Abstract
本发明属于农药除草剂应用领域,具体涉及一种含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物,该组合物的是由活性成分是由螺虫乙酯与吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物组成,活性成分质量分数为5~60%;所述的吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物与螺虫乙酯的重量比为5:1~1:20。螺虫乙酯与吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物按一定比例复配后具有明显的增效作用,提高了速效性和持效期,且扩大了防治谱,降低了使用成本,同时还有降低作物发病,提高作物长势的作用。

本发明属于农药杀虫剂应用领域,具体涉及一种含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物。

螺虫乙酯化学名称:顺式-4-(乙基羰氧基)-8-甲氧基-3-(2,5-二甲苯基)-1-氮杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-2-酮

螺虫乙酯是季酮酸类化合物,与Bayer公司的杀虫杀螨剂螺螨酯(spirodiclofen)和螺甲螨酯(spiromesifen)属同类化合物。螺虫乙酯具有独特的作用特征,是迄今具有双向内吸传导性能的现代杀虫剂之一。该化合物可以在整个植物体内向上向下移动,抵达叶面和树皮,从而防治如生菜和白菜内叶上,及果树皮上的害虫。这种独特的内吸性能可以保护新生茎、叶和根部,防止害虫的卵和幼虫生长。其另一个特点是持效期长,可提供长达8周的有效防治。
吡唑茚满基甲酰胺类化合物作为一种新型活性成分,有杀菌、杀虫、杀病毒有活性及调节作物生产的作用。其化学名称:3-二氟甲基-N-(7-氟-1,1,3-三甲基-4-茚满基)-1-甲基-4-吡唑甲酰胺,后续简称吡唑茚满基甲酰胺;其分子结构式如下(Me代表甲基-CH3):
目前并没有他们混用情况的报道和记载,发明人在试验中发现,该两类药效混用可以起到明显的增效作用和持效性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于螺虫乙酯的高效广谱杀虫组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,基于螺虫乙酯的特性研究,采用吡唑茚满基甲酰胺作为复配组分,产生明显的增效效果,且扩大了防治谱,降低了使用成本,同时还有有降低作物发病率,提高农作物长势的作用。
一种含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物,由螺虫乙酯与吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物作为活性成分复配而成,所述的吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物与螺虫乙酯的重量比为5:1~1:20;
优选的,所述的吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物与螺虫乙酯的重量比为1:1~1:10;
所述的含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物的活性成分质量分数为5~60%;
所述吡唑茚满基甲酰胺衍生物为3-二氯甲基-N-(7-氯-1,1,3-三甲基-4-茚满基)-1-甲基-4-吡唑甲酰胺或3-二氟甲基-N-(7-氟-1,1-二甲基,3-乙基基-4-茚满基)-1-乙基-4-吡唑甲酰胺。
该组合物可以用来防治包括棉花、大豆、柑橘、热带果树、坚果、葡萄、啤酒花、土豆等蔬菜及经济作物上的多种害虫,可有效防治各种刺吸式口器害虫,如蚜虫、蓟马、木虱、粉蚧、粉虱和介壳虫等。具有高效、低毒、低残留、杀虫谱广、增效作用显著并降低使用成本等特点,特别是其高效性、低毒、低残留,尤其有利于绿色食品的生产。
所述组合物其剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水分散油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂和干悬浮剂中的任一种。
所述剂型为可湿性粉剂时,相应助剂为分散剂、湿润剂、稳定剂、填料等。
所述剂型为悬浮剂时,相应的助剂为分散剂,润湿剂,乳化剂,防冻剂,稳定剂,增稠剂,消泡剂等。
所述剂型为水乳剂时,相应的助剂为乳化剂,防冻剂,溶剂,稳定剂等。
所述剂型为水分散剂粒时,相应的助剂为分散剂,润湿剂,崩解剂,稳定剂,填料等。
所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂防醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠磷酸酯、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、丁二酸酯磺酸钠、苯乙基苯酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯、亚油酸聚乙二醇甘油酯、聚乙二醇双油酸酯、山梨醇酐单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、丁二酸二烷基磺酸钙和脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述溶剂为二甲苯、柴油、异丙醇、大豆油、松节油、乙酸乙酯、油酸甲酯、蓖麻油甲酯、重芳烃、环己酮、乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、环己醇和水溶剂中的一种或多种;
所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸钠、Morwet EFW、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸钠和皂角粉中的一种或多种;
所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钙、木质素磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、二异丁基萘磺酸钠、亚甲基双荼磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇环氧乙烷加成物磷酸钠和甘油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酯聚丙烯酸钠、聚羧酸盐中的一种或多种;
所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇和尿素中的一种或多种;
所述增稠剂为黄原胶、气相白炭黑、有机膨润土、硅酸镁铝、羟甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠和聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述消泡剂为有机硅酮/硅油和聚氧丙烯甘油醚中的一种或多种;
所述崩解剂为膨润土、硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠、气态白炭黑、氯化铝和丁二酸中的一种或多种;
所述填料为白炭黑、高岭土、硅藻土、羧甲基淀粉钠、轻质碳酸钙和氧化玉米淀粉中的一种或多种。
具体可视剂型不同进行选择组合。

吡唑茚满基甲酰胺为新型的一种具有杀虫杀菌作用的化合物。它是公知的,以合并两个或更多的产品具有作用和/或不同的生物靶的不同的机制,以便拓宽混合物的动作范围相对于所使用的产品单独和防止电阻现象的发生从有害生物体,现象随时间趋向于减少所用的抗寄生虫制品的有效性。
与现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果为:扩大了螺虫乙酯和吡唑茚满基甲酰胺单剂的使用范围,复配后可以同时防治温室白粉虱,烟粉虱,枳壳圆蚧,矢红蜘蛛,梨木虱,灰飞虱,稻褐飞虱,优选的可以防治水稻稻飞虱。两种不同作用机理的药剂进行二元复配,可优势互补,有效延缓单一药剂使用引起的抗药性问题,延长药剂的使用寿命,对农业常见病害的综合防治具有重要意义。
本发明涉及的螺虫乙酯与吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物杀虫组合物,螺虫乙酯与吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物按一定比例复配后具有明显的增效作用,提高了速效性和持效期,且扩大了防治谱,降低了使用成本,同时还有降低作物发病,提高作物长势的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对发明涉及的技术方案进行进一步说明,以便有助于本发明的理解,但不作为对技术方案的限制,除特别提及的以外,组分比例均为重量比例。
实施例一
20%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂;
原料组成为5%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺原药,15%螺虫乙酯,1%二异丁基萘磺酸钠,0.8%亚甲基双荼磺酸钠,2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,2%三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,1%苯乙基苯酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙烯醚,1%白炭黑,硅酸镁铝1.5%,0.15%黄原胶,5%的丙三醇,其余用水补足至100%,按常规悬浮剂生产方式配制。
该实施例用于防治蚜虫,将20%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯悬浮剂兑水稀释1500倍后喷药,药后7 d和15 d的防治效果分别为92.1%和95.7%,20 d时防治效果还达到86.3%。20%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂兑水稀释800倍后喷药,药后7 d和15 d的防效分别为78.5%、79.6%,20d时的防治效果为70.1%;螺虫乙酯和吡唑茚满基甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对蚜虫的防治效果好于单剂,延长持效期明显。
将吡唑茚满基甲酰胺和螺虫乙酯悬浮剂分别按30/1,25/1,20/1,15/1,10/1,5/1、3/1,1/1,1/3,1/5、1/10/、1/15,1/20、1/25,1/30,比例复配,分别以10%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺SC和20%螺虫乙酯SC作为对照,进行蚜虫毒力测定,共毒系数为131.7~163.4,其中5:1~1:20为153.5~163.2,1:1~1:10为151.8~163.0,增效效果显著。
实施例 二
50%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯水分散颗粒剂
原料组成为10%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺原药,40%螺虫乙酯,9%聚羧酸盐分散剂,6%烷基苯磺酸钙盐,10%羧甲基淀粉钠,1%十二烷基硫酸钠,15%硫酸铵,其余用氧化玉米淀粉补足至100%,按常规水分散性粒剂生产方式配制。
该实施例用于防治粉蚧,将50%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯水分散性粒剂兑水稀释2000倍,喷药,药后7d和15d、20d的防治效果分别为89.1%、96.7%和88.4%。20%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂兑水稀释2000倍,喷药,药后7d、15d和20d的防效分别为79.1%、88.9%和77.5%;螺虫乙酯和吡唑茚满基甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对粉蚧的防治效果好于单剂。
将吡唑茚满基甲酰胺和螺虫乙酯水分散粒剂分别按30/1,25/1,20/1,15/1,10/1,5/1、3/1,1/1,1/3,1/5、1/10/、1/15,1/20、1/25,1/30,比例复配,分别以10%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺WG和20%螺虫乙酯WG作为对照进行粉蚧毒力测定,共毒系数为136.9~162.4,其中5:1~1:20为146.4~162.4,1:1~1:10为151.5~162.4,增效效果显著。
实施例 三
12%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺衍生物·螺虫乙酯可分散油悬浮剂;
原料组成为2% 3-二氯甲基-N-(7-氯-1,1,3-三甲基-4-茚满基)-1-甲基-4-吡唑甲酰胺,10%螺虫乙酯,1.7%有机膨润土,2%气相白炭黑,1%羧甲基淀粉钠,5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,6%山梨醇酐单油酸酯,4%聚乙二醇双油酸酯,5亚油酸聚乙二醇甘油酯,4%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,其余用大豆油补足至100%,按常规可分散油悬浮剂生产方式配制。
该实施例用于防治玉米粉虱,将24%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺衍生物•螺虫乙酯可分散油悬浮剂兑水稀释800倍,喷药,药后7d和15d、20d的防治效果分别为86.8%、96.1%和83.1%。20%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂兑水稀释800倍,喷药,药后7天和15天的防效分别为75.7%、78.9%和70.9%;螺虫乙酯和吡唑茚满基甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对玉米粉虱的防治效果好于单剂。
将吡唑茚满基甲酰胺衍生物和螺虫乙酯悬浮剂分别按30/1,25/1,20/1,15/1,10/1,5/1、3/1,1/1,1/3,1/5、1/10/、1/15,1/20、1/25,1/30,比例复配,分别以10%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺悬浮剂和20%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂作为对照进行玉米粉虱毒力测定,共毒系数为148.7~169.4,其中5:1~1:20为154.6~167.4,1:1~1:10为158.3~169.4,增效效果显著。
实施例 四
55%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯可湿性粉剂
原料组成为10%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺原药,45%螺虫乙酯,10%亚甲基双荼磺酸钠、7%聚羧酸盐分散剂,2%十二烷基硫酸钠,5%烷基萘磺酸钠,其余用高岭土补足至100%,按常规可湿粉生产方式配制。
该实施例用于防治蓟马,将70%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯可湿性粉剂2000倍兑水稀释喷雾,药后7d和15d、20d的防治效果分别为81.4%、95.6%和78.8%。20%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂500倍用同样的方法使用,药后7 d和15 d、20 d的防治效果分别为74.9%、86.4%和72.1%;螺虫乙酯和吡唑茚满基甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对蓟马的防治效果好于单剂。
将吡唑茚满基甲酰胺和螺虫乙酯可湿粉分别按30/1,25/1,20/1,15/1,10/1,5/1、3/1,1/1,1/3,1/5、1/10、1/15,1/20、1/25,1/30,比例复配,分别以10%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺可湿粉和20%螺虫乙酯可湿粉为对照进行蓟马毒力测定,共毒系数为139.5~167.7其中5:1~1:20为156.6~167.7,1:1~1:10为151.3~163.7,增效效果显著。
实施例 五
50%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯干悬浮剂
原料组成为8%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺原药,42%螺虫乙酯原药,8%烷基萘磺酸钠,5%聚羧酸盐分散剂,2%辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,其余用羧甲基淀粉钠补足,按常规干悬浮剂生产方式进行配制。
该实施例用于防治木虱,将80%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺•螺虫乙酯可湿性粉剂3000倍兑水稀释喷雾,药后7d和15d、20d的防治效果分别为89.2%、94.8%和85.7%。20%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂800倍用同样的方法使用,药后7d和15d、20d的防效分别为80.2%、93.6%和80.1%;螺虫乙酯和吡唑茚满基甲酰胺复配后增效作用明显,对木虱的防治效果好于单剂。
将吡唑茚满基甲酰胺和螺虫乙酯水干悬浮剂分别按30/1,25/1,20/1,15/1,10/1,5/1、3/1,1/1,1/3,1/5、1/10/、1/15,1/20、1/25,1/30,比例复配,分别以30%吡唑茚满基甲酰胺干悬浮剂和50%螺虫乙酯干悬浮剂作为对照进行木虱毒力测定,共毒系数为135.8~162.1,其中5:1~1:20为146.1~159.1,1:1~1:10为152.2~162.1,增效效果显著。
Claims (5)
1.一种含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物,其特征在于:该组合物的是由活性成分是由螺虫乙酯与吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物组成,活性成分质量分数为5~60%;所述的吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物与螺虫乙酯的重量比为5:1~1:20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的吡唑茚满基甲酰胺或其衍生物与螺虫乙酯的重量比为1:1~1:10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述的吡唑茚满基甲酰胺衍生物为3-二氯甲基-N-(7-氯-1,1,3-三甲基-4-茚满基)-1-甲基-4-吡唑甲酰胺或3-二氟甲基-N-(7-氟-1,1-二甲基,3-乙基基-4-茚满基)-1-乙基-4-吡唑甲酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含螺虫乙酯杀虫组合物,其特征在于:该组合物剂型可以制成可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水分散颗粒剂、干悬浮剂。
5.权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物在防治温室白粉虱,烟粉虱,枳壳圆蚧,矢红蜘蛛,梨木虱皮里,灰飞虱,稻褐飞虱引起的病害上的应用。
