背景技术
现在诸如单杠、双杠、滚筒、漫步机、扭力器、转体健身器等等目前已遍布城镇各地。这类户外健身器材深受高广大居民欢迎。但是已有的臂力训练健身器比较单调枯燥缺乏趣味性，不能更好吸引人们提高锻炼时间。
发明内容
为了克服现有臂力锻炼器比较单调枯燥，缺乏趣味性的不足，本发明涉及一种手臂力量训练器，它富有较强的趣味性臂力训练事半功倍。
本发明手臂力量训练器由支柱一、支柱二、曲轴和驱动电机组成。曲轴设置在支柱一和支柱二的轴孔中间，驱动电机连接曲轴。人们在锻炼的时候手抓住曲轴的中间，驱动电机带动曲轴旋转，人们通过手臂力量和身体的协调性来抓住曲轴，从而达到有效训练手臂力量和身体协调性的目的。
本发明手臂力量训练器的有益效果是结构简单，趣味性较强。

本发明手臂力量训练器由支柱一1、支柱二2、曲轴3和驱动电机4组成(如图1所示)。曲轴3设置在支柱一1和支柱二2的轴孔中间，驱动电机4连接曲轴3。人们在锻炼的时候手抓住曲轴3的中间，驱动电机4带动曲轴3旋转，人们通过手臂力量和身体的协调性来抓住曲轴3，从而达到有效训练手臂力量和身体协调性的目的(如图1所示)。
