本发明涉及食品下脚料再利用技术领域,具体涉及一种利用食品下脚料豆渣制备的洗面奶添加剂。
背景技术:
豆渣是加工豆腐、豆乳等豆制品的副产物。按每加工一吨大豆产生两吨湿豆渣来算,目前国内大豆食品行业每年约产生2000万吨湿豆渣。通过对豆渣营养成分的分析,发现豆渣中含有多种营养成分,营养价值甚高,并且微生物分析测定显示在安全性上也无问题,因此豆渣是一个尚未充分利用的宝贵资源。针对这一情况,本公司开发出一种利用食品下脚料豆渣制备的洗面奶添加剂,该添加剂在洗面奶中使用后能够显著提高清洁效果,并且能促进皮肤维持弹性和延缓皮肤老化进度。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不仅能够显著提高清洁效果,并且能促进皮肤维持弹性和延缓皮肤老化进度的利用食品下脚料豆渣制备的洗面奶添加剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种利用食品下脚料豆渣制备的洗面奶添加剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
豆渣15-20份、鲜荸荠10-15份、鲜莲藕10-15份、水溶性壳聚糖6-11份、椰子粉5-9份、预胶化淀粉4-8份、鲜山楂叶4-8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-6份、氢化蓖麻油3-6份、微晶纤维素2-4份、鲸蜡醇2-4份、聚丙烯酸钠1-2份、米糠油1-2份、油茶籽粉0.5-1份、安息香0.5-1份、香兰素0.3-0.5份、红霉素0.3-0.5份、水80-100份;所述豆渣的含水量在75-85%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将鲜荸荠、鲜莲藕和鲜山楂叶切碎后加入2倍重量水中,并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270-400目筛,再向所得滤液中加入豆渣,浸泡3-5h后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将水溶性壳聚糖加入剩余水中,并加入椰子粉、预胶化淀粉和微晶纤维素,搅拌形成均匀浆体,将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5-8h,然后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料II;
(3)将安息香研磨成粉末,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、鲸蜡醇和油茶籽粉,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、氢化蓖麻油、聚丙烯酸钠、米糠油、香兰素和红霉素,混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以豆渣为主要原料,辅以荸荠、莲藕和多种功能助剂制得洗面奶添加剂,该添加剂的使用安全性高,无毒无害,不仅能实现豆渣的合理再利用,降低成本,同时显著提高洗面奶的清洁效果,并且利用豆渣所含的营养元素和抗氧化物质,促进皮肤维持弹性和延缓皮肤老化进度,从而综合提高洗面奶的使用性能。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将12份鲜荸荠、10份鲜莲藕和4份鲜山楂叶切碎后加入52份水中,并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270-400目筛,再向所得滤液中加入15份豆渣,浸泡3h后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将6份水溶性壳聚糖加入48份水中,并加入5份椰子粉、4份预胶化淀粉和2份微晶纤维素,搅拌形成均匀浆体,将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5h,然后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料II;
(3)将0.5份安息香研磨成粉末,再加入4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2份鲸蜡醇和0.5份油茶籽粉,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、3份氢化蓖麻油、2份聚丙烯酸钠、1份米糠油、0.5份香兰素和0.3份红霉素,混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm。
其中,豆渣的含水量在75-85%。
实施例2
(1)将10份鲜荸荠、10份鲜莲藕和4份鲜山楂叶切碎后加入48份水中,并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270-400目筛,再向所得滤液中加入15份豆渣,浸泡3h后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将8份水溶性壳聚糖加入50份水中,并加入5份椰子粉、5份预胶化淀粉和3份微晶纤维素,搅拌形成均匀浆体,将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5h,然后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料II;
(3)将1份安息香研磨成粉末,再加入3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、3份鲸蜡醇和0.5份油茶籽粉,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、5份氢化蓖麻油、1份聚丙烯酸钠、2份米糠油、0.5份香兰素和0.3份红霉素,混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm。
其中,豆渣的含水量在75-85%。

(2)将水溶性壳聚糖加入剩余水中,并加入椰子粉、预胶化淀粉和微晶纤维素,搅拌形成均匀浆体,将浆体置于0-5℃下密封静置5-8h,然后送入冷冻干燥机,充分干燥后将所得固体研磨成粉末,即得粉料II;
(3)将安息香研磨成粉末,再加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、鲸蜡醇和油茶籽粉,并加热至60-70℃保温混合10min,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、氢化蓖麻油、聚丙烯酸钠、米糠油、香兰素和红霉素,混合均匀后所得混合物转入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于10μm。
