本发明公开了一种0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆,包括位于电缆最中心的多个分割紧压铜导体,在每个分割紧压铜导体间设有阻水带,在分割紧压铜导体表面绕包无纺布,在无纺布外挤包绝缘层,在绝缘层外挤包外护套。本发明提高了绞合导体的表面质量,缩小导体直径,减少绞线中单线之间空隙,改善电缆电场均匀分布起到良好的作用,增加了中压电缆的使用可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,众多集团化企业、高层建筑、公共娱乐场所、地铁及地下街道等不断涌现,其用电量与日俱增,各类电缆的品种及用量也相应增加。然而普通电缆不能同时承受机械外力和进行有效防水,在许多重要场合中,一旦电缆受到损伤或进水就导致供电、通信等系统无法运行甚至发生事故时,给正常的社会生活带来不便。
在高压电缆中,导体表面不光洁,表面有缝隙和毛刺,对电缆造成不良的影响,柔软性,抗拉性,抗老化,耐腐蚀性差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有很好的柔软性,抗拉性,抗老化,耐腐蚀性的额定电压0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆,包括位于电缆最中心的多个分割紧压铜导体,在每个分割紧压铜导体间设有阻水带,在分割紧压铜导体表面绕包无纺布,在无纺布外挤包绝缘层,在绝缘层外挤包外护套。
优选地,所述的分割紧压铜导体由多块铜股块紧压而成,提高了绞合导体的表面质量,缩小导体直径,减少绞线中单线之间空隙,改善电缆电场均匀分布起到良好的作用,增加了中压电缆的使用可靠性。
优选地,所述的绝缘层为硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
优选地,所述的外护套为弹性体PVC护套。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明的结构简单,为了提高导体表面的光洁度、防止导体表面缝隙和毛刺对电缆绝缘的不良影响、防止内屏蔽料陷入导体,同时也为了节省材料、降低成本,导体多采用分割式,在分割导体间设有阻水带,保护了每个导体不受水分的影响;并且在导体表面还绕包无纺布,提高电缆的阻水性;本发明还具有很好的柔软性,抗拉性,抗老化,耐腐蚀性。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆,包括位于电缆最中心的多个分割紧压铜导体1,在每个分割紧压铜导体间设有阻水带2,在分割紧压铜导体表面绕包无纺布3,在无纺布外挤包绝缘层4,在绝缘层外挤包外护套5。
所述的分割紧压铜导体由多块铜股块紧压而成,提高了绞合导体的表面质量,缩小导体直径,减少绞线中单线之间空隙,改善电缆电场均匀分布起到良好的作用,增加了中压电缆的使用可靠性。
所述的绝缘层为硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层,抗老化性强,拉伸强度高,使用寿命长。
所述的外护套为弹性体PVC护套,使得电缆更加的柔软。

1.一种0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:包括位于电缆最中心的多个分割紧压铜导体,在每个分割紧压铜导体间设有阻水带,在分割紧压铜导体表面绕包无纺布,在无纺布外挤包绝缘层,在绝缘层外挤包外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层为硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1kv铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套阻水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护套为弹性体PVC护套。
