Abstract
本发明公开了环保设备领域内的双减法节能减排环保成套设备,包括与工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟管道相连的高温散热器,高温散热器经抽风机与净化塔相连,净化塔底部设有出水口,出水口与污水沉淀池相连,污水沉淀池与清水池相连,清水池经化学中和器、防腐泵与净化塔上设置的进水口相连,所述净化塔的水平断面呈圆形,进水口与经净化塔中心设置的直立管道相连,直立管道外周设有螺旋上升的内导流叶片,净化塔内壁上设有螺旋上升的外导流叶片,所述内导流叶片和外导流叶片旋向相同并相互穿插,直立管道外周设有若干喷嘴。本发明能耗低、制造成本低廉、净化效果好,可减少粉尘和二氧化硫污染,可用于各种工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保设备,特别涉及用于各种工业窑炉、锅炉等产生的烟尘、二氧化硫的净化设备。
背景技术
现有技术中,有一种用于将各种工业窑炉、锅炉等产生的烟尘、二氧化硫净化的节能减排环保成套设备,其主要包括有与工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟管道相连的高温散热器,高温散热器经抽风机与净化塔相连,净化塔的断面呈矩形,净化塔左右两侧分别设有多层导流板,净化塔内壁上设有若干雾化喷头;净化塔底部设有出水口,出水口与污水沉淀池相连,污水沉淀池与清水池相连,清水池经化学中和器、防腐泵与净化塔上设置的进水口相连,净化塔上的进水口经内部管道分别接通各雾化喷头。其工作时,防腐泵工作,雾化喷头喷出水雾,清洗工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟,减少粉尘污染,同时,清洗排烟中的二氧化硫等气体,降低了排放物中的有害物质。其不足之处在于:在净化塔中的气流阻力大,不利于节能降耗;此外,气流在净化塔中流程短,净化效果相对较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双减法节能减排环保成套设备,使其工作时能耗低,净化效果好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:双减法节能减排环保成套设备,包括与工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟管道相连的高温散热器,高温散热器经抽风机与净化塔相连,净化塔底部设有出水口,出水口与污水沉淀池相连,污水沉淀池与清水池相连,清水池经化学中和器、防腐泵与净化塔上设置的进水口相连,所述净化塔的水平断面呈圆形,进水口与经净化塔中心设置的直立管道相连,直立管道外周设有螺旋上升的内导流叶片,净化塔内壁上设有螺旋上升的外导流叶片,所述内导流叶片和外导流叶片旋向相同并相互穿插,直立管道外周设有若干喷嘴。
该装置工作时,从工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟管道来的排烟,经高温散热器散热后再经抽风机抽入净化塔中,排烟向上在内导流叶片和外导流叶片之间形成的螺旋上升流道中不断向上运动,在上升过程中,从进水口来的水经喷嘴雾化后,喷入螺旋上升的流道中,与排烟充分接触,清洗排烟中的二氧化硫、细小粉尘等各种有害气体和异味油脂等物质,净化后达到排放标准的烟气从净化塔顶部排向大气,污水则下行进入净化塔底部,再流入沉淀池中沉淀,上层清液进入清水池中,然后,在化学中和器中进行酸碱中和,中和后的液体经防腐泵加压后从净化塔的进水口再次进入净化塔内,完成一次水循环。该装置内排烟流道长,增加了雾化水与排烟的接触机会,净化效果更好;由于流道长,可以适当降低净化塔的高度;净化塔上层排烟温度低,气体密度大,可形成抽吸作用,更加有利于排烟;此外,净化塔可采用玻璃钢制造,具有防酸碱腐蚀,且成本低廉的效果;本发明能耗低、制造成本低廉、净化效果好,可用于各种工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟净化。
为方便取样化验,所述净化塔侧面设有取样管,取样管下端设有取样阀。

如图,为双减法节能减排环保成套设备,包括与工业窑炉、锅炉10的排烟管道相连的高温散热器9,高温散热器9经抽风机8与净化塔7相连,净化塔7底部设有出水口16,出水口6与污水沉淀池1相连,污水沉淀池1与清水池2相连,清水池2经化学中和器3、防腐泵4与净化塔上设置的进水口15相连,所述净化塔7的水平断面呈圆形,进水口15与经净化塔中心设置的直立管道14相连,直立管道14外周设有螺旋上升的内导流叶片11,净化塔内壁上设有螺旋上升的外导流叶片12,所述内导流叶片11和外导流叶片12旋向相同并相互穿插,直立管道14外周设有若干喷嘴13。所述净化塔侧面设有取样管6,取样管6下端设有取样阀5。
本发明工作时,并不局限于上述实施例,一个净化塔可同时与多个工业窑炉或锅炉相连接,通过选择,可同时或单独处理不同来源的排烟。

1.双减法节能减排环保成套设备,包括与工业窑炉、锅炉的排烟管道相连的高温散热器,高温散热器经抽风机与净化塔相连,净化塔底部设有出水口,出水口与污水沉淀池相连,污水沉淀池与清水池相连,清水池经化学中和器、防腐泵与净化塔上设置的进水口相连,其特征在于:所述净化塔的水平断面呈圆形,进水口与经净化塔中心设置的直立管道相连,直立管道外周设有螺旋上升的内导流叶片,净化塔内壁上设有螺旋上升的外导流叶片,所述内导流叶片和外导流叶片旋向相同并相互穿插,直立管道外周设有若干喷嘴。
