本发明公开了一种自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:准备以下重量份原料:可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒60‑70份、轻质无机填充料28‑32份、水60‑70份、水泥12‑14份、环氧树脂10‑12份、造纸废渣6‑8份、可再分散乳胶粉4‑6份、阻燃剂3‑4份。本发明解决了装饰板重量过重、板层抗冲击性能较差等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材领域,具体属于一种自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法。
背景技术
一般室内装饰板,重量过重,安装非常不方便,安装后受重力作用可能脱落,安全性能较差。如中国专利CN200720057347 .5公开了一种新型的装饰材料,这种材料采用空心结构,虽然能够标准化生产,但是结构大小固定,在铺砌的时候修边很困难,铺砌效率不高,而且采用空心结构得不到消费者的认同。如中国专利CN201120500537 .6公开了一种新型环保轻质装饰板,其中PVC发泡板层抗冲击性能较差,温差较大时,尤其是在北方的冬季,板层很容易脆裂,使用寿命大大降低。
上述两种轻质装饰板结构大小固定,在铺砌的时候修边很困难,铺砌效率不高,而且采用空心结构得不到消费者的认同,还具有抗冲击性能差,板材脆性高,易发生脆裂,降低使用寿命的缺陷。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法,解决了装饰板重量过重、板层抗冲击性能较差等问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:
a、准备以下重量份原料:可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒60-70份、轻质无机填充料28-32份、水60-70份、水泥12-14份、环氧树脂10-12份、造纸废渣6-8份、可再分散乳胶粉4-6份、阻燃剂3-4份;
b、先将可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒、轻质无机填充料、水、水泥、环氧树脂一同投入到搅拌机中,以1200-1500r/min速度搅拌18-22分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1100-1300r/min速度搅拌28-32分钟,温度控制在110-130℃,制得混合料;
c、将混合料压制成厚度8-12mm的板材,在30-35℃温度下养护5-6天,期间每1-2小时喷洒22-25%NaOH溶液,即得。
步骤a、准备以下重量份原料:可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒65份、轻质无机填充料30份、水65份、水泥13份、环氧树脂11份、造纸废渣7份、可再分散乳胶粉5份、阻燃剂3.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的装饰板质轻高强,制作工艺简单,自熄性,有效防止火灾。
2、本发明的轻质装饰板抗折性能优越,即使是北方的冬季,也不会出现板材脆裂的现象。
3、本发明的轻质装饰板无甲醛、甲苯等任何有毒有害气体释放,环保性能高。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:
a、准备以下重量份原料:可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒65份、轻质无机填充料30份、水65份、水泥13份、环氧树脂11份、造纸废渣7份、可再分散乳胶粉5份、阻燃剂3.5份;
b、先将可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒、轻质无机填充料、水、水泥、环氧树脂一同投入到搅拌机中,以1350r/min速度搅拌20分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1200r/min速度搅拌30分钟,温度控制在120℃,制得混合料;
c、将混合料压制成厚度10mm的板材,在32℃温度下养护5.5天,期间每1.5小时喷洒23%NaOH溶液,即得。
本发明装饰板的性能测试:
硬度(邵氏A):60;
拉伸强度(MPa):14.5;
断裂伸长率(%):400;
耐油性:20#机油100℃×50h,断裂伸长率保持率82.0%、抗拉强度保持率81.7%;
耐臭氧:26℃、24h、臭氧浓度0.026%,无开裂;
耐老化:120℃、100h,抗拉强度保持率90.1%,断裂伸长率保持率92.1%。
Claims (2)
1.一种自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法,其特征在于,包括有以下工艺步骤:
a、准备以下重量份原料:可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒60-70份、轻质无机填充料28-32份、水60-70份、水泥12-14份、环氧树脂10-12份、造纸废渣6-8份、可再分散乳胶粉4-6份、阻燃剂3-4份;
b、先将可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒、轻质无机填充料、水、水泥、环氧树脂一同投入到搅拌机中,以1200-1500r/min速度搅拌18-22分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1100-1300r/min速度搅拌28-32分钟,温度控制在110-130℃,制得混合料;
c、将混合料压制成厚度8-12mm的板材,在30-35℃温度下养护5-6天,期间每1-2小时喷洒22-25%NaOH溶液,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自熄型轻质装饰板制备方法,其特征在于,步骤a、准备以下重量份原料:可发性聚苯乙烯珠颗粒65份、轻质无机填充料30份、水65份、水泥13份、环氧树脂11份、造纸废渣7份、可再分散乳胶粉5份、阻燃剂3.5份。
