Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及预防汗味的香波沐浴露，特别涉及一种具有预防汗味功能的洗发、沐浴二合一产品。
背景技术
炎炎夏日或者剧烈运动，都会因为汗味影响人们的工作和正常的社交。而汗液本身并没有味道而是一些特异的菌群对汗液中的蛋白质、脂肪进行厌氧代谢产生所谓的汗味物质。人与细菌是伴随生存的，有对抗也有互利。已知的皮肤上的很多有益细菌可以训练人的免疫系统，所以关键不是没有细菌，而是保持健康的菌群平衡。止汗剂中的铝盐是天然的抗菌剂，因此它们也会杀灭皮肤上的细菌，但干扰人体代谢，不宜经常使用；目前报道多种不含铝盐的高效香体剂，这些香体剂依靠的是特别研发的抗菌剂，如三氯生或聚六亚甲基双胍。这种化学合成的抗菌剂具有广谱的抑菌作用，同时也会导致细菌耐药性和皮肤残留刺激，引起皮肤过敏；目前研究表明三氯生和三氯卡班可能会干扰人体荷尔蒙，在美国已拟定议案禁止含此类抗菌剂的抗菌皂和沐浴露的实体销售。
经过对替代性防腐抗菌剂或者更安全的抗菌剂的筛查，发现1,2二元醇类化合物具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞杆菌等致病菌的抗菌防腐作用，而且对产生汗味味的菌群的具有特别抑制作用。同理，新开发的去屑剂吡罗克酮乙醇胺和己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐也具有抗真菌，特别是对致腐败、致异味的真菌具有较强的杀灭作用。基于以上发现本发明将其应用于开发预防汗味的多功能香波沐浴露。
现代快节奏生活，人们更倾向于使用多功能的洗涤用品以满足方便快捷的需求。2013年轻工业行业标准和洗发液国家标准的更新，使得沐浴露、洗手液、洗发香波的有效物含量更接近。因此，本发明致力于提供一种香波、沐浴露乃至洗手液多用途的洗涤产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有预防汗味功能的洗发、沐浴多功能香波沐浴露。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明所述预防汗味的香波沐浴露，由以下组分组成：
(A)占组合物重量0.05％至2.3％的抑制汗味菌群的抗菌组合物；(ⅰ)占组合物重量0.05-0.3％吡罗克酮乙醇胺和/或占组合物重量0.01-0.03％的己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐；
(ⅱ)占组合物重量0.1-2.0％中等碳链长1,2二元醇；
(B)占组合物重量5.0％至20％的阴离子表面活性剂；(C)占组合物重量0％至20％的两性表面活性剂或/和非离子表面活性剂；(D)占组合物重量0.01-6％发肤两用调理剂；(E)其他化妆品可接受的水溶性载体；
其中中等碳链长1,2-二元醇为1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、1,2-癸二醇、乙基己基甘油的任意组合。

所述两性离子表面活性剂由占组合物重量2.0-5.0％的椰油酰胺羟丙基甜菜碱和占组合物重量2.0-5.0％椰油酰两性基乙酸钠按任意比例组合；

本发明的有益效果：市面上的止汗产品由于其闭塞毛孔的止汗原理，不能用于头皮和面部护理。因此，本发明意图克服上述产品的弊端，利用抑制汗味细菌的抗菌组合物，配制不含止汗剂氯化铝的预防汗味香波沐浴露。与传统香波、沐浴露产品相比，本发明所述的香波沐浴露，表面活性剂基础体系温和，既可直接施用于皮肤(包括手、足)也可直接施用于头发(包括头皮)，使用方便。
本发明抗菌组合物中吡咯克酮乙醇胺(OCT)和己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐(HD)为可以用于驻留型产品的抗菌剂；而1,2-二元醇为已使用化妆品原料目录的非限制性原料，具有保湿、润肤、抗菌、除臭等多种功效。吡咯克酮乙醇胺和抑制包括糠秕孢子菌在内的致病真菌效果突出；中等链长1,2二元醇组合则有效抑制引起异味的细菌的生长繁殖，同时不影响对人体有益的皮肤菌群，尤为重要的是，可以增效传统的防腐体系以及具有抑菌功效的化妆品成分(如多元醇等)。因此，二者组合具有显著的增效作用，即采用低于常规用量即可达到显著的抑制汗味的革兰氏阳性菌和真菌的效果。
再者，本发明的香波沐浴露不仅具有突出的预防汗味功效，而且其设计兼具去屑、去油功效。
具体实施方式
本发明合适的阴离子表面活性剂的例子是烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚磺基琥珀酸盐、N-酰基氨基酸盐、N-烷基肌氨酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐和烷基醚羧酸及其盐，特别是它们的钠盐、铵盐。烷基和酰基通常含有8到18个，优选地12到16个碳原子，并且可以是不饱和。烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基醚磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐和烷基醚羧酸及其盐的每个分子可含有从1到3个环氧乙烯或环氧丙烯。具体地，阴离子表面活性剂选自月桂基磺基琥珀酸铵、月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠(月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂基醚磺基琥珀酸钠、月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基醚硫酸铵(月桂醇聚醚硫酸铵)、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂基羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂基醚羧酸和月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、N-月桂酰谷氨酸钠、N-肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠、N-混合脂肪酰谷氨酸钠、N-牛油脂肪酰谷氨酸钠、月桂酰甘氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钠或其混合物。优选的阴离子表面活性剂是月桂基醚硫酸钠和月桂酰肌氨酸钠。
本发明合适的两性表面活性剂还包括两性醋酸钠和甜菜碱及其衍生物中的至少一种。所述两性醋酸钠包括椰油基两性醋酸钠和月桂基两性醋酸钠，优选椰油酰两性醋酸钠。所述甜菜碱衍生物包括椰油二甲基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基羟磺甜菜碱、月桂酰胺羟磺甜菜碱，优选椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油基两性醋酸钠。
本发明合适的非离子表面活性剂非离子型表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷表面活性剂和聚氧乙烯-加成型非离子型表面活性剂。所述烷基糖苷表面活性剂为辛癸基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷、椰油基葡糖苷、C12-C14葡糖苷及其混合物；所述聚氧乙烯-加成型非离子型表面活性剂(例如，丁二醇月桂酸酯)、聚氧丙烯·乙烯-加成型非离子型表面活性剂、氧化胺型非离子型表面活性剂、单或二乙醇酰胺型非离子型表面活性剂(例如椰油脂肪酸甲基乙醇酰胺)、甘油脂肪酸醚(例如POE甘油单椰油酸酯)、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯(例如POE山梨糖醇酐三异硬脂酸酯)、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、氢化蓖麻油型非离子型表面活性剂、烷基醚型非离子型表面活性剂(例如月桂基二醇羟基丙基醚)和烷基葡糖苷型非离子型表面活性剂，优选烷基糖苷表面活性剂。
本发明合适的发肤两用型调理剂包括水溶性聚季铵盐型阳离子调理剂、有机硅油及植物油及其衍生物、植物提取物及其他生物化学活性物等多种类型。聚季铵盐型阳离子调理剂优选聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-39等；硅油调理剂优选低粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物PEG-9、PEG-10、PEG-12、PEG-14、PEG-17聚二甲基硅氧烷或环聚二甲基硅氧烷及环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和PEG/PPG-18/18聚二甲基硅氧烷Dow Corining5225、PEG/PPG-19/19聚二甲基硅氧烷和C13-C16异链烷烃Dow Corning BY25-337；所述植物油调理剂优选渗透性、铺展性较好，且本身具有抗氧化性的天然植物油，包括大裂叶五桤木(Pentaclethra macroloba)籽油、翼籽辣木(Moringa peregrina)籽油、杏仁油(油酸58-66％)、鳄梨油、甜扁桃(PRUNUS AMYGDALUS DULCIS)油以及深海两节荠(Crambeabyssinica)籽油(二十二烯酸55-60％)、葡萄(VITIS VINIFERA)籽油、月见草油(亚油酸71％)、小麦胚芽油(亚油酸44-65％)、玉米油(亚油酸40-66％)、石栗(AleuritesMoluccana)籽油(亚油酸41.8％，亚麻酸28.9％)、向日葵(HELIANTHUS ANNUUS)籽油、,鳄梨(PERSEA GRATISSIMA)油、芝麻(SESAMUM INDICUM)籽油、无毛水黄皮(PONGAMIA GLABRA)籽油,亚麻(LINUM USITATISSIMUM)籽油、全缘叶澳洲坚果(MACADAMIA INTEGRIFOLIA)籽油、水飞蓟(SILYBUM MARIANUM)籽油、油菜(BRASSICA CAMPESTRIS)籽油、红花(CARTHAMUSTINCTORIUS)籽油等。所述植物提取物优选凉血、去油作用显著的植物提取物包括山茶花、水飞蓟、侧柏叶、洋甘菊等；所述生物活性活性物优选具有发具有保湿或者调解油脂分泌的一种作用，如银耳发酵液、酵母裂解液、氨基酸及其衍生物、透明质酸及其衍生物以及各种维生素B、E、H等。
本发明所述的香波沐浴露组合物中，其他化妆品可接受的载体还包括，适量香精、螯合剂、凉感剂等。所述螯合剂优选乙二胺四乙酸二钠，所述凉感剂优选乳酸薄荷酯、薄荷醇。
本发明的香波沐浴露组合物可以为乳状液也可以为透明或半透明状。
下面是本发明的预防汗味的香波沐浴露组合物的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明目的，并不能理解为对本发明的限定，因为在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的基础上，可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中，除非特别说明，所有的浓度都是重量百分比。
制备实施例Ⅰ-Ⅹ
本发明的香波沐浴露组合物可以通过任何已知或其它有效的适用于常规香波或沐浴露的技术制备。
实施例Ⅰ-Ⅴ
实施例Ⅵ-Ⅹ
功效评价实施例
将制备实施例Ⅰ-Ⅹ发给30名油性皮肤(透光度大于70)测试人员试用。试用前进行30分钟统一户外运动。试用者自行打分，0-1分为无效果；2-3分为效果不明确；4-5为有效果；6-7分为效果极为显著。结果表明吡罗克酮乙醇胺(OCT)或/和己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐(HD)与1,2-二元醇组合的抗菌组合物实施例Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ具有显著的预防汗味效果和一定程度去油、去屑作用；而无添加抗菌成分的阴性对照实施例Ⅰ和单独添加某一抗菌去屑成分的实施例Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ则无预防汗味效果或者效果不明确。
比较与平常所用香波和沐浴露的喜爱程度，记录选择实施例样品的百分比。结果表明超过67％的试用者更喜爱香波沐浴露二合一的产品形式。
Claims (1)
1.一种预防汗味的香波沐浴露，由以下组分组成：
(A)占组合物重量0.55-1.1％的抑制汗味菌群的抗菌组合物；该组合物包含：
(ⅰ)占组合物重量0.05-0.1％吡罗克酮乙醇胺；
(ⅱ)占组合物重量0.5-1.0％辛甘醇；
(B)占组合物重量2.5-10.0％的月桂酰肌氨酸钠和占组合物重量2.5-10.0％椰油酰甘氨酸钠的任意组合；
(C)占组合物重量2.0-5.0％的椰油酰胺羟丙基甜菜碱和占组合物重量2.0-5.0％椰油酰两性基乙酸钠的任意组合；
(D)占组合物重量0.6-3.2％的发肤两用调理剂，该调理剂由：
(ⅰ)占组合物重量0.1-0.2％瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵；
(ⅱ)占组合物重量0.5-3.0％的向日葵籽油组成；
(E)其他化妆品可用水性载体余量，其中包括适量适用于酰胺阴离子表活体系的黏度调节剂PEG-120甲基葡糖三油酸酯、山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的一种。
