本发明公开了一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,该杀线虫剂由质量百分浓度2%的阿维菌素与茶皂素和水按质量比为1:1:200~1000的比例配制而成。该杀线虫剂的有益效果为:与单剂相比,增效明显,提高了防治效果;相应大幅减少了用药量,降低了毒性及生产和使用成本;该杀线虫剂还可以延长持效期,对各种盆栽植物不会产生药害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线虫杀虫剂,尤其是一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂。
背景技术
盆栽(盆景)是中国传统的艺术珍品,有着悠久的历史,深受广大人民的喜爱,在世界上也享有盛誉。目前,我国的盆栽主要出口欧盟,而欧盟对出口盆栽所携带的有害生物,尤其是线虫有严格的要求,基本不允许检出线虫,甚至腐生线虫也属违禁,不少出口企业因为欧盟从入境盆栽中检出剑属Xiphinema、根结属Meloidogyne、螺旋属Helicotylenchus等线虫而被对方整批销毁。因此盆栽生产企业应具备对盆栽介质实施热处理的设施,具备独立封闭的储存场所,用于存放处理后的生长介质,以确保没有感染任何有害生物。由于我国相关生产企业管理水平不高,从幼苗洗根和处理、介质处理、上盆、换盆等多个环节都可能感染线虫,出口盆栽中经常可能携带大量腐生线虫,有时还可能携带对方关注的各种寄生线虫,因此在出口前需通过杀线虫剂浸泡等方式对盆栽介质进行线虫处理。目前盆栽企业所用杀线虫剂主要为化学农药,如威百亩和三氟丁烯等,存在毒性高、环境危害大、效果不佳等缺点。因此,可以借鉴其它杀线虫剂,如菌种提取物(链霉菌提取物阿维菌素和曲霉菌提取物青霉酸等)或菌种提取物与化学药组合物(阿维菌素+氟吡菌酰胺或克百威等),以降低毒性、提高药效。单用菌种提取物虽降低毒性,但用量较大,成本较高;用菌种提取物与化学药组合物虽然降低了菌种提取物,但目前技术用量仍较大,成本较高,相应化学药毒性也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,该杀线虫剂除有效灭杀线虫外,还具有成本较低,毒性少的优点。
一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,该杀线虫剂由阿维菌素与茶皂素和水按质量比为1:1:200~1000的比例配制而成,所述阿维菌素的质量百分浓度为2%。阿维菌素(Avermectins),是一类具有杀虫、杀螨、杀线虫活性的十六元大环内酯化合物,由链霉菌中灰色链霉菌Streptomyces avermitilis发酵产生。是一种新型抗生素类生物药,具有结构新颖、农畜两用的特点,在防治昆虫、线虫等方面都有广泛的应用,高效、安全、低毒。茶皂素是从油茶籽饼中提取的一种五环三萜类化合物,由糖体、甙元及有机酸组成,它是一种性能优良的天然非离子表面活性剂,不仅具有良好的乳化、发泡、分散、渗透、润滑等活性作用,但未应用于除虫剂,我们发现阿维菌素和茶皂素的组合可以使阿维菌素杀灭线虫时具有协同增效作用,并能显著增加渗透效果,使药剂从介质表面快速渗透到根系附近,尤其适合对出口盆栽介质进行浸泡杀线虫处理。
杀线虫剂可以配制为悬浮剂、水乳剂等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,该杀线虫剂由质量百分浓度2%的阿维菌素与茶皂素和水按质量比为1:1:200~1000的比例配制而成。该杀线虫剂的有益效果为:与单剂相比,增效明显,提高了防治效果;相应大幅减少了用药量,降低了毒性及生产和使用成本;该杀线虫剂还可以延长持效期,对各种盆栽植物不会产生药害。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,将质量百分浓度2%的阿维菌素10克和茶皂素10克溶于3000克水中,搅拌均匀,配制成水乳剂。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的只是水为2000克,不搅拌配制成悬浮剂。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的只是水为10000克。
实施例4
浸泡杀线虫试验,浸泡方法为:在浸泡槽中摆放好待处理的盆栽,然后将配好的实施例1 、2或3的药剂倒入浸泡槽,使液面刚浸没盆栽介质为宜。浸泡6 h后,将盆栽移出浸泡槽,即完成处理过程,寄生线虫和腐生线虫基本杀死,未检出。且阿维菌素用量很少,成本较低,又未用化学药,因此毒性很低,不会伤害盆栽植物。

1.一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,其特征在于该杀线虫剂由阿维菌素与茶皂素和水按质量比为1:1:200~1000的比例配制而成,所述阿维菌素的质量百分浓度为2%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于盆栽介质的杀线虫剂,其特征在于该杀线虫剂由阿维菌素与茶皂素和水按质量比为1:1:300的比例配制而成。
