本发明涉及一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油,尤其涉及一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油及其制备方法。
背景技术
油脂是人体必需营养物质之一,能够提供给人类必需的脂肪和营养素,人们在做食物的过程中普遍会添加油脂,改善食物的口感,并且油脂具有一定的香气,加上油脂得营养,因此,深受人们的喜爱,现在市场上的油脂基本上是以液态为主,运输以及贮存不方便。因而,油脂得固体化显得比较方便,并且能够减少挥发性物质在贮存过程中的损失。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油,由以下重量份原料制成:柠檬皮500-550、亚麻籽300-320、小麦胚芽100-120、番茄45-50、大豆油3-4、神曲5-6、太子参5-6、陈皮7-8、白术4-5、鸡内金3-4、山药8-10、维生素E0.5-1、卵磷脂0.5-1、β环糊精100-110、食用明胶20-23、酪蛋白酸钠20-25、聚甘油酯3-4、多孔淀粉18-20、水适量。
一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将柠檬皮洗净,放入滚筒粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎后置于超临界萃取的萃取罐中,开启循环水,对萃取罐和分离罐进行预热,控制温度45-50℃,压力在7.39Mpa条件下用二氧化碳进行萃取,二氧化碳流量为8L/h,萃取55-60分钟后,置于分离罐中,得到柠檬精油备用;
(2)将亚麻籽、小麦胚芽混合放入烘箱中烤熟,烤熟后取出,磨成粉,置于榨油机中压榨,反复压榨4-5次,将每次压榨出的油合并,备用;
(3)将番茄洗净,搅碎后置于锅中,倒入大豆油,充分搅拌,混合均匀后加热,每隔5分钟搅拌一次,加热40分钟,取出锅中所有物料,置于离心机中离心,过滤,得滤液备用;
(4)将神曲、太子参、陈皮、白术、鸡内金、山药用5-10倍量的水加热提取,过滤,将所得药液喷雾干燥,得药粉备用;
(5)取纯净水适量,加热至60℃,倒入β环糊精、食用明胶、酪蛋白酸钠、聚甘油酯、多孔淀粉,置于45℃的水浴中,不断搅拌,得乳浊液备用;将柠檬精油、步骤(2)中的油、步骤(3)中的滤液与维生素E、卵磷脂合并,搅拌混匀后,倒入乳浊液中乳化,充分搅拌,过胶体磨细化,在35Mpa下均质,在进风温度180-190℃,出风温度90-100℃的喷雾干燥机中喷雾干燥,得粉末油脂备用;
(6)将药粉与粉末油脂合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,密封包装即可。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:

一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:柠檬皮500、亚麻籽300、小麦胚芽100、番茄45、大豆油3、神曲5、太子参5、陈皮7、白术4、鸡内金3、山药8、维生素E0.5、卵磷脂0.5、β环糊精100、食用明胶20、酪蛋白酸钠20、聚甘油酯3、多孔淀粉18、水适量。
一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将柠檬皮洗净,放入滚筒粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎后置于超临界萃取的萃取罐中,开启循环水,对萃取罐和分离罐进行预热,控制温度45℃,压力在7.39Mpa条件下用二氧化碳进行萃取,二氧化碳流量为8L/h,萃取55分钟后,置于分离罐中,得到柠檬精油备用;
(2)将亚麻籽、小麦胚芽混合放入烘箱中烤熟,烤熟后取出,磨成粉,置于榨油机中压榨,反复压榨4次,将每次压榨出的油合并,备用;
(3)将番茄洗净,搅碎后置于锅中,倒入大豆油,充分搅拌,混合均匀后加热,每隔5分钟搅拌一次,加热40分钟,取出锅中所有物料,置于离心机中离心,过滤,得滤液备用;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种柠檬皮调和植物粉末油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺:
