本发明公开了一种潜油泵电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由三根线芯平行排列而成;在缆芯外挤包第二挤压式耐油护套,在挤压式耐油护套外直拖联锁铠装层;所述的线芯由镀锡铜导体、挤包在镀锡铜导体外的耐铜离子的聚丙烯绝缘层、编织在聚丙烯绝缘层外的耐油垫层以及挤包在耐油垫层外的第一挤压式耐油护套构成。本发明具有防磁场抗干扰性强、防磁场抗干扰性强、较强的耐油性、耐热性好,冷却速度快等优点。

一种潜油泵电力电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种新型改进扁形潜油泵电力电缆。
背景技术
潜油泵电力电缆是潜油电泵机组配套使用的专用电缆,敷设于油井中,电缆下端与潜油泵相连,上端与地面控制柜相连接。电缆在油井中工作条件恶劣,常处于高温、高压,以及含油气等腐蚀性很强的环境中。潜油泵电缆可分为圆形和扁形两种,受油井套管狭小空间的限制,通常潜油泵电力电缆以扁形为主。由于扁形电缆是非对称结构,当电力传输时,因磁场的不平衡而产生的电磁感应会引起磁滞损耗,使电缆发热,会严重影响电缆的使用寿命,需要勤换电缆,不仅影响工作效率,而且会造成重大事故。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有防磁场抗干扰性强、防磁场抗干扰性强、较强的耐油性、耐热性好,冷却速度快的潜油泵电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种潜油泵电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由三根线芯平行排列而成;在缆芯外挤包挤压式耐油护套,在挤压式耐油护套外直拖联锁铠装层;所述的线芯由镀锡铜导体、挤包在镀锡铜导体外的耐铜离子的聚丙烯绝缘层、编织在聚丙烯绝缘层外的耐油垫层以及挤包在耐油垫层外的挤压式耐油护套构成。
优选地,所述的耐油垫层与挤压式耐油护套之间还设有耐油标识带,起到标识作用。
优选地,所述的耐油垫层为锦纶丝编织带,对三根线芯分别进行重叠绕包,搭盖率15%-20%。
优选地,所述的联锁铠装层为不锈钢带,交叠率为30%-50%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明采用镀锡铜导体,耐腐蚀性强,速度快,可提高导电性与焊接性。
2. 本发明绝缘层采用聚丙烯材料的结构,具有良好的电性能和高频绝缘线不受湿度影响,密度小、耐热性好,冷却速度快。
3.本发明采用锦纶丝编织带,使得电缆具有较强的耐油性。
4.本发明设有联锁铠装层,使得电缆具有较强的抗弯曲性,具有防磁场抗干扰性强,间隙小,耐油性能好。
5.采用内外两层挤压式耐油护套,双重保护了电缆的耐油性能。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种潜油泵电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由三根线芯平行排列而成;在缆芯外挤包第二挤压式耐油护套6,在挤压式耐油护套外直拖联锁铠装层7;所述的线芯由镀锡铜导体1、挤包在镀锡铜导体外的耐铜离子的聚丙烯绝缘层2、编织在聚丙烯绝缘层外的耐油垫层3以及挤包在耐油垫层外的第一挤压式耐油护套5构成;所述的聚丙烯内护层与耐油垫层之间还设有耐油标识带4,便于识别电缆中的线芯。
其中,为了使得电缆具有较强的耐油性,耐油垫层为锦纶丝编织带,对三根线芯分别进行重叠绕包,搭盖率15%-20%;
为了使得电缆具有较强的抗弯曲性,具有防磁场抗干扰性强,联锁铠装层为不锈钢带,交叠率为30%-50%。

1.一种潜油泵电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由三根线芯平行排列而成;在缆芯外挤包第二挤压式耐油护套,在挤压式耐油护套外直拖联锁铠装层;所述的线芯由镀锡铜导体、挤包在镀锡铜导体外的耐铜离子的聚丙烯绝缘层、编织在聚丙烯绝缘层外的耐油垫层以及挤包在耐油垫层外的第一挤压式耐油护套构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潜油泵电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的耐油垫层与挤压式耐油护套之间还设有耐油标识带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的潜油泵电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的耐油垫层为锦纶丝编织带,对三根线芯分别进行重叠绕包,搭盖率15%-20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的潜油泵电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的联锁铠装层为不锈钢带,交叠率为30%-50%。
