技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物,具体涉及的是一种包含苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
白粉病是一种广泛发生的世界性病害,生产上主要采用化学农药防治白粉病,目前主要依赖苯并咪唑类、三唑类、甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。然而,长期使用单一种类的杀菌剂会使病害产生不同程度的抗性,防治效果降低。
苯并烯氟菌唑是一种吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,通过抑制线粒体内膜上电子传递链中的琥珀酸脱氢酶,使得病原真菌无法经由呼吸产生能量,进而瓦解病菌的生长,该化合物单独使用成本较高且容易又发抗性的产生,从而降低农药品种的使用寿命。
氟嘧菌酯,Fluoxastrobin,为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,作用机理是线粒体呼吸抑制剂,即通过在细胞色素b和c1间电子转移抑制线粒体的呼吸,在作用于线粒体呼吸的较多杀菌剂中,甲氧基丙烯酸酯类化合物作用的部位与其它不同,因此对甾醇抑制剂、苯基酰胺类、二羧酰胺类和苯并咪唑类产生抗性的菌株有效,但由于其使用成本太高,目前国内应用较少。
目前,由于农业生产上易产生抗性的害虫防治,主要办法是开发与现有农药品种无交互抗性的新农药成分或已有农药品种之间的复配,前者由于所需的开发成本高、周期长,而且目前开发速度远远比不上害虫抗药性产生的速度。因此,对于作用机理不同的农药品种进行混配时一种较佳的选择,通过合理的复配,可以提高防效,减少有效成分用量,节约成本,延缓害虫抗药性的产生,进而能够减轻甚至避免农药对食物和环境的污染。
本申请的发明人对苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯的配方筛选进行了深入研究,发现苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯进行混配在一定的范围内对多种植物病原真菌具有明显的协同增效作用,经进一步研究完成了本发明。另外,目前尚无关于苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯复配的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适合农业上使用的增效杀菌剂,有助于减少农药用药量,延缓病原菌抗性的产生和降低使用成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种增效杀菌组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯,其中,苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯的重量比为1:40-40:1,优选为1:10-10:1。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物中活性成分的重量比为1-90%,优选为10-70%。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物可以通过农药制剂加工中常规的制备方法加工成农业上允许的任意剂型,例如可以是可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂。
本发明的组合物可以以成品制剂形式提供即组合物中各物质已经混合,也可以以单剂形式提供,使用前直接在桶或罐中按比例混合,然后稀释至所需要的浓度。
进一步的,本发明的组合物还可以加入其它农用活性成分,例如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、肥料等农用活性成分。
本发明的杀菌组合物适用于防除黄瓜白粉病、番茄白粉病、草莓白粉病等多种病害。
与现有技术相比,本发明的农药组合物的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的组合物复配后,在一定的范围内具有明显的协同增效作用,防效与单个活性成分相比有明显的提高;
(2)本发明的组合物中活性成分作用机理各不相同,在有效防治作物病害的同时,可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生,有利于延缓农药活性成分的使用寿命;
(3)本发明的组合物制备工艺简单,适合实际生产中推广应用。

二、室内毒力测定
试验对象:黄瓜白粉病菌
试验方法:试验参考中华人民共和国行业标准NY/T 1156.11-2008《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第11部分:防治瓜类白粉病试验盆栽法》,采用盆栽法测定。
播种感病黄瓜品种,盆栽生长至2片真叶期备用。苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯原药分别用二甲基甲酰胺溶解,再用0.1%吐温-80表面活性剂水溶液溶解。每处理3盆,4次重复,将10 mL药液均匀喷洒于叶面至全部润湿,待药液自然晾干备用。并设只含溶剂和表面活性剂而不含有效成分的处理作空白对照。药剂处理后24 h,喷雾接种黄瓜白粉病菌孢子悬浮液。孢子悬浮液的配制过程如下:取长满白粉病菌叶片,用加油少量吐温-80表面活性剂的无菌水将孢子洗下,双层纱布过滤,镜检后调制成1×105个/mL的悬浮液。接种后置于恒温室中,在温度24℃条件下培养7天。待空白对照病液率达到80%以上时,分级调查各处理发病情况,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。
防治效果换算成机率值(y),药液浓度(ug/mL)转换成对数值(x),以最小而乘法计算毒力方程和抑制中浓度EC50,依孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及共毒系数(CTC)。试验结果见表1。
室内毒力测定结果表明,苯并烯氟菌唑与氟嘧菌酯在1:40-40:1的范围内对黄瓜白粉病的防治均表现为协同增效作用。其中,当两者配比为1:10-10:1时,共毒系数均大于120,增效作用更明显。
三、田间药效试验
为了进一步验证本发明的实际应用效果,采用本发明实施例的药剂进行防治黄瓜白粉病田间药效试验。
供试药剂:(1)41%苯并烯氟菌唑·氟嘧菌酯可湿性粉剂(40:1);(2)21%苯并烯氟菌唑·氟嘧菌酯水分散粒剂(20:1);(3)13%苯并烯氟菌唑·氟嘧菌酯悬浮剂(10:3);(4)11%苯并烯氟菌唑·氟嘧菌酯油悬浮剂(1:10);(5)对比例1:10%苯并烯氟菌唑悬浮剂;(6)对比例2:40%氟嘧菌酯悬浮剂。
分别于药后5天、10天调查病情指数并计算防效,试验结果见表2。
田间试验结果表明,本发明实施例的组合物对黄瓜白粉病的防治表现出较好的速效性和持效性。含有苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯的农药杀菌组合物,在有效成分用量为20g/公顷时,药后10天对黄瓜白粉病的防效均高于80%,明显由于单个活性成分的防治效果。同时,在试验期间,供试药剂对黄瓜作物安全,无药害发生,对蜜蜂和天地赤眼蜂等有益生物安全,值得在生产上推广应用。

1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含苯并烯氟菌唑和氟嘧菌酯。

4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物辅以农药制剂加工中的辅助成分加工成任意一种剂型。
5.根据权利要求4的农药组合物,其特征在于,它的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物用于防治农作物病害的用途。
7.根据权利要求权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物病害为白粉病。
