目前市场上出售的各种美白滋养护肤品，大多含有一些会产生毒副作用的化学合成物质或者药物成分，长期使用会引发新的皮肤问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种燕麦杏仁牛奶面膜，长期使用对肌肤具有具有镇静、滋养、美白的效果且无毒副作用。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种燕麦杏仁牛奶面膜的制备方法，简单实用。
本发明所述的一种燕麦杏仁牛奶面膜，其要点在于按重量分数由以下成分组成：燕麦片粉15-20份、杏仁粉10-15份、牛奶20-30份。
本发明所述的一种燕麦杏仁牛奶面膜，其具体制作方法如下：
(1)将燕麦片粉和杏仁粉充分混合均匀；
(2)将牛奶加入步骤(1)所述的混合粉末中，充分搅拌，混合均匀成糊状即可。
由上可见，与现代技术相比，应用本发明的技术方案有如下有益效果：
燕麦片含有丰富的蛋白质、钾、铁、磷、镁、硅，以及天然的柔软纤维，能镇静并滋养肌肤。
杏仁粉具有滋润肌肤的功效，并且可以淡化疤痕。
牛奶是极温和的除污剂，具有美白润肤的效果。

一种燕麦杏仁牛奶面膜，由以下重量份数的成分组成：燕麦片粉15份、杏仁粉10份、牛奶20份。

(1)将燕麦片粉和杏仁粉充分混合均匀；
(2)将牛奶加入步骤(1)所述的混合粉末中，充分搅拌，混合均匀成糊状即可。
