大增效比例为5:1。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不限于此。
具体实施方式
实施例1(60%丙硫菌唑·噻菌灵可湿性粉剂的制备方法)
原料配方:按质量百分比
制备方法:将上述物质均匀混合,混合物经气流粉碎机粉碎,制得可湿性粉剂。
实施例2(30%丙硫菌唑·噻菌灵悬浮剂的制备方法)
制备方法:根据配方,将个组分按比例称量,加入球磨机球磨30分钟,过滤,抽入分散罐高速剪切3分钟后经砂磨机充分研磨,控制固体组分粒子直径在2微米以内,研磨结束后搅拌均匀,即得悬浮剂产品。
实施例3(40%噻菌灵·丙硫菌唑水分散粒剂的制备方法)
制备方法:将丙硫菌唑、噻菌灵、甲基脂肪酰胺苯磺酸钠、碳酸钠、凹凸棒土一起混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎至粒径5μm,得母粉,将母粉与木质素磺酸钠充分混合后造粒、烘干、过筛,从而制得水分散性粒剂。
实施例4(20%丙硫菌唑·噻菌灵悬浮剂的制备方法)
制备方法:同实施例2。
实施例5(45%丙硫菌唑·噻菌灵乳油的制备方法)
原料配方:按质量百分比
制备方法:将活性组分丙硫菌唑在二甲苯反应釜中充分溶解,制成A液;将活性组分噻菌灵在二甲苯反应釜中充分溶解,制成B液;在不停搅拌状态下将A液混入B液,充分搅拌均匀,加入无水钙盐和NP-10,然后用溶剂二甲苯调整含量。
实施例6(48%丙硫菌唑·噻菌灵乳油的制备方法)
原料配方:按质量百分比
制备方法:同实施例5。
防治效果试验:
小麦赤霉病的田间防效试验在凤阳县进行,试验面积为0.3hm2,每处理重复三次,在小麦扬花期进行喷药防治,在施药15天后进行防效调查,防治结果见表2。结果表明,含有丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物对小麦赤霉病具有良好的防治效果,在相同剂量或较低使用剂量下能达到更高的防治效果,且该杀菌组合物的各处理防效菌大于85%,显著高于对照药剂。

由表2的数据可知,含有丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物对镰刀菌引起的小麦赤霉病具有良好的防效,且不同配比的防效有所不同。值得注意的是,当丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的配比为5:1时,与其它处理相比,在较低的用量下却对两种病害具有较高的防效,显示了较好的协同增效作用;而室内生测结果也表明,丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的配比为5:1时,所测定的增效系数最高,二者的结果一致。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的若干个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上的实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均认为是本发明保护的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物的活性组分为丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵,噻菌灵与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:20至20:1,组合物中活性组分质量百分含量为5-60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性组分噻菌灵与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:10至10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的噻菌灵与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:3-8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述的噻菌灵与丙硫菌唑的质量比为1:4-6。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂组合物的剂型为悬浮剂、乳油、水分散粒剂或可湿性粉剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的含丙硫菌唑和噻菌灵的杀菌组合物的应用,其特征在于:用于对镰刀菌引起的多种作物病害的防治,对小麦赤霉病害有很高的防治效果。
