一种利用食品下脚料豆渣制备的洗面奶添加剂，由如下重量份数的原料制成：
豆渣15-20份、鲜荸荠10-15份、鲜莲藕10-15份、水溶性壳聚糖6-11份、椰子粉5-9份、预胶化淀粉4-8份、鲜山楂叶4-8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-6份、氢化蓖麻油3-6份、微晶纤维素2-4份、鲸蜡醇2-4份、聚丙烯酸钠1-2份、米糠油1-2份、油茶籽粉0.5-1份、安息香0.5-1份、香兰素0.3-0.5份、红霉素0.3-0.5份、水80-100份；所述豆渣的含水量在75-85％。
其制备方法包括如下步骤：
(1)将鲜荸荠、鲜莲藕和鲜山楂叶切碎后加入2倍重量水中，并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次，过270-400目筛，再向所得滤液中加入豆渣，浸泡3-5h后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料I；
(2)将水溶性壳聚糖加入剩余水中，并加入椰子粉、预胶化淀粉和微晶纤维素，搅拌形成均匀浆体，将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5-8h，然后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料II；
(3)将安息香研磨成粉末，再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、鲸蜡醇和油茶籽粉，并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min，即得粉料III；
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、氢化蓖麻油、聚丙烯酸钠、米糠油、香兰素和红霉素，混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中，球磨至细度小于10μm。

(1)将12份鲜荸荠、10份鲜莲藕和4份鲜山楂叶切碎后加入52份水中，并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次，过270-400目筛，再向所得滤液中加入15份豆渣，浸泡3h后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料I；
(2)将6份水溶性壳聚糖加入48份水中，并加入5份椰子粉、4份预胶化淀粉和2份微晶纤维素，搅拌形成均匀浆体，将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5h，然后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料II；
(3)将0.5份安息香研磨成粉末，再加入4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2份鲸蜡醇和0.5份油茶籽粉，并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min，即得粉料III；
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、3份氢化蓖麻油、2份聚丙烯酸钠、1份米糠油、0.5份香兰素和0.3份红霉素，混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中，球磨至细度小于10μm。

实施例2
(1)将10份鲜荸荠、10份鲜莲藕和4份鲜山楂叶切碎后加入48份水中，并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次，过270-400目筛，再向所得滤液中加入15份豆渣，浸泡3h后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料I；
(2)将8份水溶性壳聚糖加入50份水中，并加入5份椰子粉、5份预胶化淀粉和3份微晶纤维素，搅拌形成均匀浆体，将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5h，然后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料II；
(3)将1份安息香研磨成粉末，再加入3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、3份鲸蜡醇和0.5份油茶籽粉，并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min，即得粉料III；
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、5份氢化蓖麻油、1份聚丙烯酸钠、2份米糠油、0.5份香兰素和0.3份红霉素，混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中，球磨至细度小于10μm。

(2)将水溶性壳聚糖加入剩余水中，并加入椰子粉、预胶化淀粉和微晶纤维素，搅拌形成均匀浆体，将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5-8h，然后送入冷冻干燥机，充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末，即得粉料II；
(3)将安息香研磨成粉末，再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、鲸蜡醇和油茶籽粉，并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min，即得粉料III；
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、氢化蓖麻油、聚丙烯酸钠、米糠油、香兰素和红霉素，混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中，球磨至细度小于10μm。
