Abstract
本发明公开了一种防紫外线铝箔,它包括抗紫外线涂层、铝箔基材层、热封涂层,抗紫外线涂层的上面设置有印刷层、下面设置有聚丙烯层,抗紫外线涂层的厚度为1~2mm;铝箔基材层的下面设置有聚氯乙烯树脂层;热封涂层的上面涂覆有低密度聚乙烯层,低密度聚乙烯层的下面设置有乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层。抗紫外线涂层、铝箔基材层、热封涂层均通过酒精‑水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层连接在一起。本发明设计结构简单,功能多样,铝箔内含有聚丙烯可以防紫外线,铝箔基材具有更好的密封性和防潮性,阻氧隔热效果更好;同时具有携带使用方便、防止环境污染等优势。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝箔,尤其涉及一种防紫外线铝箔,属于药品包装材料领域。
背景技术
随着经济和技术的发展,中国包装业的发展是有目共睹的,而用于特殊行业的药品包装材料也在不断更新换代。据市场情况组织最近公布对药品包装市场的研究表明,今后将向纸板箱和水泡眼包装转变。
传统的药品包装材料主要是金属和玻璃材质,但由于金属和玻璃作为药品包装材料密封性和防潮性差,不方便携带使用,所以复合材料更受药品包装业的欢迎。常见的复合材料有塑料薄膜,铝箔或镀铝膜等,塑料薄膜内含有不可降解的塑料因子易造成环境污染;镀铝膜阻氧隔热性能不好,防紫外线性能差等缺点,这些缺点都不利于药品包装业的发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种防紫外线铝箔。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防紫外线铝箔,抗紫外线涂层、铝箔基材层、热封涂层,抗紫外线涂层的上面设置有印刷层、下面设置有聚丙烯层,抗紫外线涂层的厚度为1~2mm;
铝箔基材层的下面设置有聚氯乙烯树脂层,热封涂层的下表面涂覆有低密度聚乙烯层,低密度聚乙烯层的下面设置有乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层。
聚丙烯层通过酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层和铝箔基材层粘合在一起;聚氯乙烯树脂层通过酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层和热封涂层粘合在一起。
低密度聚乙烯层的厚度为0.01~0.04mm,乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层的厚度为0.02~0.05mm。
本发明设计结构简单,功能多样,铝箔内含有聚丙烯可以防紫外线,铝箔基材具有更好的密封性和防潮性,阻氧隔热效果好;同时,携带使用方便、防止环境污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括抗紫外线涂层1、铝箔基材层2、热封涂层3,抗紫外线涂层1的上面设置有印刷层4、下面设置有聚丙烯层5,抗紫外线涂层1的厚度为1~2mm;
铝箔基材层2的下面设置有聚氯乙烯树脂层6,热封涂层3的下表面涂覆有低密度聚乙烯层7,低密度聚乙烯层7的下面设置有乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层8。
聚丙烯层5通过酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层9和铝箔基材层2粘合在一起;聚氯乙烯树脂层6通过酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层9和热封涂层3粘合在一起。
低密度聚乙烯层7的厚度为0.01~0.04mm,乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层8的厚度为0.02~0.05mm。
印刷层4上的面可以印刷文字、图案等;聚丙烯层5具有很好的延伸性,可以增加铝箔的机械强度;抗紫外线涂层1的厚度为1~2mm,可以有效的防止紫外线,更好的保护药品;
聚氯乙烯树脂层6有很好的阻隔作用,它可以阻气、阻湿、阻光,使得药品包装的防潮性和隔热性能更好;
采用低密度聚乙烯和乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物可以保证药品的密封性;另外,低密度聚乙烯层7的厚度为0.01~0.04mm,乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层8的厚度为0.02~0.05mm,二者无色、无味、无毒不会污染药品。
采用酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂取代传统的水性粘合剂,更有环保健康。

Claims (3)
1.一种防紫外线铝箔,包括抗紫外线涂层(1)、铝箔基材层(2)、热封涂层(3),其特征在于:所述抗紫外线涂层(1)的上面设置有印刷层(4)、下面设置有聚丙烯层(5),抗紫外线涂层(1)的厚度为1~2mm;
所述铝箔基材层(2)的下面设置有聚氯乙烯树脂层(6),所述热封涂层(3)的下表面涂覆有低密度聚乙烯层(7),低密度聚乙烯层(7)的下面设置有乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线铝箔,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯层(5)通过酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层(9)和铝箔基材层(2)粘合在一起;聚氯乙烯树脂层(6)通过酒精-水性聚氨酯改性聚丙烯酸脂胶粘剂层(9)和热封涂层(3)粘合在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线铝箔,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯层(7)的厚度为0.01~0.04mm,乙烯聚酸乙烯聚合物层(8)的厚度为0.02~0.05mm。
