本发明公开了一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其包括基材和涂敷在基材表面上的涂料;所述基材表面涂料由以下重量份的原料组分经搅拌分散制成:聚酯类树脂或环氧类树脂清漆中30‑45,蓄能发光粉20‑40,白色颜料10‑20或黄色颜料0.1‑0.3,玻璃微珠15‑35和耐磨材料5‑15。不仅具有环保节能、耐磨强度高、柔韧性好、耐老化时间长、反光强度高和施工简单,固化温度低,生产成本低等的优点,而且还能吸收自然光或人工光积蓄能量,在外部光源照射5到15分钟后,可在黑暗环境下持续发出冷光至12小时以上,具有优越的蓄能和持续发光的特性,是一种较为理想的新型道路交通标识。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种标线带,具体是一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,具体应用于交通运输领域。
背景技术
近几年来,我国的公路交通建设正在飞速发展,发达的道路交通运输技术是经济发展的重要保证。道路交通标线是道路交通的安全标志,是加强道路安全的重要措施,能提高公路运输能力、减少安全事故和美化城市道路。目前,常用的道路标线有两种:一种是溶剂型道路标线,一种是热熔型道路标线。溶剂型标线涂料在使用中要释放出大量的溶剂,污染环境,而且漆膜干燥时间长,耐磨性差,只能维持几个月。在我国使用最多的是施工时间短,耐磨性高,造价低的热熔型标线。但是,热熔型标线在施工时需要使用特殊的加热设备,不仅施工效率低,费用高,而且在陈旧的热熔型标线上重新施工,还需要在事前铲除既难以清理又耗时耗力的陈旧标线。另外,常规标线在雨雾天气条件下给司驾人员的可视效果不佳,易造成安全形成隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其不仅具有环保节能、反光性能强、使用寿命长、施工简易等的特点,而且还具有蓄能发光的特性。
其技术方案是:一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:包括基材和涂敷在基材表面上的涂料;所述基材表面涂料由以下重量份的原料组分制成:聚酯类树脂或环氧类树脂清漆中30-45,蓄能发光粉20-40,白色颜料10-20或黄色颜料0.1-0.3,玻璃微珠15-35和耐磨材料5-15;
所述聚酯类树脂清漆是以聚酯类树脂为主要成份的双组份常温固化型聚酯树脂清漆,聚酯树脂与固化剂重量用比为11-9:0.5-1.5;
所述环氧类树脂清漆是以环氧树脂为主要成份的双组份常温固化型环氧树脂清漆,环氧树脂与固化剂重量用比为3-5:0.5-1.5;
所述蓄能发光粉为多种稀土元素激活的铝酸盐和硅酸盐或铝酸盐、硅酸盐和硫化物混合物的呈黄绿色、蓝绿色、天蓝色的长余辉发光材料;
所述白色颜料为钛白粉,黄色颜料为铬黄;
所述耐磨材料为折射率1.5或1.9的金刚砂或石英砂。
将基材表面涂料通过滚涂、刷涂或喷涂的方式,涂敷在基材表面,控制涂层厚度为0.2-0.3 mm,待涂层彻底干燥后即得标线带。
使用时,只需将白色标线带通过路面粘结剂粘贴于要施工的路面上即可形成蓄能发光的道路交通标线。
其有益效果是: 本发明的粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带不仅具有环保节能、耐磨强度高、柔韧性好、耐老化时间长、反光强度高和施工简单,固化温度低,生产成本低等的优点,而且还能够吸收自然光或人工光积蓄能量, 在黑暗环境下可持续发出冷光,在外部光源照射5到15分钟后,可以连续发光至12小时以上,具有优越的蓄能和持续发光的特性,能够在夜间或黑暗环境中对道路交通起到标识、指引和警示的作用,是目前一种较为理想的新型道路交通标识,特别适应于高速公路、城市道路、人行横道线、停车场、工厂、飞机场等处作为交通标识。

具体实施方式
实施例1。一种白色粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带的制备:
1)基材的制备:取厚度为0.5-2.0mm的无碱玻璃纤维编织布,制成宽度为5-30cm、长度为5-200m的耐高温、耐腐蚀、吸湿少、抗拉伸强度高的带状基材。
2)聚酯类树脂清漆的制备:取聚酯树脂与异氰酸酯按10:1的重量比配成附着力高、耐磨性好、成膜硬度高、柔韧性好、耐候性好的聚酯树脂清漆。
3)基材表面涂料的制备:取上述35kg聚酯树脂清漆中加入200目的黄绿色的蓄能发光粉25kg,钛白粉15kg,反射率为1.5、粒径为30目的玻璃微珠20kg和金刚砂5kg,在高速分散机上搅拌分散1h,制得基材表面涂料。
4)标线带的制备:将基材表面涂料通过滚涂、刷涂或喷涂的方式,涂敷在带状基材表面,控制涂层厚度为0.2-0.3 mm,待涂层彻底干燥后即得白色标线带。
使用时,只需将白色标线带通过粘结剂粘贴于要施工的路面上即可形成蓄能发光反光的道路交通标线(见图1、2)。粘结剂采用双组份常温固化型环氧树脂,环氧树脂与异氰酸酯的重量用比为11-9:0.5-1.5。
实施例2。一种黄色粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带的制备:
1)基材的制备:取厚度为0.5-2.0 mm的无碱玻璃纤维编织布(简称无碱玻纤布),制成宽度为5-30cm、长度为5-200m的耐高温、耐腐蚀、吸湿少、抗拉伸强度高的带状基材。
2)环氧类树脂清漆的制备:取环氧树脂与固化剂按4:1的重量比配成附着力高、耐磨性好、成膜硬度高、柔韧性好、耐候性好的环氧树脂清漆。
3)基材表面涂料的制备:在上述30kg环氧树脂清漆中加入200目的蓝绿色的蓄能发光粉35kg,铬黄0.2kg,反射率为1.9、粒径为30目的玻璃微珠25k和石英砂10kg,在高速分散机上搅拌分散1h,制得基材表面涂料。
4)标线带的制备:将基材表面涂料通过滚涂、刷涂或喷涂的方式,涂敷在带状基材表面,控制涂层厚度为0.2-0.3mm,待涂层彻底干燥后即得黄色标线带。
使用时,只需将黄色标线带通过粘结剂粘贴于要施工的路面上即可形成蓄能发光反光的道路交通标线。粘结剂采用聚氨酯、硅树脂或聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶。

1.一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:包括基材和涂敷在基材表面上的涂料;所述基材表面涂料由以下重量份的原料组分经搅拌分散制成:聚酯类树脂或环氧类树脂清漆30-45,蓄能发光粉20-40,白色颜料10-20或黄色颜料0.1-0.3,玻璃微珠15-35和耐磨材料5-15;
所述聚酯类树脂清漆是以聚酯类树脂为主要成份的双组份常温固化型聚酯树脂清漆,聚酯树脂与固化剂重量用比为11-9:0.5-1.5;
所述环氧类树脂清漆是以环氧树脂为主要成份的双组份常温固化型环氧树脂清漆,环氧树脂与固化剂重量用比为3-5:0.5-1.5;
所述蓄能发光粉为多种稀土元素激活的铝酸盐和硅酸盐或铝酸盐、硅酸盐和硫化物混合物的呈黄绿色、蓝绿色、天蓝色的长余辉发光材料;
所述白色颜料为钛白粉,黄色颜料为铬黄;
所述耐磨材料为金刚砂或石英砂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述蓄能发光粉的粉体粒径为100-400目,初始发光亮度为3.0-0.35 cd/cm2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述金刚砂或石英砂的折射率为1.5或1.9,粒径为20-40目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述基材为厚度0.5-2.0 mm的带状无碱玻璃纤维编织布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述基材表面涂料通过滚涂、刷涂或喷涂的方式,涂敷在基材表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述基材表面涂料的涂层厚度为0.2-0.3 mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述的标线带通过粘结剂粘贴用于道路交通标线。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述的粘结剂为双组份常温固化型环氧树脂或压敏胶。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种粘贴式新型蓄能发光长效标线带,其特征在于:所述压敏胶为聚氨酯、硅树脂或聚丙烯酸酯中的一种。
