Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种治疗颈椎病的中药枕，是取牡蛎、当归、海藻、丹参、莪术、葛根、瓦楞子、蔓荆子、香附、赤芍、三棱、浙贝母混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中制得的，具有平肝潜阳、补血强筋、活血散结、清热疏风的功效，使颈椎病在睡眠中得到治疗、使用方便、无毒副作用。

一种治疗颈椎病的中药枕
技术领域
本发明属于药枕领域，具体涉及一种治疗颈椎病的中药枕。
背景技术
颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称,是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。主要由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚，致使颈椎脊髓、神经根或椎动脉受压，出现一系列功能障碍的临床综合征。表现为椎节失稳、松动；髓核突出或脱出；骨刺形成；韧带肥厚和继发的椎管狭窄等，刺激或压迫了邻近的神经根、脊髓、椎动脉及颈部交感神经等组织，引起一系列症状和体征。
现在对颈椎病的治疗多采用西药或推拿按摩治疗，但是西药往往指标不治本，副作用大，按摩推拿见效慢、效果不稳定、费用高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗颈椎病的中药枕，有平肝潜阳、补血强筋、活血散结、清热疏风的功效，使颈椎病在睡眠中得到治疗、使用方便、无毒副作用。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种治疗颈椎病的中药枕，是在无纺布制成的枕套中填充如下重量份数的中药碎末制得的：
牡蛎 7～11 当归 9～15 海藻 7～11 丹参 7～11
莪术 7～11 葛根 7～11 瓦楞子12～18 蔓荆子 7～11
香附 4～8 赤芍 7～11 三棱 7～11 浙贝母 7～11。
优选的，在无纺布枕套中填充如下重量份数的中药碎末制得的：
牡蛎9 当归 12 海藻 9 丹参9
莪术 9 葛根9 瓦楞子15 蔓荆子 9
香附 6 赤芍 9 三棱 91 浙贝母9。
中医认为颈椎病的形成是由于肝肾亏虚，筋骨衰退加之慢性积累性劳损，以致腠理空疏、气血衰少、筋骨失于濡养，风寒湿邪侵入，痹阻经络，气滞血瘀所致。本发明中药枕所采用的药物，牡蛎平肝潜阳、软坚散结；当归补血活血；海藻软坚散结；丹参活血祛瘀、通经止痛；莪术积散结、破血祛瘀；葛根生津止渴，升阳止泻；瓦楞子软坚散结、制酸止痛；蔓荆子疏散风热、除湿处关节；香附疏肝解郁、止痛；赤芍清热凉血、散瘀止痛；三棱破血行气、消积止痛；浙贝母清热化痰、散结解毒。诸药合用共奏平肝潜阳、补血强筋、活血散结、清热疏风的功效，对颈椎病的治疗可以起到见效快、使用方便、无副作用的目的。
为考察本发明药物治疗颈椎病的临床疗效，选择48例颈椎病患者进行了临床疗效观察。
48例病人全部均根据《中医病例诊断疗效标准》中的诊断依据确诊为颈椎病。
诊断依据
1)、有慢性劳损或外伤史。或有颈椎先天性畸形、颈椎退行性病变；
2)、多发于40岁以上中年人，长期低头工作者或习惯于长时间看电视、录相者，往往呈慢性发病；
3)、颈、肩背疼痛，头痛头晕，颈部板硬，上肢麻木；
4)、颈部活动功能受限，病变颈椎棘突，患侧肩胛骨内上角常有压痛，可摸到条索状硬结，可有上肢肌力减弱和肌肉萎缩，臂丛牵拉试验阳性。压头试验阳性；
5)、X线正位摄片显示，钩椎关节增生，张口位可有凿状突偏歪，侧位摄片显示颈椎曲度变直，椎间隙变窄，有骨质增生或韧带钙化，斜位摄片可见椎间孔变小。CT及磁共振检查对定性定位诊断有意义。
治疗方式
每日睡觉使用本发明的中药枕，连续使用3个月。
疗效标准
根据《中医病例诊断疗效标准》中的相关标准制定：
1）、治愈：原有各型病症消失，肌力正常，颈、肢体功能恢复正常，能参加正常劳动和工作；
2）、好转：原有各型症状减轻，颈、肩背疼痛减轻，颈、肢体功能改善；
3）、未愈：症状无改善。
疗效结果
48例颈椎病患者中，临床痊愈30例，占62.5％；好转15例，占31.25％；未愈3例，占6.25％，总有效率为93.75％。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取牡蛎35g、当归45g、海藻 35 g、丹参 35 g、莪术 35 g、葛根 35 g、瓦楞子60 g、蔓荆子 35 g、香附20 g、赤芍 35 g、 三棱35 g、浙贝母 35 g混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。
实施例2
取牡蛎55g、当归75 g、海藻55 g、丹参55 g、莪术55 g、葛根55 g、瓦楞子90 g、蔓荆子55 g、香附40 g、赤芍55 g、三棱55 g、浙贝母55 g混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。
实施例3
取牡蛎45g、当归 60 g、海藻45 g、丹参45 g、莪术45 g、葛根45 g、瓦楞子75 g、蔓荆子45 g、香附 30 g、赤芍 45 g、三棱 45 g、浙贝母45 g混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。

1.一种治疗颈椎病的中药枕，是在无纺布制成的枕套中填充如下重量份数的中药碎末制得的，
牡蛎 7～11 当归 9～15 海藻 7～11 丹参 7～11
莪术 7～11 葛根 7～11 瓦楞子12～18 蔓荆子 7～11
香附 4～8 赤芍 7～11 三棱 7～11 浙贝母 7～11。
