背景技术
在种植业中,防治抑制作物生长并导致产量降低的杂草和保护作物是很重要的。为了减少由于作物栽培中的杂草造成的损失,如生长差或作物产量降低,已经研制出一些能有效防治所述杂草并且对作物安全的除草活性成分。到目前为止,有大量研制出的除草剂已登记和用于防治某些作物的杂草。用于防治特定作物栽培中的杂草的除草剂应具有足够高的除草活性和宽广的除草谱,并且应对环境和作物足够安全。然而,不是所有的除草剂都能完全满足上述要求。
最常使用的增加除草活性和拓宽现有除草剂的除草谱的方法是将两种或多种具有不同的除草活性的除草活性物质混合。如果混合两种或多种除草活性物质,可能显示出比单独的除草剂施用更出色的除草效力。如此,当两种或多种成分的混合物的效力大于各成分的预期效力水平时,我们称之为“增效作用”。然而,所述两种或多种除草活性物质的除草混合物中存在的增效作用仅在部分情况下可见。由于除草性能、吸收率、转移、代谢等方面的差异,大多数混合物的除草活性低于各成分的单施。“拮抗作用”表示这样的情形即两种或多种除草活性物质的混合物的除草效力低于各成分的单施。“加和作用”表示这样的情形即两种或多种除草活性物质的混合物的除草效力与各成分的单施相同。
苯嘧磺草胺(Saflufenacil),CAS号为372137-35-4,化学名称为:N'-[2-氯-4-氟-5-(1,2,3,6-四氢-3-甲基-2,6-二氧-4-三氟甲基嘧啶-1-基)苯甲酰基]-N-异丙基-N-甲基磺酰胺,其分子结构式为:
苯嘧磺草胺是由巴斯夫公司开发的脲嘧啶类除草剂,是原卟啉原氧化酶(PPO)抑制剂。可作为灭生性除草剂用,可有效防除多种阔叶杂草,包括对草甘膦,ALS和三嗪类产生抗性的杂草。具有很快的灭生作用且土壤残留降解迅速。苯嘧磺草胺带有N-氨基磺酰基甲酰胺侧链,其可能在升高的温度和大于 7的pH值下水解,且苯嘧磺草胺在液体制剂中易结晶,严重时导致结晶析出,严重影响品质和药效。
唑草酮,又名唑草酯、唑酮草酯,是属于三唑啉酮类的除草剂。化学名称为:2-氯-3-{2-氯-5-[4-(二氟甲基)-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧-1H-1,2,4-三唑 -1-基]-4-氟苯基}丙酸乙酯,其化学结构式显示如下 :
唑草酮是一种触杀型选择性除草剂,在有光的条件下,在叶绿素生物合成过程中,通过抑制原卟啉原氧化酶导致有毒中间物的积累,从而破坏杂草的细胞膜,使叶片迅速干枯、死亡。唑草酮在喷药后15分钟内即被植物叶片吸收,其不受雨淋影响,3~4小时后杂草就出现中毒症状,2~4天死亡。
唑草酮杀草速度快,受低温影响小,用药机会广,由于唑草酮有良好的耐低温和耐雨水冲刷效应,可在冬前气温降到很低时用药,也可在降雨频繁的春季抢在雨天间隙及时用药,而且对后茬作物十分安全,是麦田春季化除的优良除草剂。
但是唑草酮的药效发挥与光照条件有一定的关系,施药后光照条件好,有利于药效充分发挥,阴天不利于药效正常发挥。气温在10℃以上时杀草速度快,2~3天即见效,而低温期施药杀草速度会变慢。
农业杂草的防治一直是农业生产中最为关心和重要的问题。作物的整个生长季几乎都会受到各种杂草的危害。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供的一种除草组合物,含有活性成分苯嘧磺草胺和唑草酮,在防除田间禾本科杂草、阔叶类杂草和莎草科杂草时产生的增益效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种除草组合物,该组合物通过将苯嘧磺草胺、唑草酮进行二元复配,使得所得到的组合物在防除田间禾本科杂草、阔叶类杂草和莎草科杂草时产生了增益效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种除草组合物,包括活性成分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮,其中苯嘧磺草胺、唑草酮按重量配比范围是100:1至1:100,优选50:1至1:50,更优选25:1至1:25,尤其优选10:1至1:10。
一种除草组合物,包含活性组分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮、助剂和/或填充剂。
所述除草组合物中,活性组分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的含量占所述除草组合物的5%- 90%。
所述除草组合物中,活性组分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的含量占所述除草组合物10%- 80%。
所述除草组合物中,活性组分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的含量占所述除草组合物20%- 60%。
所述除草组合物的剂型为可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、微囊剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂或超低容量液剂。
上述剂型均为本领域常规剂型,其制备方法为本领域技术人员所熟知的,制备成上述各种剂型所用到的助剂和/或填充剂及其用量同样为本领域技术人员所熟知的,这些均可以参见例如《农药剂型加工技术》(刘步林主编,第二版)。所用的助剂和/或填充剂例如包括但不限于溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘合剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、pH调节剂、填料和/或载体等等。本领域技术人员可以选用其中的一种或多种助剂和/或载体。
合适的液体填充剂有:苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、三氯甲烷、二氯甲烷、环己烷、环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇、环己醇、甲基乙二醇醚、乙基乙二醇醚、石油醚、乙腈、石蜡、四氢化萘、异佛尔酮、大豆油、棉籽油等中的一种或多种;以及水。
合适的固体填充剂为:例如铵盐和粉碎的天然矿物,例如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、绿坡缕石、蒙脱石或硅藻土;和粉碎的合成矿物,例如高分散二氧化硅、氧化铝和硅酸盐;适用于颗粒剂的固体载体为:例如粉碎并分级的天然矿石,例如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白云石,以及无机和有机粉的合成颗粒,和有机材料(例如锯末、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草杆)的颗粒。

合适的润湿剂可以选用:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、异辛醇琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯月桂基醚羧酸钠、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、二辛基磺基琥珀酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚磷酸酯盐、三硅氧烷聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚基醚甲醛缩合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、高级脂肪酸甘油酯、山梨聚糖脂肪酸酯等中的一种或多种。

本发明还提供一种控制不希望的植物的方法,包括: (i) 在不希望的植物发芽之前(芽前); (ii) 在不希望的植物发芽之后(芽后), 或(iii)在(i)和(ii)时,将除草有效量的所述的除草组合物施用于不希望的植物的生长场所或叶或茎上。
组合物可以出苗前或出苗后施用,即在不希望的植物出苗之前、之中和/或之后施用。当将组合物用于作物中时,它们可以在播种之后和农作物出苗之前或之后施用。然而,本发明组合物还可以在农作物播种之前施用。
一种防治不希望的植物的方法,其特征在于,将本发明的除草组合物的活性成分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮共同或单独地施用至不希望的植物的生长场所或叶或茎上。
本发明的除草组合物可以通过使用熟练技术人员熟知的技术以常规方式施用。合适的技术包括喷雾、雾化、撒粉、撒播或浇灌。施用类型以众所周知的方式取决于意欲的目的;在任何情况下该技术应确保本发明活性成分的最佳可能分布。
本发明组合物主要通过喷雾,尤其是叶面喷雾施用于植物上。施用可以通过使用例如水作为载体且喷雾液施用率为约10-2000l/ha或50-1000l/ha(例如100-500l/ha)的常规喷雾技术进行。通过低容量和超低容量方法施用除草组合物是可能的。
若活性成分不能被某些农作物良好耐受,则可以使用其中借助喷雾设备喷雾除草组合物以使它们在达到生长在下面的不希望植物的叶子或裸露的土壤时尽可能少地(若有的话)接触敏感农作物的叶子的施用技术(后引导,最后耕作程序)。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供一种含苯嘧磺草胺、唑草酮的二元除草组合物,复配后结合两种单剂的优点,达到了更好的除草效果,相对于单剂使用具有明显的增效作用,降低用药量,降低了成本且更安全;扩大了对杀草谱,对除对禾本科杂草效果优异外,对阔叶杂草有较好防治效果;同时可减缓因使用单剂产生的抗药性。

实施例1:可湿性粉剂
苯嘧磺草胺 50%
唑草酮 1%
丁基萘磺酸钠 3%
亚甲基二萘磺酸钠 3%
白炭黑 20%

将上述配方按比例粗粉碎后进入混合器中混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后即制得除草组合物可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:悬乳剂
苯嘧磺草胺 1%
唑草酮 50%
农乳1601# 5%
油酸甲酯 15%
对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠 8%
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐 4%
硅酸镁铝 1%
膨润土 1%
有机硅 0.1%
丙三醇 5%
离子水 余量
将唑草酮溶解在油酸甲酯中,加入农乳1601#得到油相;按照配方将苯嘧磺草胺、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、水经研磨和/或高速剪切后得到苯嘧磺草胺的水悬浮剂;在搅拌下将油相加入水相得到悬乳剂。
实施例3:水分散粒剂
苯嘧磺草胺 30%
唑草酮 30%
十二烷基硫酸钠 5%
聚羧酸盐 5%
氯化钠 10%
聚乙二醇 5%

将上述配方按比例干法粉碎、造粒、干燥、筛分制备制得除草组合物水分散性粒剂。

N-甲基吡咯烷酮 10%
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚 5%
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5%
去离子水 余量
将上述配方中原药、溶剂、乳化剂溶解成均匀油相;将上述配方中水溶性组分和去离子水混合制得水相;在高速搅拌下,将油相和水相混合制得除草组合物水乳剂。
实施例5:油悬浮剂
苯嘧磺草胺 2%
唑草酮 3%
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 3%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 3%
木质素磺酸钠 3%
膨润土 1%
聚合甘油 0.1%
有机豆油 余量
将上述组分按比例投入砂磨釜中研磨后转入均质混合器内混匀,即制得除草组合物油悬浮剂。
实施例6:微乳剂
苯嘧磺草胺 5%
唑草酮 25%
N-甲基吡咯烷酮 40%
农乳500# 10%
农乳1601# 10%
余量为去离子水 10%
将上述原药、溶剂、乳化剂按比例混合,使其溶解为均匀油相;水溶性组分与去离子水混合制得水相;在搅拌下将油相与水相混合,即制得农用除草组合物微乳剂。

苯嘧磺草胺 25%
唑草酮 5%
丁基萘磺酸钠 5%
木质素磺酸钠萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物 5%

将上述配方按比例粗粉碎后进入混合器中混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后即制得除草组合物可湿性粉剂。
实施例8 微囊悬浮-悬浮剂
ATLOXTM4913 4%

PAPI TM 1.35%

将PAPITM、唑草酮 、SOLVESSOTM200 形成的油相加入含ATLOXTM4913的水溶液中,形成乳状液。然后加热并保温在50oC 下加入催化剂反应2小时。冷却后得到唑草酮的微囊剂。
ATLOXTM4913, 分散剂LFH, 消泡剂,尿素,苯嘧磺草胺和水按比例混合,经研磨和/或高速剪切后得到均匀,得到悬浮剂。
将得到的唑草酮的微囊剂加入苯嘧磺草胺悬浮剂中,搅拌均匀得到 5%苯嘧磺草胺+ 25%唑草酮 微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
实施例9 乳油
苯嘧磺草胺 5%
唑草酮 50%
乙氧基化蓖麻油 5%
十二烷基苯磺酸钙 3%
SOLVESSOTM100 余量
将上述各组分混合,搅拌至得到透明均一相。
实施例10 50% 苯嘧磺草胺+5% 唑草酮 水分散粒剂

改性木质素磺酸钙 1%
十二烷基硫酸钠 1%
高岭土 余量
将苯嘧磺草胺、唑草酮活性成分、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎成可湿性粉剂;再加入一定量的水混合挤压造料。经干燥筛分后得到50%苯嘧磺草胺+40%唑草酮 水分散粒剂。
实施例11 80%苯嘧磺草胺 + 20%唑草酮
苯嘧磺草胺 80%
唑草酮 20%
将苯嘧磺草胺、唑草酮按照比例混合均匀。
以上实施例配比为重量百分配比。
生物实施例
对两种或多种除草活性成分的混施中显示的增效作用的评价是基于在“CalculationSynergistic and Antagonistic Response of Herbicide Combinations”(Weeds 15/1(1967),S.R.Colby)中描述的Colby’s方法确定的。
计算公式如下式(1)所示
式(1)中X表示除草剂A在Xg有效成分/ha用量下的杂草防治(%),
Y表示除草剂B在Yg有效成分/ha用量下的杂草防治(%),
E表示在X+Yg有效成分/ha用量下的预期杂草防治(%)。
如果在生物试验中观察到的实际的杂草防治率超过使用Colby’s方法计算得到的预期值(E),则表示除草组合物的效力大于各成分效力的总和,这意味着组合物具有增效作用。
苗前试验:
在温室条件下,将试验植物播种于苗钵中。使用标准土壤作为栽培基质。在苗前阶段,将除草剂单独或以混合物的形式施用到土壤表面。用量取决于在田间或温室条件下所确定的最佳浓度。在2-4周后评价试验(100%作用=植物完全死亡;0%作用=无植物毒性作用)。在此试验中使用的混合物表现出比单独施用良好的结果。
苗后试验:
将单子叶和双子叶有害植物置于装有沙质壤土的泥炭盆(直径4cm)中,然后用土壤覆盖。泥炭盆于最佳条件下保持在温室中。
培育开始后大约4周,于2叶期至4叶期处理测试植物。为了进一步培育植物,随后将泥炭盆于最佳条件下保持在温室中。 按照一定重量百分比配制三种试剂:1、苯嘧磺草胺;2、唑草酮;3、苯嘧磺草胺+唑草酮。之后将上述各试剂用水稀释,获得药剂稀释液。
除草效果的目测评分在处理之后最高达21天的时间间隔下进行。评分是以与未处理的对照植物相比的百分数来进行。0%=无除草活性,100%=完全的除草活性=完全杀死。
结果
根据本发明的除草组合物, 苯嘧磺草胺、唑草酮化合物分别针对以下广谱的重要有害植物(禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草、莎草科植物)和有用植物进行测试:千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、繁缕(Stellaria media)、反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)、卷茎蓼(Fallopia(ex Polygonum)Convolvulus)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、苘麻(Abuthilon theophrasti)、玉米(Corn)、野慈姑(Sagittariatrifolia)、泽泻(Oriental Waterplantain Rhizome)、鸭舌草(Herb ofPygmy Arrowhead)、雨久花(Monochoria korsakowii)、陌上菜(Lindernia procumbens)、萤蔺(Scirpus juncoides Roxb)、异型莎草(Cyperus difformis L.)。

苯嘧磺草胺和唑草酮的组合防除千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、繁缕(Stellaria media)、反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)、卷茎蓼(Fallopia(ex Polygonum)Convolvulus)、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、苘麻(Abuthilon theophrasti)、玉米(Corn)、野慈姑(Sagittariatrifolia)、泽泻(OrientalWaterplantain Rhizome)、鸭舌草(Herb of Pygmy Arrowhead)、雨久花(Monochoriakorsakowii)、陌上菜(Lindernia procumbens)、萤蔺(Scirpus juncoides Roxb)、异型莎草(Cyperus difformis L.)显示出明显的增效作用。在使用本发明的除草组合物的情况下,其对杂草的除草效力超过本发明组合物中所含各除草化合物单独喷雾时的单独除草效力的总和。因此,与各除草化合物单施相比,本发明的组合物在除草化合物较低用量下可提供与之相同的杂草除草效力。这种除草活性和效力的增加和活性成分用量的降低有力地证明了本发明的增效作用。
增加作物安全性的评价
作物安全性通过术语“作物植物毒性”表述,这表示对作物的损害,因此对作物的植物毒性程度较低意味着对作物的安全性较高。本发明的除草组合物的作物植物毒性低于组合物中所含各除草化合物单独喷施时的作物植物毒性的总和。因此,本发明的组合物具有比含有单独的除草活性成分的组合物更高的作物安全性,因此在单一成分施用时出现的作物植物毒性显著降低,足以用于目标作物。所述安全性的增加可通过上述Colby’s方法计算。如果观察到的混合物实际的作物植物毒性(%)低于根据Colby方法计算得到的预期值(E),这意味着混合物具有比各成分的总和更低的植物毒性,即组合物具有增效安全效力。
对玉米的安全效力
本发明的除草组合物的作物安全性高于组合物中所含各除草化合物单独喷施时的作物安全性的总和。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于防除反枝苋、鸭舌草、异型莎草、稗草不希望的植物的除草组合物的应用,其特征在于,含有活性成分苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮,所述苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的重量比为100:1至1:100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的重量比为50:1至1:50。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的重量比为25:1至1:25。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺与唑草酮的重量比为10:1至1:10。
5.权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,剂型为可湿性粉剂、乳油、悬浮剂、微囊剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮乳剂、水分散粒剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂或超低容量液剂。
6.权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述组合物包含权利要求1所述的活性成分、助剂和/或填充剂。
7.权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述活性成分占所述除草组合物的重量含量为5wt.%至90wt.%。
8.根权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述活性成分结合物在所述除草组合物中的重量含量为10wt.%至80wt.%。
9.根权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述活性成分结合物在所述除草组合物中的重量含量为20wt.%至60wt.%。
