Abstract
本发明公开了一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组分组成:柠檬酸3‑4份、氟化锆3‑4份、乙二醇12‑14份、三聚磷酸钠2‑3份、棕榈油酸3‑4份、月硅酸聚氧乙烯酯1‑2份、机油12‑14份、纳米蒙脱土1‑2份、石油磺酸钠1‑2份、氮化铝12‑14份、六铝酸钙4‑5份、硼砂1‑2份、纳米氧化铈2‑4份、纳米二氧化钛5‑8份、硝酸钯0.5‑1.5份、500SN基础油0.5‑1.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.5‑1.5份、硫酸铵溶液1‑2份、四氯化碳1‑2份、古尔胶2‑4份、多酚2‑4份、低密度聚乙烯0.5‑1.5份、助剂6‑8份、水200份。本发明切削液为透明液体,容易观察切削液的浑浊情况,不易腐坏,低污染,加工时无泡沫,对机床无腐蚀,具有优异的冷却,润滑和清洗性能,可以提高切削工具的使用寿命,工件加工精度高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及切削液领域,尤其涉及一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液。
背景技术
切削液应具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。目前切削液可分为两类,油溶性切削液和水溶性切削液。一般油溶性切削液润滑性能好,但冷却性能差,且含有大量有机物,污染环境。一些水溶性切削液虽然冷却性能好,又存在润滑性和防锈效果差的问题,因此研发兼具润滑性、冷却性、防锈性、易清洗、无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染的切削液就显得很重要。
发明内容
本发明创新的提供一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组分组成:柠檬酸3-4份、氟化锆3-4份、乙二醇12-14份、三聚磷酸钠2-3份、棕榈油酸3-4份、月硅酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2份、机油12-14份、纳米蒙脱土1-2份、石油磺酸钠1-2份、氮化铝12-14份、六铝酸钙4-5份、硼砂1-2份、纳米氧化铈2-4份、纳米二氧化钛5-8份、硝酸钯0.5-1.5份、500SN基础油0.5-1.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.5-1.5份、硫酸铵溶液1-2份、四氯化碳1-2份、古尔胶2-4份、多酚2-4份、低密度聚乙烯0.5-1.5份、助剂6-8份、水200份。
所述的一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组分组 成:柠檬酸3份、氟化锆4份、乙二醇13份、三聚磷酸钠2份、棕榈油酸3份、月硅酸聚氧乙烯酯1份、机油13份、纳米蒙脱土2份、石油磺酸钠1份、氮化铝13份、六铝酸钙4份、硼砂2份、纳米氧化铈3份、纳米二氧化钛5份、硝酸钯1份、500SN基础油1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1份、硫酸铵溶液2份、四氯化碳2份、古尔胶2份、多酚3份、低密度聚乙烯1份、助剂7份、水200份。
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2-3份、纳米氮化铝0.1-0.2份、碳酸氢铵2-3份、乙醇胺1-2份、羧甲基壳聚糖2-3份、二乙二醇丁醚1-2份、丙二醇5-8份、桃胶2-3份、硅酸钠1-2份、尿素3-4份、过硫酸铵1-2份、水20-24份;制备方法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明切削液为透明液体,容易观察切削液的浑浊情况,不易腐坏,低污染,加工时无泡沫,对机床无腐蚀,具有优异的冷却,润滑和清洗性能,可以提高切削工具的使用寿命,工件加工精度高。

为了便于本发明内容的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以下实施例仅为本发明的一部分实施例。
实施例1
一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,取聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2g、纳米氮化铝0.1g、碳酸氢铵2g、乙醇胺1g、羧甲基壳聚糖2g、二乙二醇丁醚1g、丙二醇5g、桃胶2g、硅酸钠1g、尿素3g、过硫酸铵1g、水20g;制备方 法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得,取6g备用。
一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,由以下份数的原料组分组成:柠檬酸3g、氟化锆3g、乙二醇12g、三聚磷酸钠2g、棕榈油酸3g、月硅酸聚氧乙烯酯1g、机油12g、纳米蒙脱土1g、石油磺酸钠1g、氮化铝12g、六铝酸钙4g、硼砂1g、纳米氧化铈2g、纳米二氧化钛5g、硝酸钯0.5g、500SN基础油0.5g、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.5、硫酸铵溶液1g、四氯化碳1g、古尔胶2g、多酚2g、低密度聚乙烯0.5g、助剂6g、水200g。
实施例2

实施例3
一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,取聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2g、纳米氮化铝0.1g、碳酸氢铵2g、乙醇胺1g、羧甲基壳聚糖2g、二乙二醇丁醚 1g、丙二醇5g、桃胶2g、硅酸钠1g、尿素3g、过硫酸铵1g、水20g;制备方法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得,取6g备用。

1.一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组分组成:柠檬酸3-4份、氟化锆3-4份、乙二醇12-14份、三聚磷酸钠2-3份、棕榈油酸3-4份、月硅酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2份、机油12-14份、纳米蒙脱土1-2份、石油磺酸钠1-2份、氮化铝12-14份、六铝酸钙4-5份、硼砂1-2份、纳米氧化铈2-4份、纳米二氧化钛5-8份、硝酸钯0.5-1.5份、500SN基础油0.5-1.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.5-1.5份、硫酸铵溶液1-2份、四氯化碳1-2份、古尔胶2-4份、多酚2-4份、低密度聚乙烯0.5-1.5份、助剂6-8份、水200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组分组成:柠檬酸3份、氟化锆4份、乙二醇13份、三聚磷酸钠2份、棕榈油酸3份、月硅酸聚氧乙烯酯1份、机油13份、纳米蒙脱土2份、石油磺酸钠1份、氮化铝13份、六铝酸钙4份、硼砂2份、纳米氧化铈3份、纳米二氧化钛5份、硝酸钯1份、500SN基础油1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1份、硫酸铵溶液2份、四氯化碳2份、古尔胶2份、多酚3份、低密度聚乙烯1份、助剂7份、水200份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微晶玻璃加工用微乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2-3份、纳米氮化铝0.1-0.2份、碳酸氢铵2-3份、乙醇胺1-2份、羧甲基壳聚糖2-3份、二乙二醇丁醚1-2份、丙二醇5-8份、桃胶2-3份、硅酸钠1-2份、尿素3-4份、过硫酸铵1-2份、水20-24份;制备方法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
