汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构,包括定模板、动模板和尾翼饰板,尾翼饰板上设置卡槽和固定孔,卡槽和固定孔有内置滑动斜滑脱模机构,所述的内置滑动斜滑脱模机构包括一个斜滑支架,斜滑支架中设置外滑块,外滑块由油缸带动外滑,外滑块上制有斜滑槽,斜滑槽上设置卡槽内抽块,卡槽内抽块穿过动模板与卡槽内壁相配合,动模板中安装卡槽镶块,卡槽镶块与卡槽外壁相配合,且卡槽内抽块依附在卡槽镶块的一侧壁上,卡槽镶块的另一侧壁上依附内孔抽芯块,内孔抽芯块下端连接斜滑槽,内孔抽芯块上设置竖向抽孔滑道,竖向抽孔滑道上设置抽芯杆,抽芯杆穿过卡槽镶块与固定孔相配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车的尾翼饰板,为了装配方便,已有的尾翼饰板背面制有均布的装配卡扣,在产品注塑成型后,一般采用斜顶结构脱模。但是,为了装配更牢靠,现在在尾翼饰板背面的两头各设置卡槽,且在卡槽上还设置固定孔,因此,需要设计一种同时能对固定孔抽芯和卡槽脱出的脱模结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用内置滑动斜滑联动,固定孔和卡槽同时抽芯脱出的汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构。
本发明汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构的技术方案是:包括模具定模板和动模板,动模板下安装模脚,模脚下安装底板,模脚之间设置顶板,顶板上设置模具顶出机构,动模板与定模板之间有注塑成型的尾翼饰板,尾翼饰板的背面两头各设置卡槽,卡槽上制有固定孔,其特征在于所述的两头模脚上各设置内置滑动斜滑脱模机构,内置滑动斜滑脱模机构伸入动模板中,并与尾翼饰板的卡槽和固定孔相配合,所述的内置滑动斜滑脱模机构包括一个斜滑支架,斜滑支架中设置外滑块,外滑块由油缸带动外滑,外滑块上制有斜滑槽,斜滑槽上设置卡槽内抽块,卡槽内抽块穿过动模板与卡槽内壁相配合,动模板中安装卡槽镶块,卡槽镶块与卡槽外壁相配合,且卡槽内抽块依附在卡槽镶块的一侧壁上,卡槽镶块的另一侧壁上依附内孔抽芯块,内孔抽芯块下端连接斜滑槽,内孔抽芯块上设置竖向抽孔滑道,竖向抽孔滑道上设置抽芯杆,抽芯杆穿过卡槽镶块与固定孔相配合。
本发明公开了一种汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构,脱模时,首先模具开模,由注塑机动力带动模具的动模部分向下运行,与定模扳分离,产品即尾翼饰板留下动模板上,然后内置滑动斜滑脱模机构工作,由油缸带动外滑块外滑,并在斜滑槽的作用下,带动卡槽内抽块沿斜滑槽向下滑动,从卡槽的内壁中脱模,同时,连接在斜滑槽上的内孔抽芯块也沿着斜滑槽向下滑动,并在竖向抽孔滑道的作用下,带动抽芯杆从固定孔中抽出,实现卡槽和固定孔同时脱模抽芯,特别是卡槽内抽块和内孔抽芯块各自依附在卡槽镶块的两侧壁上,而卡槽镶块固定在动模板中,不动,卡槽内抽块和内孔抽芯块依附在卡槽镶块上滑动,动作很稳定,抽芯顺畅,当卡槽和固定孔脱模后,再由模具的顶出机构将尾翼饰板顶出模具外,脱模完成。本方案将卡槽内抽块、内孔抽芯块和卡槽镶块巧妙地设计在一起,并且实现联动抽芯,同时对卡槽和固定孔抽芯脱模,结构紧凑,加工成本省,动作稳定、可靠,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构,如图1—图4所示,包括模具定模板1和动模板2,动模板下安装模脚6,模脚下安装底板7,模脚之间设置顶板8,顶板上设置模具顶出机构,动模板与定模板之间有注塑成型的尾翼饰板3,尾翼饰板的背面两头各设置卡槽4,卡槽上制有固定孔5,所述的两头模脚6上各设置内置滑动斜滑脱模机构01,内置滑动斜滑脱模机构伸入动模板2中,并与尾翼饰板的卡槽4和固定孔5相配合,所述的内置滑动斜滑脱模机构包括一个斜滑支架10,斜滑支架中设置外滑块11,外滑块由油缸12带动外滑,外滑块11上制有斜滑槽13,斜滑槽上设置卡槽内抽块14,卡槽内抽块穿过动模板2与卡槽4内壁相配合,动模板2中安装卡槽镶块15,卡槽镶块15与卡槽4外壁相配合,且卡槽内抽块14依附在卡槽镶块15的一侧壁上,卡槽镶块15的另一侧壁上依附内孔抽芯块16,内孔抽芯块下端连接斜滑槽13,内孔抽芯块上设置竖向抽孔滑道17,竖向抽孔滑道17上设置抽芯杆18,抽芯杆18穿过卡槽镶块15与固定孔5相配合。脱模时,首先模具开模,由注塑机动力带动模具的动模部分向下运行,与定模扳1分离,产品即尾翼饰板3留下动模板2上,然后内置滑动斜滑脱模机构工作,由油缸12带动外滑块11外滑,并在斜滑槽13的作用下,带动卡槽内抽块14沿斜滑槽13向下滑动,从卡槽4的内壁中脱模,同时,连接在斜滑槽13上的内孔抽芯块16也沿着斜滑槽13向下滑动,并在竖向抽孔滑道17的作用下,带动抽芯杆18从固定孔5中抽出,实现卡槽和固定孔同时脱模抽芯,特别是卡槽内抽块14和内孔抽芯块16各自依附在卡槽镶块15的两侧壁上,而卡槽镶块15固定在动模板2中,不动,卡槽内抽块14和内孔抽芯块16依附在卡槽镶块15上滑动,动作很稳定,抽芯顺畅,当卡槽和固定孔脱模后,再由模具的顶出机构将尾翼饰板顶出模具外,脱模完成。本方案将卡槽内抽块、内孔抽芯块和卡槽镶块巧妙地设计在一起,并且实现联动抽芯,同时对卡槽和固定孔抽芯脱模,结构紧凑,加工成本省,动作稳定、可靠,生产效率高。

1.汽车尾翼饰板模具内置式抽孔机构,包括模具定模板(1)和动模板(2),动模板下安装模脚(6),模脚下安装底板(7),模脚之间设置顶板(8),顶板上设置模具顶出机构,动模板与定模板之间有注塑成型的尾翼饰板(3),尾翼饰板的背面两头各设置卡槽(4),卡槽上制有固定孔(5),其特征在于所述的模脚(6)上各设置内置滑动斜滑脱模机构(01),内置滑动斜滑脱模机构伸入动模板(2)中,并与尾翼饰板的卡槽(4)和固定孔(5)相配合,所述的内置滑动斜滑脱模机构包括一个斜滑支架(10),斜滑支架中设置外滑块(11),外滑块由油缸(12)带动外滑,外滑块(11)上制有斜滑槽(13),斜滑槽上设置卡槽内抽块(14),卡槽内抽块穿过动模板(2)与卡槽(4)内壁相配合,动模板(2)中安装卡槽镶块(15),卡槽镶块(15)与卡槽(4)外壁相配合,且卡槽内抽块(14)依附在卡槽镶块(15)的一侧壁上,卡槽镶块(15)的另一侧壁上依附内孔抽芯块(16),内孔抽芯块下端连接斜滑槽(13),内孔抽芯块上设置竖向抽孔滑道(17),竖向抽孔滑道(17)上设置抽芯杆(18),抽芯杆(18)穿过卡槽镶块(15)与固定孔(5)相配合。
