Abstract
本发明公开了一种防辐射玻璃盖板,包括内侧的高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设有一层微晶玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层防辐射玻璃层,所述防辐射玻璃盖板表面涂有聚丙烯塑料层。本发明通过设置多层的玻璃层,增加了玻璃盖板的使用寿命,设置的氧化铅玻璃和铝箔薄膜进一步加强减少辐射,降低对人体的伤害,涂有的聚丙烯塑料层包裹,减少玻璃中重金属对人体伤害,效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃制造业,具体是一种防辐射玻璃盖板及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上大多数微波炉玻璃盖板或者冰箱盖板一般都是采用加厚的微晶玻璃,或者高硼硅玻璃制成,外在加上基本的塑料薄膜制成,具有基本的耐高温,强度高等特点;一般厚度在2-5mm之间;但是一般的盖板虽然有一定的防辐射功能,但是效果都不是特别好,总有一定的辐射量,对人体造成伤害,特别是商场的微波炉,长时间使用,对销售人员造成一定的伤害。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种多层次构造,寿命长,防辐射效果明显的防辐射玻璃盖板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防辐射玻璃盖板,包括内侧的高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设有一层微晶玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层防辐射玻璃层,所述防辐射玻璃盖板表面涂有聚丙烯塑料层。
进一步的,所述防辐射玻璃层由两层普通玻璃中间夹入一层氧化铅玻璃。
进一步的,所述高硼硅玻璃层厚度为1.5mm。
优选的,所述微晶玻璃层厚度为1.5mm。
作为优选,所述防辐射玻璃层厚度为1.5m,普通玻璃与氧化铅玻璃厚度均为0.5mm。
作为优选,所述聚丙烯塑料层贴有一层铝箔薄膜。
所述防辐射玻璃盖板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备:
a:选取市场上的高硼硅玻璃、微晶玻璃、防辐射玻璃、普通玻璃按照图纸切割成比图纸尺寸大10-20mm的玻璃块。
b:将普通玻璃与防辐射玻璃用聚乙烯胶粘合在一起,防辐射玻璃夹在普通玻璃中间。然后放入温度为360摄氏度的加热室内加热12小时,放置三天,制成复合防辐射玻璃。
c:购取聚丙烯塑料液体,每100kg液体中掺加入0.5~1.0kg的超微细二氧化钛。
3)制作:
a:将1)中制好的玻璃块按照高硼硅玻璃-微晶玻璃-制成复合防辐射玻璃用聚乙烯胶粘合,放入260-300摄氏度的加入室内加热俩小时,取出。
b:在上步骤取出的玻璃表面涂上加入超微细二氧化钛的聚丙烯塑料液体,冷却。
c:将制成的防辐射玻璃按照图纸外观、尺寸要求,表面贴上铝箔薄膜,制成防辐射玻璃盖板。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过设置多层的玻璃层,增加了玻璃盖板的使用寿命,设置的氧化铅玻璃和铝箔薄膜进一步加强减少辐射,降低对人体的伤害,涂有的聚丙烯塑料层包裹,减少玻璃中重金属对人体伤害,效果明显。

本发明公开一种防辐射玻璃盖板,包括内侧的高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设有一层微晶玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层防辐射玻璃层,所述防辐射玻璃盖板表面涂有聚丙烯塑料层。
进一步的,所述防辐射玻璃层由两层普通玻璃中间夹入一层氧化铅玻璃。
进一步的,所述高硼硅玻璃层厚度为1.5mm。
优选的,所述微晶玻璃层厚度为1.5mm。
作为优选,所述防辐射玻璃层厚度为1.5m,普通玻璃与氧化铅玻璃厚度均为0.5mm。
作为优选,所述聚丙烯塑料层贴有一层铝箔薄膜。
所述防辐射玻璃盖板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:

b:将普通玻璃与防辐射玻璃用聚乙烯胶粘合在一起,防辐射玻璃夹在普通玻璃中间。然后放入温度为360摄氏度的加热室内加热12小时,放置三天,制成复合防辐射玻璃。
c:购取聚丙烯塑料液体,每100kg液体中掺加入0.5~1.0kg的超微细二氧化钛。
4)制作:
a:将1)中制好的玻璃块按照高硼硅玻璃-微晶玻璃-制成复合防辐射玻璃用聚乙烯胶粘合,放入260-300摄氏度的加入室内加热俩小时,取出。
b:在上步骤取出的玻璃表面涂上加入超微细二氧化钛的聚丙烯塑料液体,冷却。
c:将制成的防辐射玻璃按照图纸外观、尺寸要求,表面贴上铝箔薄膜,制成防辐射玻璃盖板。

1.一种防辐射玻璃盖板,其特征在于,包括内侧的高硼硅玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设有一层微晶玻璃层,所述高硼硅玻璃层外侧设置一层防辐射玻璃层,所述防辐射玻璃盖板表面涂有聚丙烯塑料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述防辐射玻璃盖板,其特征在于,所述防辐射玻璃层由两层普通玻璃中间夹入一层氧化铅玻璃。
3.根据权利要求1所述防辐射玻璃盖板,其特征在于,所述高硼硅玻璃层厚度为1.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述防辐射玻璃盖板,其特征在于,所述微晶玻璃层厚度为1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求2所述防辐射玻璃盖板,其特征在于,所述防辐射玻璃层厚度为1.5m,普通玻璃与氧化铅玻璃厚度均为0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述防辐射玻璃盖板,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯塑料层贴有一层铝箔薄膜。
7.如权利要求1所述防辐射玻璃盖板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
