Abstract
本发明提出了一种背水面超高强防水补强专用改性环氧乳液砂浆,包括以下成分:小分子聚酰胺树脂:25%~40%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:1%~3%;去离子水:38%~55%;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:2.5%~5%;环氧树脂E44:40%~50%;复合乳化剂:3.0%~5%;环保溶剂:3.0%~5%;高固含有机硅消泡剂:0.1%~1%;1,2‑苯并异噻唑啉‑3‑酮:0.1%~1%;骨料:15%‑20%,本品砂浆和易性好、操作方便,与混凝土、水泥砂浆、石材和瓷砖、金属、木材等材料紧密粘接;机械强度高、耐水、耐酸碱、腐蚀及耐久性强等优点;抗渗性能优异,主动、被动粘结力强,特别适用于背水面防水;无毒无害环保型产品,适用于养殖水池、食用水池内、外防水。

技术领域
本发明涉及补强砂浆领域,尤其是涉及一种背水面超高强防水补强专用改性环氧乳液砂浆。
背景技术
聚合物水泥是以有机聚合物(或元素有机聚合物)与无机胶结材为复合胶结材,以此为基础所制成的材料制品或构件,这一材料领域是介于聚合物科学,无机胶结材料化学及混凝土工艺学之间的边缘科学,普通水泥有较好的耐碱耐水性能,但耐酸性能较差,并且强度较差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出了一种背水面超高强防水补强专用改性环氧乳液砂浆,包括以下成分:

本发明提出的背水面超高强防水补强专用改性环氧乳液砂浆有以下有益效果:本品砂浆和易性好、操作方便,与混凝土、水泥砂浆、石材和瓷砖、金属、木材等材料紧密粘接;机械强度高、耐水、耐酸碱、腐蚀及耐久性强等优点;抗渗性能优异,主动、被动粘结力强,特别适用于背水面防水;潮湿基面直接施工并固化;可用作湿热、冻融交替频繁环境中饰面材料的粘结;无毒无害环保型产品,适用于养殖水池、食用水池内、外防水。

改性机理在环氧乳液与固化剂混合后析出的水的作用下,水泥逐步形成C-S-H凝胶和氢氧化钙,同时部分环氧聚合物颗粒沉积在C-S-H凝胶、氢氧化钙、未水化的水泥颗粒和集填料颗粒的混合物表面上。随着水泥砂浆中的水分蒸发和水泥水化耗用,环氧聚合物颗粒不断沉积,在水泥凝胶和未水化水泥颗粒及集填料颗粒混合物表面上形成了连续的密集层。环氧聚合物在外加硬化剂和水泥水化产物氢氧化钙作用下逐步硬化,形成坚硬的且有一定柔韧性的连续聚合物膜,该膜把水泥石粘合在一起并贯穿在水泥水化相中形成了互相贯穿的聚合物水泥网状结构。水泥石结构外面因包覆了高强度和耐腐蚀性能好的环氧聚合物膜,因此具有较高的抗拉、抗压、抗折强度和抗渗、抗裂、高粘结、耐腐蚀等性能。
环氧乳液水泥砂浆强度无论是在干空气还是在雾空中均随龄期的延长而增大。开始时干空气中的强度高于同龄期雾空的强度,但随龄期的延长,雾空中的强度超过干空气的强度值。这是因为养护初期水泥水化慢,环氧树脂对强度起主要作用,潮湿环境对环氧固化有一定的影响,因此初期潮湿环境中强度低于干空气中的强度;随龄期的延长,水泥逐渐水化,水泥对强度起了主要作用,反而超过了干空气中的强度值。这表明潮湿环境对环氧乳液水泥砂浆影响不大,尤其对后期强度影响更小
