Abstract
本发明涉及一种妇产科止血囊,包括气囊以及与气囊连接的充气管,所述气囊表面设有止血药层,气囊内部设有贯穿气囊的引流通道,引流通道内填充有无菌棉,引流通道的末端通过导流管与集液袋连接,充气管套设于导流管外部,充气管的末端封闭,充气管上设有压力表、进气口及排气口,进气口与充气装置连接。本发明的止血囊在气囊内设有多条填充无菌棉的引流通道,有利于收集子宫内的分泌物及术后出血,汇集后由导流管排出,用集液袋收集,避免宫腔内感染及污染病床;气囊外部的止血药层采用天然医用高分子水溶性壳聚糖和海藻酸钠,生物相容性好,无副作用,止血快;充气管套设于导流管外部,仅在气囊上开设一处连接管即可,方便使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种妇产科止血囊。
背景技术
产后出血是产科最常见的并发症,宫缩乏力是产后出血最常见的原因,占70%。子宫肌纤维的解剖分布是内环、外纵、中交织。正常情况下,胎儿娩出后,不同方向走行的子宫肌纤维收缩对肌束间的血管起到有效的压迫作用。如果出现子宫肌纤维收缩无力即宫缩乏力则失去对血管的有效压迫作用而发生产后出血。胎盘因素占产后出血原因的20%左右。根据胎盘剥离情况,胎盘滞留、胎盘粘连及部分胎盘和/或胎膜残留均可影响宫缩,造成产后出血。
子宫收缩乏力性出血,加强宫缩是最迅速有效的止血方法。通常会滴注宫缩剂,当药物止血无效时,通常采用宫腔填塞纱条来止血,这是一种非常原始和简单的止血方法。填塞过程耗时相当长,且对产妇的疼痛刺激重,在非麻醉状态下病人较难忍受,而且,如果经阴道填塞,无法避免纱条接触阴道壁而使无菌纱条被污染,使宫腔感染风险大大增加。为了止血采用水囊来压迫子宫止血是较为有效的手段。现有的水囊容易漏水,不能持久全面压迫子宫,使子宫依然出血,而且产后宫颈松弛,宫腔内的水囊很容易滑出,导致压迫止血失败,鉴于上述原因,现有水囊不能在子宫止血中发挥很好的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便、止血快、与子宫贴合性好、有利于出血流出、避免感染的妇产科止血囊。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:妇产科止血囊,包括气囊以及与气囊连接的充气管,所述气囊表面设有止血药层,气囊内部设有贯穿气囊的引流通道,引流通道内填充有无菌棉,引流通道的末端通过导流管与集液袋连接,充气管套设于导流管外部,充气管的末端封闭,充气管上设有压力表、进气口及排气口,进气口与充气装置连接。
具体地,所述引流通道至少有两条,于气囊中心交叉贯通。
具体地,所述进气口与排气口均设置于充气管尾部的侧壁上。
具体地,所述进气口与充气装置之间设有单向阀,排气口上也设有单向阀。
具体地,所述止血药层中所含药物的有效成分为水溶性壳聚糖和海藻酸钠。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的止血囊在气囊内设有多条填充无菌棉的引流通道,有利于收集子宫内的分泌物及术后出血,汇集后由导流管排出,用集液袋收集,避免宫腔内感染及污染病床;气囊外部的止血药层采用天然医用高分子水溶性壳聚糖和海藻酸钠,生物相容性好,无副作用,止血快;充气管套设于导流管外部,仅在气囊上开设一处连接管即可,方便使用。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1所示,妇产科止血囊,包括气囊1以及与气囊1连接的充气管4,所述气囊1表面设有止血药层3,气囊1内部设有贯穿气囊1的引流通道2,引流通道2内填充有无菌棉,引流通道2的末端通过导流管5与集液袋11连接,充气管4套设于导流管5外部,充气管4的末端封闭,充气管4上设有压力表6、进气口7及排气口10,进气口7与充气装置9连接。
所述引流通道2至少有两条,于气囊1中心交叉贯通。
所述进气口7与排气口10均设置于充气管4尾部的侧壁上。
所述进气口7与充气装置9之间设有单向阀8,排气口10上也设有单向阀8。
所述止血药层3中所含药物的有效成分为水溶性壳聚糖和海藻酸钠。
使用时,将气囊送入子宫内,然后通过充气管对气囊充气,充气后气囊与子宫贴合,对子宫进行压迫止血,气囊表面的止血药层与出血点接触,快速止血,子宫内的分泌物与出的血由引流通道内的无菌棉吸收汇集,经由导流管排至集液袋收集起来。止血结束后,由排气口将气囊内的气体排出,将气囊从子宫中取出。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

1.妇产科止血囊,包括气囊以及与气囊连接的充气管,其特征在于,所述气囊表面设有止血药层,气囊内部设有贯穿气囊的引流通道,引流通道内填充有无菌棉,引流通道的末端通过导流管与集液袋连接,充气管套设于导流管外部,充气管的末端封闭,充气管上设有压力表、进气口及排气口,进气口与充气装置连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的妇产科止血囊,其特征在于,所述引流通道至少有两条,于气囊中心交叉贯通。
3.如权利要求1所述的妇产科止血囊,其特征在于,所述进气口与排气口均设置于充气管尾部的侧壁上。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的妇产科止血囊,其特征在于,所述进气口与充气装置之间设有单向阀,排气口上也设有单向阀。
5.如权利要求1所述的妇产科止血囊,其特征在于,所述止血药层中所含药物的有效成分为水溶性壳聚糖和海藻酸钠。
