本发明提供了一种溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,先将D60溶剂油、羊毛脂镁皂、磺化羊毛脂钙皂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、柠檬酸钠、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、十二烯基丁二酸、二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、蜂蜡、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合,加热,保温搅拌,得到第一混合物;再将3‑巯基丙酸、乙酰丙酮锌加入乙二醇中,依次加入二甘醇、聚甘油脂肪酸酯和硅丙乳液,加热,保温搅拌,得第二混合物;最后将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂、抗氧剂、触变剂、防锈剂,搅拌均匀即可。本发明的防锈油具有良好的抗腐蚀能力,经过2h的570℃盐浴氮化温度的QPQ 处理后碳钢45钢活塞杆抗盐雾腐蚀时间可达817h。

本发明属于防锈油技术领域,具体涉及一种QPQ用溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法。
背景技术
QPQ 技术是基于无污染盐浴复合处理技术作为它基本的工艺过程开发的新型表面处理技术,经过处理后的产品拥有高耐磨性,高耐蚀性,而且还具有变形量小等优点,已经被越来越多的国内外厂家采用。防锈油作为一种金属制品的防护材料,具有成本低廉、操作简便、效果好和容易去除等优点,在工业上应用广泛,目前在国内外大量生产和应用。其中溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油由于在使用过程中溶剂挥发后在金属表面会形成一层良好粘附性的防锈油薄膜,从而具有优良的防锈性能,该方法尤其适用于长期封存防锈室内环境黑色和有色金属产品。据调查统计,目前溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的用量占整个防锈油用量的20%左右。
QPQ 处理工序一般作为产品的最终处理工序,不再进行加工。如果在极端的腐蚀环境或长期的腐蚀条件下,QPQ 处理产品的后期腐蚀速度会加快,这是因为在后期试样表面的化合物层被逐渐腐蚀掉,而试样心部的耐蚀性不足所导致的。而经 QPQ 处理后的产品在涂覆溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油后,在 QPQ 技术极大提高产品本身耐蚀性的同时,也实现了产品的长期封存防锈,在产品的运输、贮存过程中都能起到防腐蚀的作用。因此,QPQ 技术结合溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的使用,将工件涂覆溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油作为 QPQ 技术的最后一个工序,将能更进一步地提高机械产品的耐蚀性能,在机械行业有很广泛的应用前景。

步骤2,以重量份计,将3-巯基丙酸2~8份、乙酰丙酮锌1~6份加入乙二醇5~12份中,再依次加入二甘醇3~6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3~6份和硅丙乳液2~5份,加热,保温搅拌,得第二混合物;
步骤3,以重量份计,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂1~2份、抗氧剂1~2份、触变剂1~2份、防锈剂1~2份,搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基双-2,6-二叔丁基酚或3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙酸酯中的一种。
进一步地,所述触变剂为氢化蓖麻油或聚酰胺蜡。
进一步地,步骤1中加热温度为70~80℃,保温时间为1~3h。
进一步地,步骤2中加热温度为50~70℃,保温时间为1~3h。
本发明的防锈油具有良好的抗腐蚀能力,经过2h的570℃盐浴氮化温度的QPQ 处理后碳钢45钢活塞杆抗盐雾腐蚀时间可达817h。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将D60溶剂油10份、羊毛脂镁皂3份、磺化羊毛脂钙皂2份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1份、柠檬酸钠3份、石油磺酸钡2份、石油磺酸钠1份、十二烯基丁二酸3份、二壬基萘磺酸钡4份、环烷酸锌2份、蜂蜡1份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2份混合,加热,保温搅拌,得到第一混合物;
步骤2,以重量份计,将3-巯基丙酸2份、乙酰丙酮锌1份加入乙二醇5份中,再依次加入二甘醇3份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3份和硅丙乳液2份,加热,保温搅拌,得第二混合物;
步骤3,以重量份计,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂1份、抗氧剂1份、触变剂1份、防锈剂1份,搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,触变剂为氢化蓖麻油;步骤1中加热温度为70℃,保温时间为3h;步骤2中加热温度为50℃,保温时间为3h。

步骤2,以重量份计,将3-巯基丙酸5份、乙酰丙酮锌3份加入乙二醇9份中,再依次加入二甘醇5份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯4份和硅丙乳液3份,加热,保温搅拌,得第二混合物;
步骤3,以重量份计,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂1份、抗氧剂1份、触变剂1份、防锈剂1份,搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,抗氧剂为4,4-亚甲基双-2,6-二叔丁基酚,触变剂为聚酰胺蜡;步骤1中加热温度为70℃,保温时间为3h;步骤2中加热温度为50℃,保温时间为3h。

步骤3,以重量份计,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂1份、抗氧剂1份、触变剂1份、防锈剂1份,搅拌均匀即可。

步骤3,以重量份计,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂2份、抗氧剂2份、触变剂2份、防锈剂2份,搅拌均匀即可。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,触变剂为氢化蓖麻油或聚酰胺蜡;步骤1中加热温度为80℃,保温时间为1h;步骤2中加热温度为70℃,保温时间为1h。

1.一种溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将D60溶剂油10~20份、羊毛脂镁皂3~8份、磺化羊毛脂钙皂2~7份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1~6份、柠檬酸钠3~7份、石油磺酸钡2~5份、石油磺酸钠1~6份、十二烯基丁二酸3~8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡4~7份、环烷酸锌2~5份、蜂蜡1~6份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2~7份混合,加热,保温搅拌,得到第一混合物;
步骤2,以重量份计,将3-巯基丙酸2~8份、乙酰丙酮锌1~6份加入乙二醇5~12份中,再依次加入二甘醇3~6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3~6份和硅丙乳液2~5份,加热,保温搅拌,得第二混合物;
步骤3,以重量份计,将第一混合物和第二混合物混合,加入消泡剂1~2份、抗氧剂1~2份、触变剂1~2份、防锈剂1~2份,搅拌均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基双-2,6-二叔丁基酚或3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙酸酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述触变剂为氢化蓖麻油或聚酰胺蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中加热温度为70~80℃,保温时间为1~3h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的溶剂稀释型软膜防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中加热温度为50~70℃,保温时间为1~3h。
