本发明公开了一种茶皂素洗发水,包括茶皂素浓缩液、茶叶籽油、甘油、丝肽、瓜尔胶、卡松、香精以及去离子水,其中茶皂素浓缩液是由水酶法提取茶叶籽油后的废液为原料制得,其浓度为50%~55%,本发明还公开了茶皂素的提取以及茶皂素洗发水的制备方法。本发明天然无刺激、抑菌效果以及去头屑效果好,温和不伤发质以及头皮,洗护效果好且对人体及环境无害,且制备工艺简单,可控性强,绿色环保,适于大规模的生产,应用前景广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术,特别是涉及一种茶皂素洗发水。
背景技术
现在人们生活水平提高,越来越重视环保及天然产品的应用,尤其是日常洗护用品。目前作为日常中必不可少的洗护用品之一的洗发水大多是以化学成分为主,较少有天然成分,虽具有较强的清洁效果,但长期使用对发质、发根、头皮有一定的损害,容易导致发质脆弱、开裂,头皮敏感以及脱发等问题;且生产过程中以及使用废液对环境污染大,难以降解,不符合绿色环保的发展趋势。因此人们迫切需要天然物质调制同时具有较好洗护效果的洗发水。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种茶皂素洗发水,其克服了现有技术的洗发水所存在的不足之处。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种茶皂素洗发水,该洗发水配方为:15~25重量份的茶皂素浓缩液、5~15重量份的活性剂6501、0.5~2重量份的茶叶籽油、5~10重量份的甘油、1~4重量份的丝肽、0.5~2重量份的瓜尔胶、0.05~0.2重量份的卡松、0~0.2重量份的香精以及50~70重量份的去离子水;其中所述茶皂素浓缩液中,茶皂素的质量百分比为50%~55%;
该茶皂素洗发水的制备方法为:首先制备茶皂素浓缩液,在持续搅拌状态下,将所述比例的茶皂素浓缩液和去离子水混合溶解后,调节pH至5~6,加入活性剂6501、茶叶籽油、甘油和丝肽,于45℃~65℃下反应0.5~2h,搅拌速度为20~40r/min,然后加入瓜尔胶、卡松以及香精,溶解并搅拌均匀后得到所述茶皂素洗发水。

优选的,所述茶皂素浓缩液的制备步骤为:取水酶法提取茶叶籽油后的废液为原料,原料与60%浓度的乙醇以1:3混合,调节pH至8,在70℃下作用1h,离心后取上清液加入壳聚糖溶液搅拌1min,加入助剂搅拌2min,常温下静置6h,离心后取上清液加入氧化钙,室温下搅拌2.5h,静置过夜后离心,用水将沉淀移入烧杯中,加入碳酸氢铵作为转化剂,搅拌均匀后在40℃下反应3.5h,离心后的上清液烘干制得所述茶皂素浓缩液。

茶皂素是一种纯天然的非离子表明活性剂,不仅具有乳化、去污、分散、润湿、发泡等多种表面活性,并且具有去屑、止痒的功能。而且本身容易生物降解不会污染环境,性能柔和,水溶液呈微酸性。
茶皂素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌有较强的抑制作用,被抑制的菌种既有革兰氏阳性菌又有革兰氏阴性菌,既有球菌又有杆菌,可见茶皂素有着光谱的抑菌作用。
本发明的茶皂素洗发水,以茶皂素以及6501两种表面活性剂复配,同时添加茶叶籽油、丝肽以及甘油作为调理剂以及少量增稠剂、防腐剂等添加剂,产品天然无刺激、抑菌效果以及去头屑效果好,温和不伤发质以及头皮,洗护效果好且对人体及环境无害。
本发明的茶皂素是以水酶法提取茶叶籽油后的废液作为原料提取得到的茶皂素浓缩液形式与其他组份配合,实现了对废液的利用,洗发水制备工艺简单,可控性强,绿色环保,适于大规模的生产,应用前景广泛。
以下实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明;但本发明的一种茶皂素洗发水不局限于实施例。
具体实施方式
一种茶皂素洗发水,其配方包括15~25重量份的茶皂素浓缩液、5~15重量份的活性剂6501、0.5~2重量份的茶叶籽油、5~10重量份的甘油、1~4重量份的丝肽、0.5~2重量份的瓜尔胶、0.05~0.2重量份的卡松、0~0.2重量份的香精以及50~70重量份的去离子水。
作为一种优选的实施方式,茶皂素洗发水由15%~25%的茶皂素浓缩液、5%~15%的6501、0.5%~2%的茶叶籽油、5%~10%的甘油、1%~4%的丝肽、0.5%~2%的瓜尔胶、0.05%~0.2%的卡松、0~0.2%的香精以及余量的去离子水组成。

其中,茶皂素浓缩液以及活性剂6501作为表面活性剂,茶皂素的泡沫稳定性极强,而且起泡力不受水的硬度变化影响,发泡性能较好,但起泡力不强。活性剂6501易溶于水、具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能,两者复配得到的洗发水,综合清洁性能好,同时可以降低刺激性,改善洗发水外观。
茶叶籽油、甘油以及丝肽作为调理剂,小分子丝肽就能渗入皮肤角质层,发挥保湿作用,其透过角质层即与皮肤上皮细胞结合,并被细胞作用营养物质吸收,参与和促进细胞代谢,使皮肤光泽、滋润、柔软、富有弹性;甘油具有较好的保湿滋润效果;茶叶籽油具有保湿、滋润、护发的功能,可以有效防止头发断裂和脱发。调理剂在洗净头发的同时滋养头发以及头皮,养护效果好。
瓜尔胶作为增稠剂,卡松作为防腐剂,香精改善香气,三者微量添加,得到的洗发水性状稳定,便于保存以及使用,同时芳香怡人,使用体验好。
茶皂素洗发水的制备方法,首先制备茶皂素浓缩液,在持续搅拌状态下,将所述比例的茶皂素浓缩液和去离子水混合溶解后,调节pH至5~6,加入活性剂6501、茶叶籽油、甘油和丝肽,于45℃~65℃下反应0.5~2h,搅拌速度为20~40r/min,然后加入瓜尔胶、卡松以及香精,溶解并搅拌均匀后得到茶皂素洗发水。

作为一个优选的实施方式,茶皂素洗发水的制备,是在持续搅拌状态下,将含量为53.15%的茶皂素浓缩液和去离子水混合溶解后,调节pH至5.5,加入活性剂6501、茶叶籽油、甘油和丝肽,于60℃下反应1h,搅拌速度为30r/min,然后加入瓜尔胶、卡松以及适量香精,溶解并搅拌均匀后得到。
制成的洗发水符合GB/T 29679-2013洗发液、洗发膏国家强制标准,理化性质见表1:

5.根据权利要求1所述的茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于:所述茶皂素浓缩液的制备步骤为:取水酶法提取茶叶籽油后的废液为原料,原料与60%浓度的乙醇以1:3混合,调节pH至8,在70℃下作用1h,离心后取上清液加入壳聚糖溶液搅拌1min,加入助剂搅拌2min,常温下静置6h,离心后取上清液加入氧化钙,室温下搅拌2.5h,静置过夜后离心,用水将沉淀移入烧杯中,加入碳酸氢铵作为转化剂,搅拌均匀后在40℃下反应3.5h,离心后的上清液烘干制得所述茶皂素浓缩液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于:所述pH值是5.5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于:所述反应温度是60℃,反应时间是1h。
