Abstract
本发明公开了燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,包括通过管道依次连接的余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置;脉冲式集尘机包括方形壳体、安装于方形壳体下方的灰斗,灰斗下方设有收灰车;方形壳体底面开口,侧壁设有系统控制器以及气压显示器;灰斗底部设有粉尘出口,外侧壁设有振动装置,内部设有高料位检测装置;干式化学催化处理器包括中空壳体、催化处理盒、雾化器;催化处理盒位于中空壳体内部;催化处理盒上方接有雾化喷头;雾化喷头与雾化器之间通过雾化管连通;催化处理盒内设置吸附剂;吸附剂包括生石灰。燃煤烟气经过本发明处理后,各项指标都完全满足《锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB 13271‑2014)。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环保设备领域,具体涉及一种燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,可以用于燃烧煤锅炉除尘。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展,粉尘对环境以及人类的健康所造成的影响日益严重,有效治理粉尘污染,近年来国家对环境保护日益重视及全球暖化现象严重,为了倡导节能减碳,环保产业蓬勃发展,净化人类的生存环境,已成为所有人的共识。为了维护生产环境洁净,必须及时清理被粉尘污染的场所。除尘器,尤其是袋式除尘器,被广泛应用于冶金、建材、机械、 化工、矿山等各种工矿企业非纤维工业粉尘的除尘净化与物料的回收中。但是,现有的袋式除尘器,存在着清灰效果不理想、净化效率低、滤袋寿命短、维修工作量大等弊端,严重影响了过滤器的正常、高效使用,所以,亟需对现有的过滤器的结构进行改进,使得清灰方便、效率高,需要采用吹气装置对过滤器清灰,以提高除尘效果。
燃烧煤锅炉,设计为燃烧煤炭,依据《锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB 13271-2014),为满足环保要求,确保有害物质氮氧化物及硫化物排放达到法规排放标准,需要设计烟气除尘、脱硝及脱硫处理系统。我国目前存在规模小的企业很多,处理三废的经济实力和技术水平较低,对环境造成很大的危害;当今世界面临全求金融危机和气候变化的严峻挑战,必须持续依靠科技创新发展低碳经济,实现环境经济共前进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,用于燃烧煤锅炉除尘,有利于环保发展。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,包括余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置;所述余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置通过管道依次连接;所述排气装置设有检查口;所述脉冲式集尘机包括方形壳体、灰斗;所述灰斗安装于方形壳体下方;所述方形壳体底面开口;所述灰斗顶面开口;所述方形壳体与灰斗连通;所述方形壳体内部安装过滤器;所述灰斗底部设有粉尘出口;所述干式化学催化处理器包括中空壳体、催化处理盒、雾化器;所述催化处理盒位于中空壳体内部;所述催化处理盒上方接有雾化喷头;所述雾化喷头与雾化器之间通过雾化管连通;所述中空壳体侧壁设有进风管;所述中空壳体上,与设有进风管的侧壁相对的侧壁设有出风管;所述引风机与排气装置之间的管道上设有逆止风门;所述催化处理盒内设置吸附剂;所述吸附剂包括生石灰。
本发明中,过滤器一般为滤袋,包括支撑体以及包裹支撑体的袋本体,可以为现有无纺布滤袋、织物滤袋,形状一般为圆形;支撑体一般采用弹性涨圈,可形成紧密型接触,避免烟气泄漏;滤袋上端安装在过滤器支撑座上,下端安装在过滤器下盘上,可以连接过滤器上下盘。方形壳体具有六个侧壁,底壁为开口结构,与灰斗连通,四个侧壁中,在对称的两个侧壁上分别设置进风与出风,与管道结合用于气流运行;另两个侧壁一般密封;空气由壳体的进风进入,从出风出去,中间经过过滤器,粉尘被过滤器阻隔吸附,从而达到烟气除尘的效果;采用方形结构的壳体,一方面有利于过滤器等部件的安装,更主要避免漏气,即防止部分烟气不经过过滤器而直接从出风口出去。由于燃煤烟气很热,为了防止烟气温度过高而损伤过滤器,本发明在余热回收设备与脉冲式集尘机之间的管道上设有气动补风风门以及温度传感器,其测温探头位于管道内,具体安装于哪一面侧壁则不限定,根据实际场地决定,可以监测内部烟气温度即可,温度传感器为市购产品。
本发明吸附剂的制备为,将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与硅铝酸钠、十二水磷酸氢二钠、聚脲甲醛、丙烯酸丁酯混合,120℃处理65分钟得到黏流体;将五水合硝酸铋、氧化镍、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、亚磷酸二乙酯、溴代丁异酸炔丙酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛混合;球磨机球磨4h后置入马弗炉中,700~800℃烧结45分钟后1100~1200℃烧结15分钟;然后自然冷却后得到多孔材料;将多孔材料浸入含有偶氮二异庚腈的甲醇中5分钟;然后烘干得到固体;将固体粉碎后得到粉末;将粉末加入水中,搅拌20分钟;然后加入黏流体、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚以及1-溴-2-萘酚、壳聚糖、乙醇,150℃反应1小时;最后干燥反应液得到固体,配加生石灰后干式压球得到吸附剂。壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硅铝酸钠、十二水磷酸氢二钠、聚脲甲醛、丙烯酸丁酯的质量比为1∶(0.2~0.3)∶(0.3~0.35)∶(0.5~0.7)∶(0.15~0.17);五水合硝酸铋、氧化镍、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、亚磷酸二乙酯、溴代丁异酸炔丙酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的质量比为(0.5~0.6)∶(0.1~0.12)∶(0.3~0.35)∶(0.5~0.7)∶(0.25~0.27)∶1;多孔材料、偶氮二异庚腈的质量比为(50~56)∶1;粉末、黏流体、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚、1-溴-2-萘酚、壳聚糖的质量比为(0.2~0.22)∶1∶(0.3~0.35)∶(0.2~0.21)∶(0.1~0.11)。固体、生石灰的质量比为(0.7~0.8)∶1。对烟气混合物的各组分具有良好的吸附及反应性,烟气吸入催化处理盒后,化学吸附剂将与其产生化学化学吸附现象,而使尾端排出废气氮、硫化物浓度低于国家标准,以符合法规规定。吸附饱和的化学吸附剂在系统不停机状态下,再经水雾化催化还原系统,将其自动还原,可延长持续使用;化学性吸附剂的成分会与目标气体产生出分子键,包含分子与分子间的范德华力,及形成简单的化合物,进一步达到完全吸附,目标气体完全跑不掉,卡在吸附剂分子孔结构中。
本发明中,位置关系都是实际状态;壳体、灰斗都为空心结构,根据实际安装位,灰斗安装于壳体下方,灰斗顶面大小与壳体底面大小一致,都为开口结构,从而壳体内部与灰斗内部连通;由此,壳体内部安装的过滤袋抖落的粉尘可以全部直接下落至灰斗,不存在落灰死角,再经过灰斗下方的粉尘出口收集排除,可以在灰斗下方设有收灰车,利于运输。方形壳体侧壁设有系统控制器以及气压显示器,系统控制器为现有产品,可以控制设备运行,气压显示器可以为压力表,监测壳体压力,保证安全,而且与气动补风风门结合,可以控制整个过程的气体压力,达到最佳的过滤处理效果。
本发明中,过滤器竖直安装在壳体内部,形成烟气过滤层,过滤器的安装数量、排列方式可以根据壳体大小、过滤器大小以及烟气流量选定,避免烟气泄漏即可。
本发明中,催化处理盒为干式化学吸附剂的存放场所,由多孔材料组成侧壁用于烟气流通;在中空壳体对称的两个侧壁上分别设置进风与出风,与管道结合用于气流运行;另两个侧壁一般密封;空气由壳体的进风进入,从出风出去,中间经过催化处理盒,化学吸附剂将与烟气产生化学反应、化学吸附现象,烟气被催化处理,从而达到烟气脱硫脱硝的效果,尾端排出废气氮、硫化物浓度低于国家标准,以符合法规规定。吸附饱和的化学吸附剂在系统不停机状态下,再经水雾化催化还原系统自动还原,并可延长持续使用。
本发明中,雾化喷头与雾化器之间通过雾化管连通,从而雾化后的水汽可以从雾化器输送至雾化喷头再喷洒至催化处理盒,达到对化学吸附剂的还原作用,使得其表面生成的固体催化产物脱落,漏出新的界面,使其可以循环利用;在不停机的情况下可以间歇进行雾化还原,雾化气流会提供催化效应改善脱硫脱硝效果,热气流会带走余量很少的水雾;也可以在停机状态下进行还原操作,从进风管进风,出风管出,达到去除水雾的效果,优选进风管与出风管位于中空壳体对角线的两端,对角线位置可以达到最佳的除雾效果;进风管、出风管设有阀门,可控制开关;中空壳体侧壁设有气压显示器,比如压力表,监测壳体压力,保证安全,而且与气动补风风门结合,可以控制整个过程的气体压力,达到最佳的催化处理效果。催化处理盒竖直安装在壳体内部,形成烟气吸附层,其安装数量、排列方式可以根据壳体大小、以及烟气流量选定,避免烟气泄漏即可。
本发明在灰斗外侧壁设有振动装置,可以敲击或者振打灰斗,从而有利于粉尘脱落,更易从粉尘出口排出;灰斗内部设有高料位检测装置,避免粉尘堆积。本发明公开的灰斗为四棱台结构,上下底面为相似的长方形或正方形,侧面为等腰梯形,根据安装状态,灰斗的上底面与壳体下底面一致;为了落灰顺畅,不积料,四棱台的侧棱与上底面的夹角为65~85度。排气装置为烟囱,通过检查口可进行尾气质量检测。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本发明首次公开了一种燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,专用于燃烧煤锅炉除尘,创造性地在化学催化处理器中设置雾化还原系统,可不停机实现化学吸附剂的还原,也可停机操作;为延长化学性吸附剂使用时间,设计的水雾化催化还原系统在燃煤锅炉运转中,控制喷入雾化少量水气,与化学吸附剂产生化学催化,并使化学吸附剂还原,以延长吸附剂饱和更换时间达到节能更环保概念。
2. 本发明公开的燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,结构组成合理,拆卸容易,适用多种部件;在锅炉后方增加余热回收设备节热器以减少热能损耗,除尘器后装化学吸附剂净化设施,处理氮氧化物及硫化物有害物质;应用布袋除尘器对烟气进行除尘回收,达PM2.5排放标准,最后以化学吸附剂作最终净化空气处理,在化学催化处理机加装水雾化还原系统以确保达到排放法规要求,并可延长化学吸附剂使用时间以减少废弃物,化学吸附剂为碱性可使用掩埋方式处理废气物不会造成二次公害;解决了现有水幕喷淋系统及SCR金属触媒喷氨催化系统处理排放效果差的缺陷;同时设备使用寿命长,适用于高温、酸碱性燃煤烟气的除尘处理。

参见附图1,燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统包括干式化学催化处理器1、脉冲式集尘机2、引风机3、余热回收设备4以及排气装置5;余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置通过管道依次连接;余热回收设备接在燃煤锅炉烟气出口;排气装置为烟囱,设有检查口51;脉冲式集尘机包括方形壳体21、安装于方形壳体下方的灰斗22,灰斗下方设有收灰车23;灰斗顶面开口,方形壳体底面开口,与灰斗连通;方形壳体侧壁设有系统控制器24以及气压显示器25,内部安装过滤器26;灰斗为四棱台结构,侧棱与上底面的夹角为85度;灰斗底部设有粉尘出口221,外侧壁设有振动装置222,内部设有高料位检测装置;干式化学催化处理器包括中空壳体11、催化处理盒12、雾化器15;催化处理盒位于中空壳体内部;催化处理盒上方接有雾化喷头14;雾化喷头与雾化器之间通过雾化管连通;中空壳体侧壁设有进风管13,与设有进风管的侧壁相对的侧壁设有出风管16;中空壳体侧壁设有气压显示器17,进风管与出风管位于中空壳体对角线的两端;引风机与排气装置之间的管道上设有逆止风门6;余热回收设备与脉冲式集尘机之间的管道上设有气动补风风门7以及温度传感器8;所述催化处理盒内设置吸附剂;图中相同部件标注一处,常规接头、安装板未作标注,箭头为烟气流动方向。

实施例二
燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统包括通过管道依次连接的余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置,管道外侧壁设有保温层,节热的同时避免热量伤害人员;余热回收设备接在燃煤锅炉烟气出口;排气装置为烟囱,设有检查口;脉冲式集尘机包括方形壳体、安装于方形壳体下方的灰斗,灰斗下方设有收灰车;方形壳体底面开口,侧壁设有系统控制器以及气压显示器;灰斗顶面开口,与灰斗连通;方形壳体内部安装过滤器;灰斗为四棱台结构,侧棱与上底面的夹角为65度;灰斗底部设有粉尘出口,外侧壁设有振动装置,内部设有高料位检测装置;干式化学催化处理器包括中空壳体、催化处理盒、雾化器;催化处理盒位于中空壳体内部;催化处理盒上方接有雾化喷头;雾化喷头与雾化器之间通过雾化管连通;中空壳体侧壁设有进风管,与设有进风管的侧壁相对的侧壁设有出风管;中空壳体侧壁设有气压显示器,进风管与出风管位于中空壳体对角线的两端;引风机与排气装置之间的管道上设有逆止风门;余热回收设备与脉冲式集尘机之间的管道上设有气动补风风门以及温度传感器;所述催化处理盒内设置吸附剂;所述吸附剂为实施例一的吸附剂。
燃煤烟气(165-200度)经过换热后,从方形壳体空气入口进入壳体内部,经过过滤器,进行烟气除尘;除尘后的烟气进入干式催化处理器,在化学吸附剂作用下脱硫脱硝处理,尾气从引风机经过烟囱排出;根据温度传感器可以防止烟气温度过高而损坏过滤器,根据高料位检测装置的提醒,开启灰斗外侧壁的振动装置,加速落灰;利用雾化还原系统可以催化化学吸附反应,增加吸附效果,各项指标都完全满足《锅炉大气污染物排放标准(GB13271-2014)。
Claims (9)
1.一种燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,包括余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置;所述余热回收设备、脉冲式集尘机、干式化学催化处理器、引风机以及排气装置通过管道依次连接;所述排气装置设有检查口;所述脉冲式集尘机包括方形壳体、灰斗;所述灰斗安装于方形壳体下方;所述方形壳体底面开口;所述灰斗顶面开口;所述方形壳体与灰斗连通;所述方形壳体内部安装过滤器;所述灰斗底部设有粉尘出口;所述干式化学催化处理器包括中空壳体、催化处理盒、雾化器;所述催化处理盒位于中空壳体内部;所述催化处理盒上方接有雾化喷头;所述雾化喷头与雾化器之间通过雾化管连通;所述中空壳体侧壁设有进风管;所述中空壳体上,与设有进风管的侧壁相对的侧壁设有出风管;所述引风机与排气装置之间的管道上设有逆止风门;所述催化处理盒内设置吸附剂;所述吸附剂包括生石灰;所述吸附剂的制备为,将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与硅铝酸钠、十二水磷酸氢二钠、聚脲甲醛、丙烯酸丁酯混合,120℃处理65分钟得到黏流体;将五水合硝酸铋、氧化镍、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、亚磷酸二乙酯、溴代丁异酸炔丙酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛混合;球磨机球磨4h后置入马弗炉中,700~800℃烧结45分钟后1100~1200℃烧结15分钟;然后自然冷却后得到多孔材料;将多孔材料浸入含有偶氮二异庚腈的甲醇中5分钟;然后烘干得到固体;将固体粉碎后得到粉末;将粉末加入水中,搅拌20分钟;然后加入黏流体、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚以及1-溴-2-萘酚、壳聚糖、乙醇,150℃反应1小时;最后干燥反应液得到固体,配加生石灰后干式压球得到吸附剂。

3.根据权利要求1所述燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,其特征在于:所述灰斗下方设有收灰车;所述灰斗外侧壁设有振动装置;所述灰斗内部设有高料位检测装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,其特征在于:所述方形壳体侧壁设有系统控制器以及气压显示器。
5.根据权利要求1所述燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,其特征在于:所述中空壳体侧壁设有气压显示器;所述进风管与出风管位于中空壳体对角线的两端。
6.根据权利要求1所述燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,其特征在于:所述余热回收设备与脉冲式集尘机之间的管道上设有气动补风风门以及温度传感器。
7.根据权利要求1所述燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,其特征在于:所述灰斗为四棱台结构;所述四棱台的侧棱与上底面的夹角为65~85度。
8.根据权利要求1所述燃煤锅炉干式除尘及脱硫脱硝系统,其特征在于:所述壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、硅铝酸钠、十二水磷酸氢二钠、聚脲甲醛、丙烯酸丁酯的质量比为1∶(0.2~0.3)∶(0.3~0.35)∶(0.5~0.7)∶(0.15~0.17);五水合硝酸铋、氧化镍、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、亚磷酸二乙酯、溴代丁异酸炔丙酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛的质量比为(0.5~0.6)∶(0.1~0.12)∶(0.3~0.35)∶(0.5~0.7)∶(0.25~0.27)∶1;多孔材料、偶氮二异庚腈的质量比为(50~56)∶1;粉末、黏流体、双(2,3-环氧基环戊基)醚、1-溴-2-萘酚、壳聚糖的质量比为(0.2~0.22)∶1∶(0.3~0.35)∶(0.2~0.21)∶(0.1~0.11)。
