Abstract
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体是一种低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,由亚烷基二醇、混合酸、和二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物共聚而成。本发明的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,是一种热塑性的柔软聚酯,具有良好的机械性能,弹性及生物可降解性,熔点介于90‑150℃之间,作为薄膜会有较低的水蒸气透过量。本发明的共聚酯的疏水性能较优异,并可调整耐候性及耐水解性,特别适合制造农业用地膜。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说,是可应用于农业地膜中,降低水蒸气透过率,提高作物保湿性的低透湿量的生物可降解共聚酯。
背景技术
聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-己二酸丁二醇酯)(PBAT)是一种生物可降解热塑性共聚酯,兼具聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)耐热性及强度和聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)的柔软性、延展性。而且对比其它生物可降解材料来说,成本较低,力学性能稳定,常应用于购物袋、农业地膜等。使用PBAT做农业地膜可在土壤中自然降解,取代传统聚乙烯膜难以回收造成白色污染的问题,然而PBAT作为农业地膜有许多不足之处,如PBAT为亲水性材料水蒸气透过率较高,作为农业地膜,对作物保湿性不足,且各作物地区气候不同,有时材料降解过快,更造成农业地膜无法使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低透湿性的生物可降解共聚酯,该共聚酯的疏水性能较优异,并可调整耐候性及耐水解性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,由亚烷基二醇、混合酸、和二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物共聚而成;所述的亚烷基二醇、混合酸和二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物的重量百分比分别为25-45%,40-70%和1-25%;
所述的混合酸包括:
(1)对苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸的酯化物,或它们的混合物,在混合酸中的重量百分比为30-70%;和
(2)己二酸、己二酸的酯化物,或它们的混合物,在混合酸中的重量百分比为30-70%。
优选的,所述的亚烷基二醇选自:乙二醇、丙二醇或1,4-丁二醇,更优选丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇,最优选地使用1,4-丁二醇。
优选的,所述的混合酸为对苯二甲酸和己二酸的混合酸,其中对苯二甲酸和己二酸的质量比为1:1。
优选的,所述的二聚脂肪酸可由单体不饱和脂肪酸通过低聚化反应得到。更优选经过氢化后的饱和二聚脂肪酸(氢化二聚酸)。
所述的二聚脂肪酸衍生物包括将该二聚脂肪酸中的羧基基团或其制得的酯基基团转化为酰胺基、腈基、胺基等而得到的衍生物。在含有二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物的聚酯生产中,二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物可以单独或者以任意比例组成的形式使用。
优选的,所述的二聚脂肪酸可包含30~50个碳原子。更优选的,所述的二聚脂肪酸包含36个碳原子。更优选的,可使用如图1所示结构的二聚脂肪酸(二聚酸Pripol 1009),具体资料可通过CRODA公司(East Yorkshire,UK)的Presentation Hans Ridderikhoff-BPMsymposium 15-06-2011 secured资料中找到。
由于二聚脂肪酸拥有长碳链烷基侧链,故二聚脂肪酸具有斥水性,二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物的加入可以提高本发明共聚酯的耐候性及疏水性并降低透湿性。
所述的二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物占比为1wt%-25wt%,优选2wt%-15wt%,更优选4wt%-12wt%。当二聚脂肪酸大于25wt%时会严重影响该共聚酯的生物降解性。
优选的,所述的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯的制备方法包括以下步骤:按照比例在反应器中添加1,4-丁二醇、对苯二甲酸、己二酸、二聚酸Pripol 1009,催化剂钛酸四丁酯TBT(可选DuPont TYZOR TBT),然后用氮气冲洗,进行酯化反应,先将酯化温度保持在210℃,直到去除所有水分。再将温度升至230℃,而后再加入TBT和稳定剂亚磷酸,随后进行缩合反应,反应约40分钟,升温至245℃并缓慢抽真空至100Pa,并持续约2-4小时直到反应至所需黏度。
制备时加入的催化剂TBT是原料混合物总质量的300-1800ppm,优选500-1300ppm,亚磷酸是原料混合物总质量的100-1200ppm,优选200-800ppm。
本发明的第二方面,提供上述低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯在制备农业地膜中的应用。
本发明的第三方面,提供一种农业用保水耐候地膜,由上述低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯制备得到。农业地膜应用中,二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物的添加可有效的改善保湿性耐候性及耐水解性,可根据农业地膜应用的区域来调整二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物的用量,以调整材料的保湿性及降解性。
本发明的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,是一种热塑性的柔软聚酯,具有良好的机械性能,弹性及生物可降解性,熔点介于90-150℃之间,作为薄膜会有较低的水蒸气透过量。本发明的共聚酯的疏水性能较优异,并可调整耐候性及耐水解性,特别适合制造农业用地膜。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
共聚物通过如下制备:使用30L反应器,添加1,4-丁二醇9.2kg,对苯二甲酸3.4kg,己二酸3.4kg,二聚酸Pripol 1009 0.52kg,催化剂钛酸四丁酯(TBT)7g,然后用氮气冲洗,进行酯化反应,先将酯化温度保持在210℃,直到去除所有水分。再将温度升至230℃,而后再加入TBT 4g,稳定剂亚磷酸2g,随后进行缩合反应,反应约40分钟,升温至245℃并缓慢抽真空至100Pa,并持续约2-4小时直到反应至所需黏度。
实施例2
共聚物制备方式与实施例1相同,但把二聚酸Pripol 1009添加至1.04kg。
比较例1
共聚物制备方式与实施例1相同,但不添加二聚酸Pripol 1009。
比较例2
直接采用聚乙烯薄膜。
性能测试
膜通过如下制备:使聚合物的颗粒经过单螺杆挤出机挤出通过环形夹缝模具,并且在标准吹塑设备上吹塑直径为150mm、厚度为100μm的环形膜。
具体测试方法如下:
1、膜厚(μm),使用膜厚仪测试。
2、熔点(Tm,℃),利用TA Instruments Q100 DSC测定。将聚合物颗粒中的约5mg材料置于样品盘中。然后置于DSC装置中,加热至250℃并且再次冷却至室温,这两个过程以lTC/min的速率进行。此后,温度以10℃/min升高。由结晶的热量峰的最大值确定熔点。
3、表面张力mN/m:通过arcotest达因试剂测试。
4、水蒸气透过率(g/m2*24hr):根据ISO 15106测定。

1.一种低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,其特征在于,由亚烷基二醇、混合酸、和二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物共聚而成,所述的亚烷基二醇、混合酸和二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物的重量百分比分别为25-45%,40-70%和1-25%;
所述的混合酸由重量百分比30-70%的对苯二甲酸或其酯化物,和重量百分比30-70%的己二酸或其酯化物组成;
所述的亚烷基二醇选自:乙二醇、丙二醇或1,4-丁二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,其特征在于,所述的亚烷基二醇为1,4-丁二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,其特征在于,所述的二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物为二聚脂肪酸,二聚脂肪醇或二聚脂肪多元醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,其特征在于,所述的二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物含有30~50个碳原子。
5.根据权利要求4所述的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,其特征在于,所述的二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物含有36个碳原子。
6.根据权利要求5所述的低透湿的生物可降解共聚酯,其特征在于,所述的二聚脂肪酸或其衍生物为氢化二聚酸。
