技术领域
本发明涉及板式换热器的清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种板式换热器复合清洗剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
板式换热器广泛应用于石油化工行业水油之间的热交换。由于水中含有大量的钙、镁等金属离子,在高温下很容易形成钙、镁等离子的碳酸盐沉积物附着在板式换热器的一侧,而另一侧则附着一层油垢,这使得板式换热器的换热效率降低,所以在使用一定时间后需要对板式换热器进行拆卸清洗。
目前,对于输油侧板片表面的油垢一般都是用化学溶剂或碱液进行清洗,然后用清水冲洗,再对输水侧板片表面的水垢用酸液进行清洗。化学溶剂或酸、碱溶液都对人体伤害较大,而且这种清洗工艺工作量大,清洗效率低,环境污染严重。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种安全环保,清洗能力强的板式换热器复合清洗剂及其制备方法和应用。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种板式换热器复合清洗剂,由如下质量分数的原料组成:天然活性处理液2.5-5.7%,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂1.2-2.5%,三乙醇胺油酸皂0.25-0.75%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2-1.5%,烟酸0.3-0.5%,甘油型树枝状聚醚0.25-0.5%,四乙基氢氧化铵0.5-1.2%,甲基碳酸酯季铵盐0.3-1.5%,余量为水。
进一步的,所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂,由如下质量分数的原料组成:天然活性处理液3.8%,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂2.1%,三乙醇胺油酸皂0.57%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.3%,烟酸0.45%,甘油型树枝状聚醚0.35%,四乙基氢氧化铵0.9%,甲基碳酸酯季铵盐1.2%,余量为水。
进一步的,所述天然活性处理液包括如下成分:果皮45-60%,碳酸钠1-5%,冰醋酸1-5%,余量为75%乙醇。
进一步的,所述果皮为橙皮,橘皮,柠檬皮,柚子皮,无患子果皮中的一种或一种以上组合物。
进一步的,所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、天然活性处理液的制备:将新鲜果皮粉碎,先按天然活性处理液的组分比例加入碳酸钠和冰醋酸,以40-80r/min的速率搅拌混合3-5min,然后将混合物浸入75%乙醇中,密封浸泡一周以上,备用;
S2、清洗剂制备:按清洗剂的各组分比例将各原料混合均匀,得无色透明液体。

本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明由天然活性处理剂,表面活性剂,光亮剂,除锈剂,水等按比例复合配伍而成,加入少量清洗剂,即可清洗干净,除油和除垢效果好,清洗能力强,工作效率高;
2、本发明选用果皮和其他化学助剂为原料,安全环保,符合绿色环保的要求;且材料价廉易得,有助于节约成本;制得的清洗液不会对板片表面造成腐蚀。
3、本发明所提供的制备方法简单,生产成本低,经济效益好。

S2、清洗剂制备:按质量分数为天然活性处理液2.5%,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂2.5%,三乙醇胺油酸皂0.25%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%,烟酸0.3%,甘油型树枝状聚醚0.5%,四乙基氢氧化铵0.5%,甲基碳酸酯季铵盐1.5%,余量为水的比例将各原料混合均匀,得无色透明液体。
实施例5:
一种板式换热器复合清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、天然活性处理液的制备:将新鲜果皮粉碎,先按质量分数为橙皮,橘皮,柠檬皮,柚子皮,无患子果皮中的一种或一种以上组合物50%,碳酸钠4%,冰醋酸3%,余量为75%乙醇的组分比例依次加入各组分,以75r/min的速率搅拌混合3min,然后将混合物浸入75%乙醇中,密封浸泡一周以上,备用;
S2、清洗剂制备:按质量分数为天然活性处理液5.7%,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂1.2%,三乙醇胺油酸皂0.75%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2%,烟酸0.5%,甘油型树枝状聚醚0.25%,四乙基氢氧化铵1.2%,甲基碳酸酯季铵盐0.3%,余量为水的比例将各原料混合均匀,得无色透明液体。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明由天然活性处理剂,表面活性剂,光亮剂,除锈剂,水等按比例复合配伍而成,加入少量清洗剂,即可清洗干净,除油和除垢效果好,清洗能力强,工作效率高;
2、本发明选用果皮和其他化学助剂为原料,安全环保,符合绿色环保的要求;且材料价廉易得,有助于节约成本;制得的清洗液不会对板片表面造成腐蚀。
本发明所提供的制备方法简单,生产成本低,经济效益好。

Claims (6)
1.一种板式换热器复合清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下质量分数的原料组成:天然活性处理液2.5-5.7%,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂1.2-2.5%,三乙醇胺油酸皂0.25-0.75%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2-1.5%,烟酸0.3-0.5%,甘油型树枝状聚醚0.25-0.5%,四乙基氢氧化铵0.5-1.2%,甲基碳酸酯季铵盐0.3-1.5%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下质量分数的原料组成:天然活性处理液3.8%,淀粉糖苷表面活性剂2.1%,三乙醇胺油酸皂0.57%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.3%,烟酸0.45%,甘油型树枝状聚醚0.35%,四乙基氢氧化铵0.9%,甲基碳酸酯季铵盐1.2%,余量为水。
3.如权利要求2所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂,其特征在于,所述天然活性处理液包括如下成分:果皮45-60%,碳酸钠1-5%,冰醋酸1-5%,余量为75%乙醇。
4.如权利要求3所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂,其特征在于,所述果皮为橙皮,橘皮,柠檬皮,柚子皮,无患子果皮中的一种或一种以上组合物。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、天然活性处理液的制备:将新鲜果皮粉碎,先按天然活性处理液的组分比例加入碳酸钠和冰醋酸,以40-80r/min的速率搅拌混合3-5min,然后将混合物浸入75%乙醇中,密封浸泡一周以上,备用;
S2、清洗剂制备:按清洗剂的各组分比例将各原料混合均匀,得无色透明液体。
6.一种如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的板式换热器复合清洗剂在去除板式换热器表面污垢中的应用。
